Overall happy with new floors. Had to get whole house redone as same flooring throughout. Team was accomodating with scheduling the project to ensure I had time to pack up. As new install occured install team were hard workers and amazed at how much got done within window of projected work. Even at walk through there were some minor nits i saw and they were quick to address. I appreciated the response of "they are your floors, we will do x to make sure you are happy with them". Floors look great! I am still unpacking but its been worth the effort. Would recommend.

Grady and team are great to work with! Grady was really helpful in weighing the pros and come of the carpet I was considering. Overall helped me make a better, less expensive choice. The crew for install was on time, professional, thorough clean up. Couldn’t believe they were able to install in a room with bunk beds without taking them apart. Would definitely work with this company again.

Jason and the team at FCI helped me with a very large project that included carpet removal and install of carpet and LVP. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The job went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to others for any flooring project.

I was thoroughly impressed by how mindful they were of our home, they were conscientious about cleaning up as they went along, ensuring no debris was left behind. rare to find a team that combines high-quality craftsmanship with total respect for the workspace. Carpet is gorgeous! Price was right and Leo, the installer, did an amazing job! Two great guys moved our furniture out; Leo installed the carpet, cleaned up his mess, then the same great guys put our furniture back. The only concern was following the arranged time line which they finally made work.

My wife and I bought a home and only had a couple of weeks to squeeze some flooring work in before our move. Steve and his crew responded quickly when we asked for help, and they did an incredible job of buffing/staining our hardwood floors. They were able to complete the work within 1 week of contacting them. Not to mention I believe they’re very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!
