Professional, timely, and no surprises. Michael and team did a great job of installing a custom carpet for our staircase. The whole process was effortless. The installation couldn’t have gone smoother, just note that the installer might require the use of a large area (the garage in our case). The carpet turned out better than I expected. Hopefully stone color tone will stand the test of time. Good work!

This was the first time we've updated our flooring and these guys did an outstanding job. They were friendly, honest, professional and worked quickly to get our space finished in 1 day. They installed luxury vinyl tile in our office and beautiful real hardwood flooring in one of our bedrooms, and the workmanship on both projects was absolutely superior. The crew did an exceptional job from start to finish. They moved some incredibly large and heavy pieces of furniture with great care, were courteous and professional throughout the entire project, and left everything clean and tidy when the work was completed. Their attention to detail really showed in the finished floors. We also greatly appreciated the communication with owner Steve Raney. Steve was responsive, involved, and made sure everything was handled properly and that we were happy with the final result. Mark and his team are fabulous to work with for our project. Mark was responsive from the first time I reached out and worked to ensure they could accommodate our timeline. The hardwood I was trying to match was no longer being made (from 2017), but he was able to find an almost perfect match. His team who scheduled and completed the installation were just as great. Again very responsive and communicated what to expect and when. Andre was our installer and he was fantastic and did superb work. The new hardwood flooring looks like it was always there and we are extremely satisfied. I 100% recommend Floor Coverings International, Mark and his team will ensure you have the best service experience and get the floor you are looking for!

My mom had new carpet installed in four rooms. Charles and team made the process easy and the carpets look great! Charles was patient and helped my mom pick out the best carpet for her home while also helping her get the best price. The team of guys installing the carpet moved all the furniture and put it back together after install with no issues. They were wonderful to work with.

Really happy with the flooring replacement. The new floors immediately gave the rooms a cleaner and more finished appearance. I like the simple design because it works with the existing furniture, walls, and other finishes without competing for attention. The transitions between different areas also look neat, which gives the installation a consistent appearance throughout the space. The new surface feels practical for everyday use and should be easier to maintain. The rooms look brighter and more cohesive now. Overall, it was a relatively simple improvement that made a significant difference to the interior.
