This team is awesome and WILL take care of you! From picking out the color, quality, design, installation, clean up...I was never left in the dark. If you think you can do this yourself, you cannot! They leveled the floors better than I ever could have prior to installation. The quality of the materials is FAR better than what you will get at Home Depot. I can't recommend them enough! Sorry for my pictures, but this place was carpet head to toe, and cheap laminate everywhere else. I tried to do a before and after.

Now that it's done it is transformational and we're so happy to have it ground down with a new epoxy coating applied on top. Floor Coverings International is the only company I could find in southeast Michigan that had the craftsman that could stretch and repair my carpet. Any other company I contacted only wanted to sell me a new carpet. Nasser arrived exactly on time and had the carpet repaired and cleaned up within an hour. He arrived on time to our initial consult and spent time with us discussing options, answering our questions and providing the background of the company and operations. Amy as well was very responsive and helpful with the scheduling and payment process. The team who did the work on our floors did a fantastic job! They thoroughly prepped the space and we were pleased with how clean they left everything, they did a great job at keeping dust at minimum. James Berry helped me pick out the perfect floors for my house. He was very informative and on time. He made sure the job was done correctly afterwards and he made himself available for any questions all the time. The installers, Eric and his Dad showed up on time and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail, removed all squeaks from the floors & stairs. I’m very impressed! I will be using their services again for my new house if needed.

I was very happy with Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County. Mike was very responsive to my initial setup for a free in-home estimate. We had other companies also provide estimates, but this company had the best price and was able to complete the work very quickly.
