Worked with Vitalli and he was knowledgeable and flexible. The installer for the hardwood was Andray and he did a beautiful job. Kevyn for carpeting was cheerful- and they remained cheerful even though they worked long hours to get the job done. Very happy with my new floors!

I had an appointment with a different company who kept giving excuses or didn't want to drive to my house in West Point. So I searched flooring near me, and Floor Coverings International came up. I had an appointment for the next day. Bob came by and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I needed carpet for my entire house, it was a large job. Estimate came in a little high. We negotiated and came to fair price. His team of installers was 2 guys but they were fast and very hard workers. That did a great job and completed the job within the time and days I requested. Highly recommend floor coverings International for your carpet needs. Thanks Bob and Team

Really impressed by this Poway location! I called multiple flooring stores desperately in search for additional LVP flooring to complete an already underway bathroom remodel. Chafic was the most responsive & gave his time to help me figure out if we could identify any local stock - even with the likelihood of not buying from him, he was so very kind & generous with his support. In the end, we did move forward with ordering boxes through this store because of the great service and we were surprised by how quickly they managed to get it to us (he even delivered personally & carried to my garage). Great local business we will think of first for additional flooring needs The 1 star review before mine sounds pretty unfair & misdirected. My order was for only 4 boxes and no installation, yet this store was more than gracious with their support (even after I first indicated I'd like not be buying because of the tight turnaround).

This project was a little different in that it was my father’s room and I wanted to match a laminate in the rest of the home, I also didn’t want any transition pieces due to my 85 year old father using a walker. Mark came by for the initial appointment and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to help me find a close match and we started the process. On the day of install, I looked at the flooring planks and they didn’t match as well as I thought; which was my fault. So I declined the flooring. I have to say that everyone was so gracious and went above and beyond to make “my” error right. Mark, Pablo, Rebekah and the owner of the company went into action to find a better match and Mark returned to my home with new planks. I chose another laminate and they ordered my new choice immediately and my dad’s floor was done a few days later. Customer service was excellent; workmanship was impeccable, and follow up was impressive! I own a business and I always emphasize how important excellent customer service is. This company has it right; they earned my loyalty and referrals. And, I’d just like to mention the two young men on Pablo’s team who methodically transformed a room with old, crappy carpet into a beautiful suite for my dad. A special “thank you” to Remondo and Jesus. Well done Floor Coverings International!!! Bravo

These folks did an excellent job on a staircase that had a twist and stairs that were irregular in shape and size! Leo and his installation partner worked a very long day to get this done. Leo was meticulous in his measuring and cutting and he didn’t leave until the job was perfect. They are true professionals and I am beyond happy with the choice we made with Floor Coverings International. From start to finish the process was easy and I would choose their services again and again. Highly recommend!

Working with Katie was quick, efficient and FCI did a beautiful job on re-carpeting my parent's basement. I was not on site and was able to communicate and choose the carpet through photos of samples and recommendations from Katie. We were so pleased with the finished product- a huge improvement and it elevated the appearance of the entire basement. High recommend for communication and quality of craftsmanship!
