Fantastic service from these guys, nothing was too much trouble in making sure we made the right choice of carpet. The home based showroom is by far better than stood in a store under different lighting to at home. We're now a couple of months in and it still looks perfect. We'll not look anywhere else next time we need flooring.

Not only did Jen help me find carpet that matched the space and was in stock, but she was able to get an installer quickly and get the carpet installed the day before the furniture went in! He brought an extensive selection of options and even ordered larger samples so we could take time to make a confident final decision. Throughout the installation process, BJ’s communication was outstanding. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure every one of our requests was met. While we were initially nervous about completing flooring throughout the entire home, they made the process seamless and stress-free—and the results exceeded our expectations. Even after installation, their commitment to customer satisfaction continued. They returned a few days later to repair flooring we had accidentally scratched while moving furniture back in.
