After shopping around, we decided upon FCI. We made a phenomenal decision. The price was a little more than a couple of other companies, but they were able to finish the job in less time and provided excellent customer service. They removed the old carpet and installed the new flooring. They brought in all of the materials (some companies wanted us to buy the materials and they would install them) and left our home very clean. Aiden walked us through the entire project and showed amazing patience as well. I’m convinced that we made the best possible decision for the project. I can recommend FCI without any reservations.

I had some positively shameful carpets that needed to be replaced, and this company was recommended to me through Costco. Excellent experience! Mark provided a great customer service experience, and was very engaged through the entire installation. Pedro's team knocked out the installation in two days, and the work is truly fantastic. I'm already so, so much happier with the way my home feels, and very grateful that this was the team that handled the job. We had a new fridge installed and the waterline was hooked up incorrectly which caused damage to our hardwood floors. Bo came out and gave me an estimate and I hired them to do the repair. They came and removed the damaged area, including inside the pantry, removed the baseboard, replaced the flooring, restained the area and replaced the trim. This was not a simple job as the area wasn't a simple 5 x 5 area, they did quite a bit of cutting. When they finished, we couldn't tell there was any damage at all. It was obvious that this crew takes pride in their work and treated our home with respect. I'm glad I was lucky to find them and will definitely hire them again for future flooring/carpet needs.
