Christiano did an excellent job repairing our floors! We had some creaky spots on our hardwood floors and he repaired them from underneath in the basement in a few hours. Very professional and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service and top notch installation. Great value for the quality! We contacted Floor Coverings International in Sparks, NV. I spoke to Joyce who was very responsive and helped us with our carpet replacement and installation. The fact that we had purchased a carpet and we requested only installation, she was flexible enough to accommodate our installation only. Many installers will hesitate or up charge for just install. In addition, she was aware of hour tight schedule. Joyce gave us a call to informed us to work around the schedule and complete the job 2 days before scheduled installation. I also spoke to business owner, Bear, to finalize the service order. Again, an exceptional nice business owner who did not hesitate to work with us for the best deal for such project. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International- Reno-Sparks. CALL THEM FIRST before you shop around. They have a great value for the service. GREAT JOB

We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International. Alan came to our house, listened to our needs for carpeting a staircase, had samples on the spot and gave us great advice. The installation went well. We had a small problem but Dwayne came by and offered an excellent solution. We couldn’t have been happier with the service and the product. FCI installed LVT and carpet for me, and the customer service was above and beyond: quick, professional, and to-the-point communications. The technical crews actually doing the work were very good too, especially the LVT team and their foreman, Alex. Another great aspect is that they are properly licensed in WA and operate as an S-corp. If you are into taxes, you know how much easier that makes your bookkeeping! The cost is on the higher end, but the premium is absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and professionalism you receive. I highly recommend this company. They are #1 on my list for the next project

Such a seamless and wonderful experience working with FCI. They made such a daunting experience easy peezy and having a designer help with selections was sooo helpful. We did our whole house with new wood floors from them as well as carpet and a rubber gym floor. Will absolutely work with them again in the future

Larry and Hannah at Floor Coverings International were awesome to work with for the carpet install in my office. They kept me in the loop the whole way, stuck to the timeline, and made picking the final product and color much less overwhelming. The carpet looks amazing and from start to finish I had my carpet installed in < 3 weeks. I’ll definitely be reaching out again for my next flooring project.

Floor Coverings International was great!! great communication, thorough scope of work, great recommendations. I was about to spend $300/toilet for new installs when Johnnie suggested I look at another store that had similar quality toilets that were 1/2 the cost. He was absolutely right. I was able to get to new toilets installed for less than $300 with his recommendation. Very happy with how the floors and trim look. I would highly recommend.
