Less than 2 weeks from initial consultation to installation for our 2 staircases, each with landing areas. The style matches our modern farmhouse vibe so nicely. Hired Flooring International to put LVP throughout my entire first level. I had received 3 quotes, and this company came in with the best price for the job, while also seeming very knowledgeable about the whole process. The initial salesman, David, was very nice and helpful, and maintained contact throughout the entire process. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and professionally. Being able to communicate via text made everything so much simpler and more efficient. I was updated every step of the way. The floors themselves look amazing! The team came in and completed the job in only one day, and we did not even need to be home. They were even able to make some last minute changes for wider baseboards to cover some drywall damage near the bottom of our walls. They also updated our transition strips to match the new floor, which looks so much nicer than the black rubber strips that were there previously. Overall I am very happy with the level of service that I received from this company, as well as the final product. I highly recommend them!

Floor covering did a amazing job all the way from the marketing team Phil working with me while we were still shopping for the Flooring contractors. Phil made multiple trips to my home explaining the scope of the project and how it will be done. Amazing!!! Once I finalized the project, it was really Quick. Prince, came to our site , did a final survey of the flooring and the measurements, and provided a flexible plan for the install according to my schedule. He is very friendly and easy to work with. The work was done with perfection and I am impressed by the Job. It was raining for 2 weeks when we scheduled the project and the team worked closely to adjust the schedule to get the job done. Very impressive and I certainly recommend floor covering for anyone looking for a flooring. Kudos to the team!!!

Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was able to provide multiple samples of several different flooring products and cost comparisons. He was very helpful in answering questions regarding carpet padding and product quality, I had lots of questions! It was very convenient to have so many samples to test in my home. The team was amazing from start to finish. Robin gave us a great deal and helped us with a competitive military discount. We received higher quotes before but thanks to Robin we were able to get our project started. The Mobile showroom is a great concept. Seeing the flooring samples in our own home makes a huge difference! We went with amazing light luxury vinyl floors. Robin’s installer crew knocked it out in less than a day. Amazing craftsmanship!
