She came right out to my property with samples and somehow picked out exactly the carpet I had in mind—it made the whole process incredibly easy. She quickly put together an estimate that actually came in below what my contractor’s carpet vendor quoted, which was a great bonus. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. We found them through Angi and reached out. We then received a call back almost immediately to schedule for an in home consultation with Jose and the mobile show room to pick carpet and get an estimate. We did this the very next day! Once picked, we scheduled our install and everything was fully taken care of until the day of installation when Marco and his team showed up and did a fantastic job installing over 2 days. Best flooring install experience ever! We wanted to get the house listed quickly. Ashley came and helped us pick out new carpet and luxury vinyl flooring. She provided a very fast bid compared to previous experiences. Dillon kept me updated with every detail including scheduled delivery and installation arrangements. Both installation crews did amazing jobs! Even small details like carpet cuts around closet door things on the floor were perfect. The planking was also done without any gaps in the seams or next to the carpet, as we've seen before. We had new taller baseboards installed; they look so much better than the old ones. We couldn't be happier getting this flooring done by Floor Coverings International! Thanks again!

Preston worked with me quickly and kept me on budget. I scheduled an appointment and he came out with great service and selection I could see in my home. I had a quick turnaround time and the install with removal of the old carpet was done in a single day. My home is now refreshed and looks amazing. The color of the new carpet looks better than I could have imagined. Best of all Preston and his crew are here local in League City. Supporting a local business is great and the surrounding areas. From beginning to end, I had a great experience working with Jim on new flooring in my home. For the initial consultation, Jim spent 2-3 hours at my home, patiently explaining the details of various types of flooring. He did not rush at all, and it was evident to me and my husband that Jim is very knowledgeable about flooring - both the science and the process. I was impressed by his thoroughness, friendly demeanor, and excellent customer service. We got several other quotes from other flooring companies, and ultimately decided to go with Jim because of the fair pricing and our impression that he is trustworthy and would do a great job. When we were going back and forth on which colors/materials to use, Jim kindly came to our home a second time and patiently showed us samples again. His communication was always prompt and professional. He would respond to texts during evenings and weekends, beyond regular business hours. His son installed vinyl in our living room, and he had a crew install our new carpet the next day. All the installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I recommend Jim/his team without hesitation to anyone who is looking for top quality flooring and a hassle-free experience.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. They came directly to our home with a wide range of samples, which made it so much easier to compare options alongside our existing floors, furniture, and finishes. That level of convenience really took the stress out of the selection process. Scheduling was quick and efficient—they were able to get us on the calendar within a couple of weeks. The installation itself was incredibly fast (our stair runner was done in about an hour), and the team did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Joey, the owner, was on-site during the installation to oversee everything and make sure we were completely satisfied, which we really appreciated.
