This is our second job with Floor Coverings International BECAUSE of excellence in service, quality of materials and professional installation you can be proud of!!! We were SO pleased with the company that we called them back for a second job! And once again, we love the end result!! Fabio and Guillermo installed our new floor in my husband's soon to be man cave !! They installed the hardwood after carefully clearing out the room. Their work was done neatly and precisely as discussed and planned! We had a great experience with our carpet installation\. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish\. What really stood out was the care taken with our belongings and furniture\. Everything was moved carefully, put back exactly where it belonged, and before leaving, they even took the time to ask us if everything was back in the correct spot and if we were happy with it\. It’s those little details and the extra level of care that make a big difference\. If you are getting quotes and debating on what floor company to pick, you will not regret choosing Floor Coverings. Bertha and her team are AMAZING!!! I talked to a lot of companies and was feeling very confused on the best way to proceed with our project. Bertha was the only one to really answer our questions. She is so genuine and truly cares. She never made us feel rushed in our decisions and she gave great flooring ideas. Alex and the office staff were super responsive and on top of all schedules and updates. They looped us in on every step of the way. We had a big project (replacing tile, new hardwood, finishing a living room space) and they worked SO hard. If you want a trustworthy, hardworking, honest and caring team for your project-I would always recommend them!!! Truly the best company we have used for a home project!
