Floor Coverings International in Ft Mill/Tega Cay, SC, transformed our guest bathroom floor with a darling, cheery blue and white tile. When we moved in a few months ago, original laminate flooring was the base. It just didn’t go with the other upgrades in our home. Heather, Brian, and Scott skillfully walked us through the design and installation process. The result is a beautiful, new floor for our guests. Love it!

They removed old carpet from a large bedroom, hall, and two walk-in closets and replaced it with new vinyl, wood plank flooring. The selection of materials, along with detailed information, and trim options was quite extensive and well presented by owner, Steve Tadd. The actual installation was done as promised by a crew that was both expert and meticulous. We appreciated the company follow-up with warranty information and care suggestions. The floor has received many positive comments from friends and visitors. Yes, we will gladly use this locally owned flooring company for ant future flooring projects.

Very satisfying experience we had with Floor Coverings International of Northwest Arkansas. We live in Eureka Springs, with is an hour away from their store. Others carpet stores wouldn't come that far. We also live in a historic home, on the historic loop, and our carpet needs were much different than the usual customer. I explained this to Rob, Blinn, the owner, and he worked with me to find a carpet that I was thrilled with. We were looking for something that had a vintage look about it, like it may have been in a Victorian hotel in the early 1900s. This was very hard to find, but he worked with us. We couldn't be happier. His carpet layers were professional, paid attention to details, and worked very hard. Our home was built in 1904, and there were imperfections in the subfloor from settling/additions in the past. His crew were able to camouflage these imperfections well. Carpet One, came and saw the same imperfections, and said we would have to hire a carpenter to fix that before they would work on it. This would have been another expense, and more time waiting, which we didn't want. The carpet layers were able to handle the situation well. The imperfection area is in the photos, and it is almost impossible to tell where it is! I highly recommend this company to install flooring for you. Rob came out in the morning when the carpet layers arrived, and he was in contact with us during the installation to see if we were satisfied. He also contacted us at the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied. Though we had no problems, I had the feeling that IF we did, he would have dealt with them right away. The prices were fair. We feel very satisfied, and feel that hiring this team, was the best decision for getting quality carpeting in our historic home. Starting at the foyer, they installed carpeting up the first floor stairs, the second floor landings and hallway, and all the way up to the third floor, and the third floor landing.

Ahmad Rahman and his team at Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job on what was a challenging project that required a lot of attention to detail. The installation crew, led by Mario, was exceptional. They were professional, careful, and clearly took real pride in their work. Mario’s attention to detail really showed in the finished product. Ahmad was great to work with throughout the project and made sure everything was done right. The floors look beautiful, and we would absolutely recommend Ahmad, Mario, and the entire team!

I had a really positive experience with Floor Coverings International. They were contracted through my home insurance claim and made the whole process very easy. Communication was excellent, and they always kept me informed about when they would be coming. They also identified that my concrete floor needed levelling before the flooring could be installed and took care of it properly. I was able to find an almost perfect match to my existing flooring, and they did a beautiful job with the installation. Everyone I dealt with was professional, respectful, and pleasant. I’m very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend them!

If you have a tiling project (I am sure other projects too) use Floor Coverings International. Exceptional!!! I needed some tile for my kitchen. I called them, got an answer right away, and Allison even scheduled a project discovery call with me on Sunday. I was thrilled. Dustin came out on Monday to discuss the project, measure the amount of tile I needed, and brainstorm design ideas that were wonderful. He turned around the quote fast and was quick to answer my calls and any questions. Frank scheduled the job and kept me informed of when the tile was to arrive and when the tile installer was to arrive. Dillon, the tile installer, is an artist and very patient, showing me different tile patterns until we had the right one for each space. He worked quickly and efficiently, around other contractors, and was very respectful and clean. He kept me informed of his arrival times and how long the project would take managed the project expertly. A couple of days later, I noticed a couple of places where the grout shrunk a little bit, and he scheduled to come back the next day. These guys are wonderful to work with; every person went above and beyond to do a great job. I am not sure if I like the work or the people better.

New to the area and wanted new carpet on our stairs. TLDR: Just call Floor Coverings International and work with them! We chose them based on mostly Google reviews. After our measurement and initial consultation with Alan, we then worked with Dwayne to choose our carpet. He brought a van full of samples to our house to choose in our space in person!! We chose, they ordered the carpet and then they installed it about 10 days later. We love it and are using them for our next project! Thank you!!

One of the biggest advantages was their mobile showroom, they brought a wide selection of flooring samples directly to my home, which made it so much easier to compare colors and styles with my lighting, furniture, and existing finishes.
