We had a few issues with our carpet installation, but Adam made every effort to address the problems and make sure we were completely happy in the end. Life happens sometimes, especially when you are trying to coordinate with contractors, and I think their commitment to making things right is what really matters. Sometimes you meet people and just get the feeling that they are genuinely good, honest people and that's the impression we have of Adam and Beth.

I had several estimates for a vinyl tile floor for my kitchen, half bath and stairs to back door and basement. No pressure and professional estimate prepared. Was able to schedule installation at a convenient time. I could not be happier with the finished product. Eric and his coworker answered any questions I had. Paul gave the estimate, Scott oversaw the job. The work area was cleaned up. This was a relatively small job and the attention to detail would allow me to recommend highly.

Wonderful experience working with FCI. They made multiple visits to our house before and during installation. They made sure all issues were addressed before job was done and returned a couple times to make that happen. They were a bit more expensive than other options we were looking at, but well worth the difference - both with product quality and service provided. Fully engaged and accessible from top of the company to the bottom. You should seriously consider using FCI for your flooring needs!

Floor Coverings International came out to our newly purchased home and helped us pick out new floors to replace carpets. They were able to match color to other areas in our home and resurface and restain our hardwood floors to match. The pricing was on point and they could not have done a better job. From the first phone call, Floor Coverings International was wonderful to work with. I needed flooring installed in a very short period of time. I met with Bo the day after I called, he brought samples to me that were in my price range, measured my space and gave me the quote. All looked great. The next phase we worked with Francisco, the project manager for the actual install. He contacted me and kept me up to date on my product delivery and installation time. He was very responsive, friendly and walked me through all the questions I had before installation started. And now the installers, they were fantastic! They worked so well, quick and did a great job. I had a couple of trim changes around a couple cabinets that I made from my original design, for my own preference and they had no problem switching everything out for me. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend Floor Coverings International and Bo's team in a second! Thank you!

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Joe from Flooring Coverings International. From the very beginning, Joe was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted, explain my options, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Gary did the installation and absolutely knocked it out of the park. His attention to detail was amazing. There was a corner piece that got damaged during transportation and it was ordered and replaced the following day after a holiday weekend. With the service, you could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of his work. He was professional, respectful of my home, and made sure everything looked perfect before he finished. What really stood out to me was that Joe took his time out of his day to check on the installation when everything was finished. It’s difficult to find people who are dependable, respectful, and proud of their work. The floors turned out better than we expected and completely changed the look and feel of our 50-year home. My family is extremely happy with the result and would recommend Joe and Flooring Covers International without hesitation. We had a flood in the basement and needed to fix the carpet and baseboards fast. They were SPEEDY and their attention to detail was great. Plus getting a quote was easy and the communication was fantastic.
