We needed a stair runner to keep the dogs from slipping and falling down the stairs. We reached out to Empire but they said they didn't do stair runners and other companies told us our jobs was too small. Kelly and Will at floor coverings international were SO helpful and came to the rescue. Not only did we get a great carpet but they made the process seamless and easy. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Not often I say "mind blown" in a review!! However, this time it will be said. We bought a new home and the entire home needed re-carpeting. The owner, Ben came out and personally went through everything with us, giving us options of super expensive to super cheap. He gave us the pros and cons of all of them. In the end, we settled on a higher grade carpet and padding. After measuring he gave us the quote, but stated that his carpet cutting software reduces waste, therefore lowering cost. The quote was the price out the door, and was shy of $1,500 less than the competition for a higher grade carpet and pad than the competitors had to offer. On install day, I opened the house for Ben's crew at 9:45am. By 10:20 when I returned they had ALL the old carpeting gone and had the new pad installed in the living room. This is 1,900 sq ft, on 2 floors including stairs!!! I couldn't believe it... "mind blown". Keep in mind, there was no furniture to move and the subfloor is still in good condition... but the fact they removed carpet from a living room, an office, a formal dining room, a master bedroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, and 16 steps was amazing. The project was completed by 4:00pm that day!! The crew was really nice and the house smells better, looks better, and is so much more comfortable to walk around in barefoot. Thank you so much to Ben and his amazing crew!! Tal did an outstanding job!!

Would recommend Floor Covering International of Aurora 100% to any person doing flooring project. We first met Robin in our home to do our floor inspection, discuss our needs and desires, and to find a professional to help with our flooring project. Robin was very efficient, explained every scenario, what would be best, what should be done, what would be most cost effective, etc. We had intention of having a second flooring company give an estimate. She even encouraged it! However, we knew immediately, that she and her team would be the ones to do our flooring project. Our connection with her was so organic and true. She spent ample time with us and didn't rush through anything. She showed us plenty of samples in the comfort of our own home, and didn't try to persuade us with price. She went based on our wants and needs and was honest about each options pros/cons. Upon completion of our project review, she shared plans with her partner Justin who would oversee the project. Justin had some minor thoughts/changes to address, for example some steps that would be included in the redo, and gave his expert opinion on what would turn out to be a better option. They were able to accommodate our requested dates. Once project day arrived, we were so excited and couldn't wait to begin. Then the crew arrived. Justin arrived first to do the walkthrough and finalize/confirm all that was going to be done. We had an immediate connection with him as well! What a great team you two are!! Then the two service members of the team who would be doing the work arrived, Diego and G! Extremely professional, some of the hardest workers we have ever seen, purposeful with protecting items in our home, and again, extremely efficient work. I would trust them in my home again and again. Now, to brag about the work. Just wow! It feels like we are in a completely new home! The floors are perfect, they even went into detail about which direction we wanted the wood to face. They moved the furniture for us, helped us relocate furniture upon completion, came back to check on work to make sure we were satisfied and everything was as it should be. They cleaned up after their work, instructed us on upkeep and maintenance of the floor. Robin had an in house check in a week after work to see the completed project! I wish I could have recorded her reaction! Our whole experience with this entire team has been phenomenal, and one that we will never forget. Every person we encountered became a friend to us and they treated us and our home with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend for any and all flooring needs! Thank you guys so much!!! We still feel like we have so much more to say! You did a fantastic job and we are extremely grateful! Just thank you so much! Are you in the market/hunt for new flooring? Andrew and his team did an amazing job installing our floors! His team ripped out old carpet and installed beautiful floors in our entire downstairs level! We are 100% satisfied with our floors! We highly recommend Andrew and his team! In addition, Andrew offered a more affordable pay plan that other competitors do not offer. Check them out! Outstanding work!

Did some research beforehand that was a mix of them being ridiculously expensive or fair priced. I am happy to say that although they couldn’t match the price of another quote, it wasn’t too far over and the rewards from Costco made it pretty much even. Not to mention that I had doubts about the other carpet options I was given but I had absolutely no doubt with Floor Coverings International. They pulled some strings to get me a sooner install date by getting the material from LA instead of Georgia, which was somewhat limited in choices, but it worked out so much that it was actually my top two choices! I ended up choosing the multi-color Perfection which I had no doubt about and I absolutely love it. The installers were professional and got it done within a day. I would and have been recommending this Costco partner. Love it. Thank you, Floor Coverings International!
