Chris, Andrew, and Steve from FCI in Island Park NY provided great advice on my floor replacement, and were also very flexible in scheduling home visits to discuss as much as needed. I eventually went with a light gray vinyl plank for combination of durability and beauty. Nicole the office manager was very helpful with the logistics. Jonathan the installer and his team were very professional and skilled. The job was completed on time and on budget with no hidden surprises and a great result. My whole house has been transformed. I highly recommend FCI for a floor project.

We hired Floor Coverings International Boca Raton to cover our old floor tiles with an excellent hardwood laminate throughout the entire house. Due to our remodeling schedule, we had to split the job into two phases, eight months apart.Jim was an absolute gem to work with, especially given our unique timing and scheduling challenges; he was always highly responsive and quick to address any issues that arose.
