The representative, Andrew, was timely and communicative before my appointment. During the appointment he was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and we talked about the different options for our flooring project in our home. He was patient and helpful as we compared pricing options. Overall, was an excellent experience and I highly recommend FCI haymarket to anyone looking for a flooring contractor.

I love my new shower! From the beginning of picking tile out to the design, to full install, was as smooth as it could go! They estimated 3 days and they were finished in 2! Excellent all around! Thank you John and your team for everything!!

Buyer beware! This man was not forthcoming with pricing. Quoted me $834 for 24 sq ft flooring and toilet install. I had already bought the LVP and toilet. His workers did not know how to install the toilet and thus it did not get done. Only $30 was removed from total. When I asked for a detailed ledger for pricing, I was not provided with one. So $800 for 24 sq ft of flooring installation. Should have done it myself.

Installing carpet into my master bedroom closet had too many cutouts in the California closet and did not work out so great but installation in the bedroom looks very nice. Unfortunately I bought white carpet which was my oversight because now I have to keep it clean. The carpet is pretty though.

I wold give the floor a 5 it looks great and adds such a different look to our house But I would put a 4 on the project because they didn’t have enough flooring to finish the job we had to wait a week to have flooring finished until they order 2 boxes of flooring to finish The final floor look great and I am satisfied with there sales force and selection

Preston and his guys were great! I had a horrible experience with Home Depot's installers, and Preston came to the rescue! I had all the materials, and even though Preston's team doesn't usually use this brand, they installed my flooring anyway. They are wonderful and I highly, highly recommend them!
