Right from the beginning we received a five star experience, starting with flooring samples at my project. No need to travel to a show room! Austin helped us choose a solid product and planned our comprehensive removal of old flooring and installed the new carpets. The install team was swift and the results were exactly what we ordered. Absolutely incredible job. I just bought a new home which needed some updating, so I called Tim to have them do about 1,200 square feet of install and about 500 square feet of refinishing along with the stairs, and about 250 linear feet of baseboard trim install. Beau and Craig, who managed the project, were on top of everything from the beginning and easy to work with. Everyone was very accommodating and the job came out great; they got the job done fast and it was done right, which is the most important thing from my perspective. If you hire them, they'll get the job done right, check in with you as the project progresses, and work with you to get your floors exactly how you want them. I couldn't recommend them enough; any time I need anything done related to floors, I'll be calling Floor Coverings International.

We were able to make a next day appointment with Nick Voloshchuk to come out and give us an estimate on a new kitchen floor. He brought samples of LVP for us look at and choose from. He took measurements and gave us an estimate which was $400 less than a previous companies estimate. He was very courteous and informative and we were able to have the flooring installed in just over a week and the installers did an excellent job on the installation. Then Nick came back the next week for a post inspection. We are very happy with our new LVP floor and the kind and courteous customer service we received from Floor Coverings International. Thank you Nick and FCI team.

It was an easy decision choosing Floor Companies International. No pushy sales pitch, they were very knowledgeable, and helpful. They did a fantastic job with our kitchen tile and carpet installation, the work went smoothly, and everyone was polite and courteous. They work hard!! Our house is old and crazy and full of surprises. 6+ layers of old flooring later, they were still able to make my vision a reality and in record time. Austin came to check on the work everyday, which meant a lot to have a person and company care so much about how it's going. A+ all the way. My sister referred me after the vinyl tile was installed in her home. I was hesitating on having contractors in my house after getting new windows installed. David was both extremely personable and professional when he came to assess our flooring project. He was tidy and treated our home the way we would. Most importantly, he really listened to our concerns and desires about our flooring needs. The in-home assessment and proposal was thorough yet efficient. He was thoughtful about our time, but we never felt rushed. Patiently, he answered all of our questions and presented a set of samples that was responsive to our direction. The work was done seamlessly exactly as it was explained. David and his team communicated with us every step of the way. David was immensely helpful and responsive, and went out of his way to make sure the entire process was smooth and efficient. He knew we were desperate to complete the project quickly and was extremely proactive in ordering materials and scheduling installation as fast as he could.
