The team at FCI did an excellent job with our basement flooring. We did some Cali LVP in the main areas and Mohawk black tile in the bathroom, they added a perfect transition strip between the two. The team was super friendly and thorough; and they got the work done very quickly. Brent and Travis personally came by to check and make sure we were happy with the work. It was a great experience. (Note that the floors are dirty in the photos from me doing additional work, they left a clean space)

I had the easiest experience with the whole FCI team, from Larry bringing out the samples, to his wife making sure the installation was as seemless as possible. The carpet is beautiful and I would recommend them 1000 times over.

I was so anxious about removing our carpet and replacing It with hardwood. We were moving into a new place and couldn’t really start settling in until the floors were done. Timing and quality were everything! Scott exceeding every expectation at every turn. What he promised as a two day job turned into one. When an issue came up with supply, Scott immediately dealt with it so that the project wasn’t even delayed. I’m so grateful to him and this company. We’ll be using them anytime we need our floors updated in the future.

Travis and Brent were very easy to work with. Very receptive to communication regarding wants and needs. Carpet and flooring were replaced within a very reasonable amount of time. Very easy with the “mobile showroom” to pick out what we needed. Would use them again when replacing floors in the future.

Mike, Norma, and the crew did a fantastic job on my new living room and dining room floor. Mike was really thorough in explaining his recommendations and helped me pick the right color laminate. Jose and Augustine completed a smooth installation and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. The payment process was easy. Floor Coverings International was not the cheapest option, but quality is worth paying for.

We had Greg and Kelly’s crew install new carpet throughout our house and some LVP flooring in the laundry room. They also replaced several broken Travertine tiles in our kitchen. The work on each of these projects was outstanding! The broken tiles were 20 years old, but fortunately we had some spares. Greg recommended getting some “dirty” grout to match the existing grout. When that project was completed, no one could pick out the newly installed tiles. I would not hesitate to use these guys again! Our thanks to Kelly, Greg and their team!!
