What an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International Plano and John Conroy’s team. I truly cannot recommend them enough. What impressed me the most was the speed, communication, and professionalism from the very beginning. I sent John a few videos of the issue we had upstairs, and almost immediately he responded. That alone already separated them from many other home improvement companies. Most companies either take forever to respond, are booked out for weeks, or give you a “maybe sometime next week” type of answer. But John and his team were completely different. After reviewing the videos and pictures, John quickly provided an estimate, and once we approved it, they had a technician at our house the very next day. Now let me explain the problem. Over the years, the carpet upstairs in all four rooms had become very wavy and uneven from heavy foot traffic, kids constantly running around, and even a ping-pong table upstairs. Honestly, it had started looking pretty rough and old. The technician who came out did an absolutely phenomenal job. He worked meticulously for several hours, paying attention to every detail, and by the end the carpet looked almost brand new again. The difference was unbelievable. It honestly looked like state-of-the-art work. What I appreciated most was not only the quality of the work, but also how smooth and stress-free the whole process was — fast communication, quick scheduling, fair pricing, and outstanding craftsmanship. Huge thanks again to John Conroy and the entire team at Floor Coverings International Plano. Even though we live in Flower Mound, they service many areas, and if you need any flooring work done, repairs, stretching, replacement, or upgrades, these are the people to call. Professional, responsive, honest, and highly skilled. Five stars all the way.

What a great experience we had with Floor Coverings International! They recently replaced the carpet in the upstairs of our home. The quality of the new carpet is superb and the price and the workmanship were excellent. And most heartwarming, when there was a small issue afterwards that needed to be handled, they didn't rest until it was resolved to our satisfaction. This is a company that genuinely understands what the meaning of customer service. They were recommended to us by friends, and we are now recommending them to others, as well.

I met Courtney at the RI home show in April 2026. She was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. Then it wasn't long after I called to make an appointment. Then her husband brought the samples at my house and explained the process from start to finish so we knew what to expect. After measuring he showed us from his laptop what the room would look like, then gave us an excellent price so we gave him a deposit that day to get the job going. It only took a couple of weeks from then for the carpet to come and not long after that it was installed. The installer they sent did an excellent job. Very, very pleased with the job. Excellent company to deal with.

Simply the best!! We had hardwood floors throughout the house as well as carpet in some rooms, absolutely stunning!! The crew was amazing, hard-working, and always left everything very clean. I recommend them highly! Especially Wilson, who did the flooring. He was exceptional and very helpful.!!

I hired Floor coverings International to replace most all of my floor covering in my house. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely wonderful to work with. I just wish I had not already hired my kitchen cabinets from another company. I'm sure they would have done an outstanding job on that also. When I am ready to remodel my bathrooms, I will hire Floor covering International again. Very pleased.

Luis and the sanding technicians were right on time. They took very good care not to make a mess, covering all halls and tvs with plastic wrap. The closet doors were removed and replaced perfectly. In 2 days with top to bottom clean up. I was very pleased with the outcome and of course the courteous and professionalism of the team. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Ryan knows everything about all of his products and his recommendations where very appreciated and spot on. He even knows the market on shipping and production when prices on the products could raise or lower and saved us money in the long run.
