Excellent company to deal with! Rick and Sufi are both very good at what they do. Rick is your first contact as he comes to your home to see your project and discuss options with you. Sufi is the all around office manager, project manager, even warehouse loader driver 😁. She takes care of everything for you from beginning to end. The team they sent out to do our project was headed up by Manny and they did an awesome job on our LVP installation. I highly recommend!!

Floor Coverings International of Southeast Knoxville did an outstanding job on our home. We needed to replace old carpet and dated laminate, and Robin brought the mobile showroom right to our house so we could see samples of luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, and carpet in our own lighting. We ended up choosing beautiful hickory engineered hardwood for the main living areas and waterproof luxury vinyl plank for the kitchen, bathrooms, and basement. The team also refinished some existing hardwood and installed new stair carpet for safety. Everything was measured, ordered, and installed on time. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and left the place clean. The new floors look amazing, feel solid underfoot, and have completely brightened and updated the house. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International for anyone in the Knoxville area looking for hardwood floor installation, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, or full flooring replacement. Great experience from start to finish!

We had Floor Coverings International install new hardwood in our home and then sand and finish the floors. Everything turned out really well. The new hardwood blends beautifully with the rest of the house, and we’re very happy with the finished look. Tim was helpful and responsive throughout the process, and the crew did a great job. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International! Andrea and her team are professional, thorough and experienced in exceptional customer service. We had them replace the carpet in our basement about a month ago and could not be happier with the outcome! Andrea brought samples to the house so I could see how the options work with our paint in the lighting in our home. The installation crew moved furniture, removed the old and installed the new carpet and put all the furniture back in great order. We love our new carpet and are so thankful to have worked with Andrea and her team!

If you are getting quotes and debating on what floor company to pick, you will not regret choosing Floor Coverings. Bertha and her team are AMAZING!!! I talked to a lot of companies and was feeling very confused on the best way to proceed with our project. Bertha was the only one to really answer our questions. She is so genuine and truly cares. She never made us feel rushed in our decisions and she gave great flooring ideas. Alex and the office staff were super responsive and on top of all schedules and updates. They looped us in on every step of the way. We had a big project (replacing tile, new hardwood, finishing a living room space) and they worked SO hard.
