Floor Covering International answered my request for a bid on Luxury Vinyl planks. I received several bids and they were all about the same price. Floor covering International run by Kyle Denzer came with samples. He and his floor expert, Steven, did not know if they were going to repair my problem in the kitchen or replace all the flooring. They took a lot of time measuring and showing my son and I different grades of flooring. We really liked how professional they were, and how they didn’t apply any pressure. We decided to have the whole house refloored. Kyle said we could have this flooring installed quickly and true to his word it was done. His workers worked tirelessly and got the job completed in one day. We both are thrilled with the job they did. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.

We had a great experience selecting our new carpet and Floor Coverings International was very accommodating to fit the install in on our schedule, Stacia met the installers before they started and then she followed up to be sure the carpet was installed properly. We had five rooms carpeted, the installers took care of everything removed (and haul away) all old carpet and padding and moved all furniture for us. Beautiful job, we love our new Pet Perfect carpet! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Fantastic floors, when dogs act like dogs and try to rip up the side of the carpet to get underneath, they repair any damage and add transfer plates. Will definitely choose them again if I have any other needs.

I had several quotes presented, but the personal follow up from the owner won the bid. You never know going into a major project like this, but the communication before, during and after was more than welcome. The guys came in, moved the furniture, laid the floor and moved the furniture back. The floors look so good and the company kept all promises. Very professional and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their floors.

FCI did a great job. We needed to install new carpeting on our stairs, and the walls had recently been repainted. So, we wanted a different style of carpeting. They came out with a number of samples, and offered suggestions. We settled on one of the samples, received a quote and soon after they scheduled the delivery. Their guy came on time, worked quickly, didn't leave a mess and the carpet looks really nice.

Troy and Floor Coverings International were excellent to work with! We needed to redo our floors in a spare bedroom. We searched around and struggled finding a reliable company to work with until we found Troy and FCI. They were professional, timely and took excellent care of us. Had a wonder experience from start to finish with Leigh Ann & Gary. When the flooring I chose was on back order til September, Leigh Ann was able to provide other samples that would be able to be delivered & installed on the same day as originally planned. Awesome!! Fantastic company, both in service and sales. We went through a major flooring renovation in our newly purchased house. Brandon, our salesman, measured everything accurately and was always available to answer questions . He made sure the job was done perfectly! Michael, Matt, Tracy and the fabulous installers worked as a team , giving impeccable customer service. When a stair carpet fell short of our expectations, Brandon went to bat for us , directly to the manufacturer , and made it right. We will use this company again!
