He was professional, responsive, and made sure everything stayed on track from beginning to end. It’s clear he truly cares about customer satisfaction and the quality of the finished project. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the names of all the crew members who worked on our project, but every installer we met was friendly, hardworking, respectful of our home, and did beautiful work. After having a poor experience with Lowe’s installation, we hired Floor Coverings International back in the Spring of 2026 for both our home and business office. We had new flooring and carpet installed. Michael Feferman and his entire team were exceptional to work with. If you're in the market for any kind of tiling project, I highly suggest giving Steve Tadd a call before you make a final decision. He is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Nobody receives these many 5 star ratings without delivering excellence. Easy to work with and you'll love the results. Very reasonable pricing and his team communicates well. They finish the job when they start which was a prerequisite for me. Allison and Steve have some beautiful tile in their showroom and there is something for everyone. Good luck with your project!
