Elizabeth had good suggestions and recommendations as we selected our product but was never pushy. We did not feel rushed and she was most accommodating. I cannot recommend Floor Coverings International enough! I’m currently preparing my home for sale and needed professional work done on a very tight timeline. Brian was fantastic during the initial consultation; he scoped out our floors and provided recommendations for both the carpet in our basement and the LVP that were spot on for current trends and worked perfectly with our existing colors. Michael coordinated the entire project seamlessly, constantly checking in to ensure I received all correspondence and providing all the necessary warranty information. They fit me in so quickly, and the LVP installation in my bathrooms is stunning with phenomenal attention to detail. They truly provide a 'white glove' treatment—they handled everything from the materials to the install and even the clean up. The new basement carpet looks great and really pulls the space together. If you want a team that is professional, design-savvy, and highly responsive, call them!

What a seamless, pleasant experience. Rob came to our house to give us an estimate. He was able to measure the square footage in about 2 minutes. Has got some basic info from us on what we wanted, and brought in several samples from his mobile showroom. We decided on a carpet and pad, and he was able to give us a firm turnkey price in about 30 seconds. We were so comfortable with him that we didn't even get a second quote. Less than two weeks later our carpet was in. The install crew was absolutely awesome. They moved all the furniture, installed the carpet, cleaned up, hauled the old carpet off and even vacuumed. They were very professional and when we got home that evening, everything was where it should be and we had beautiful new carpet. it was a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone. And.....they are a local company.

Dan, the owner, was very polite and professional. They sell quality flooring and hire the best in the industry to install it. He and his wife personally come out to give detailed estimates. I found them to be charming and honest people. Best of all, the price was very competitive and lower than other places who gave me estimates. Once I save up a little more, they'll be the company I call to install my flooring.

When my husband and I first met Mike for our appointment, we right away had a good feeling, Mike was so knowledgeable about his company of rugs that we were interested in. Mike is so professional and passionate about what he does. Our rugs were a unique color. So Mike had to research for us for the right color . Unbelievable Mike found our right color. We were so excited that he did. I can’t say enough about his genuine personality! We are so thrilled to find him. Also Mike’s secretary, Barbara called us for an appointment to see the new sample. Barbara was a delight to talk to. She was so patient with all my questions. I can’t wait to setup an appointment that our house is ready for installation.
