I obtained several estimates for new carpet and although Mike’s company wasn’t the most expensive they weren’t the least either. But I chose them because I knew they would not only do a fantastic job (lots of positive reviews) but that they would stand by their work. It was really important to me that Mike and his team were part of the community with a long standing reputation. And wow-my new carpet looks FANTASTIC. Just a really positive experience.

I am grateful to Philip and the whole crew at Floor Coverings International for sharing my somewhat unusual vision for a laundryroom and bath. I envisioned rooms that brought the outside in. They were able to source my sliced stone mosaic in the exact colors I needed to match existing tile. The price was thousands less than the nearest competitors, less than half ofvthe most expensive. Every worker was professional. I'd certainly recommend this company.

James Berry has been great to work with so far. He came out to my home, measured the rooms I’m looking to update, and took the time to walk me through the flooring options in a way that was clear and helpful. Great costumer service! I personally don't know much about flooring and what goes into installing a new one, but Chris did an amazing job. Did not rush the job and even went out of his way to come during Canada day to make sure the job was done right! Great attention to detail.

We used FCI to install tile through out our house. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They did an amazing job and I have yet to find an issue with their work. All the tile was laid out perfectly and everything went down without an issue. When they finished for the day - they cleaned up everything and left the job site in good shape.

Great company which I highly recommend. Chris was wonderful & so very patient with me - coming back to our home a few times while I made my choice. Katie was there throughout our project & was very helpful. I absolutely love my floors & have received such fantastic comments from anyone that sees them. They even did my kitchen & foyer going over the existing tile. I searched around a long time & so happy I used FCI. You will not be disappointed.

Floors look awesome! Staff manager is very involved and supportive making sure job is going well. The only issue was my fault when I did not do stain pretreatment to ensure stains would be gone or less visible.

Working with Devin and the team at FCI felt like a breath of fresh air compared to most home service companies. Most of the time, I would rather go to the dentist than coordinate with them, but Devin made the process fun. It felt more like a conversation with a close friend who genuinely cared about helping figure out the best possible option for me and my space. They showed up when they said they would (which is rare), communicated clearly, and followed through on the details. There was no chasing, no confusion, and no sense that things were being rushed or glossed over. They took pride in doing the work the right way, and that came through in both the process and the final result. A special shoutout to Ernesto, the installer lead. He was excellent. He was respectful in the home, professional, thoughtful, and clearly cared about making sure everything was handled properly. I rarely write reviews, but when the service is this good, I have to let others know. If you’re on the fence, give Devin and his team a call and thank me later.
