Amanda was my sales rep for getting carpet. It didn’t take me long to see that she was far more than that! She stayed with us throughout the whole process. She came out the morning that the installer came to make sure he did things properly! And then when the carpet was installed, she came back out to inspect it and make sure the installation was up to snuff! The quality of the carpet and the installation was the best! I would definitely use them again

I really enjoyed working with the company from beginning to end. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and ready to answer my questions. During the process, they communicated with me quickly and professionally. They let me know if anything was going to run a little long and/or cost more. My floor needed a bit more leveling and it did cost more, but everything was explained. I would happily recommend this company in the future!!!

Not your average carpet franchise. The owner personally measured and oversaw the installation which was performed by his very experienced installer and was followed up after completion. Excellent pricing and communication. I would highly recommend his services.

FCI did a superb job of replacing about 2,500 square feet of ceramic and carpet flooring in our home. From start to finish, the process was smooth, largely due to the professionalism and “customer first” attitude of David and his entire team. They reacted positively to direction from my wife, who took on the role of site quality manager! Endri handled the site management portion brilliantly, and showed off his skill in personally assisting and supervising the re-flooring of our half-spiral staircase, which now looks stunning. Installation of the ceramic tiles and laminate flooring was extremely well executed, and with close attention to detail. The team worked to prevent dust intrusion throughout the process, and cleaned up the work areas daily.

Reviews are so important...it is how my family came across Tracey and Gary and their company, Floor Coverings International. From our initial meeting, well, our initial phone conversation, they were nothing, but professional. Every encounter was honest, thoughtful, and efficient. Gary and Tracey are a well oiled machine, interchangeably offering thoughts and suggestions that just make sense. This is just their demeanor, but the work that they provide is nearly unmatched. Our floors are amazing. We received great prices for hardwood refinishing, replacement, and carpet installation. We are so happy that we found them and I would recommend everyone to just give them a call and the rest will follow. I promise you will not be disappointed. S/N: We lost our mom and are preparing her house for sale, which is why we needed this company. Even after the project was completed, they have been thoughtful enough to check in with us during a difficult holiday season. You just don't see this type of good customer service anymore. We are forever grateful.

A very nice experience working with Nathan and his company for refurbishing our floors. Our floors were hidden under the carpet and they were orange when we pulled the carpet up. Nathan helped us make decisions on what we wanted for a final color and the finish. Nathan was very attentive to our needs and getting things scheduled. He always answered our phone when we had questions and he stopped out several times to see how the project was going. Very pleased with the results...
