Working with Steve and Allison at Floor Coverings International was a fantastic experience. They were both so helpful in finding the color flooring I wanted. There were so many to choose from and it took me quite a while to find the right color. They had samples sent to me from distributors if they didn’t have that sample onsite. They were so patient to give me time to “live” with the sample to see it in various lighting situations. I had 3 bedrooms done and it was accomplished in a day. I had moved smaller pieces of furniture to prepare for the installation but the installers moved the larger items for me. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great experience.

I am really happy with my custom stair runner. Scott was a great communicator throughout the whole process. He provided all of the samples I requested after looking at options on a website link. Once I chose my carpet he had my quote prepared expeditiously. His installer was prompt and professional. After doing a huge home addition and a few “flips” in the home we have had all kinds of experiences with our contractors. Floor coverings international is at the top of our list for exceptional work and experience.

Steve and his team were great to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and made great suggestions on what he would recommend. Met Austin at a Chamber event and asked for a quote. He brought the materials and samples to us. He was great, reasonable and professional. We ordered new floors right away. Then had to put everything on hold when an unexpected issue came up with our family pets. Austin held our materials for 2 months until we were able to have it completed. He helped us obtain 0% financing for our project. The job took 3 days and the installers did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
