Highly recommend this company. Anthony helped us from start to finish and gave us tons of options to choose from, LVP, hardwood, carpet, tile, they do it all. We will definitely be using them again both for our home as well as for our business. The installation was quick and professional and Anthony was easy to reach whenever we had questions. I had a great experience with the Floor Covering International. I requested LVP wood planks for my three bedrooms. The salesman, Mark, who visited my home was polite, and very knowledgeable. He gave me issues to consider in terms of color and durability (I have several dogs) which were very helpful in making a good decision. He listened to what I wanted and was not pushy, which made the visit enjoyable! The team who came to lay the LVP were wonderful as well. They were on-time and worked very hard to finish the job in one day! Amazing! Through my research, I know I paid a bit more for my new floors but my floors are beautiful and I am certain that they will keep their beauty over time.

Floor Coverings International Louisville came to my rescue when my carpet pad had stuck to my hardwood floor. I did need to have my floors refinished so took the plunge. Brittany and Stephanie handled everything quickly and efficiently. They sent Ben to move my furniture out (and then back in at the end of the job) and sent the most amazing refinisher (Tourney). My floors look absolutely amazing! These were the nicest folks and I could not be more pleased with my floors.

Ben and Jenefer are by far the best contractors we have ever worked with. We needed a lot of help on our new house including new carpet throughout our 2700 square foot home and treatment for cat urine. From the moment we met Ben until the end, his team was professional, excellent communicators, timely and they stood by their word. We had a budget that Ben respected from the beginning and he found a product that was more than what we had hoped for. We don't know anything about carpet but he met our needs by asking the right questions. When it came to install his team was quick and timely. They asked if we would like our stairs Hollywood style, picture included. We said yes and while it was difficult for his team to do due to the layout of our stairs, Jenefer's team managed to find a way. If you need new carpet and someone you can count on that stands by their word, hire this team!

We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone needing new flooring. Will, the sales representative, was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our flooring and promised us a "stellar" job. We definitely were pleased with the whole process and he followed through the entire install. The team even communicated by phone and sent photos throughout. We had a combination of carpeting and vinyl flooring installed in our home. This installation was done to perfection.
