Excellent Customer service. Above and beyond. Relatively small order but timely updates on the order and delivery status. To me the ultimate test is when something is not perfect, in this case not FCIB 's fault but the manufacturer who shipped the flooring. It was not properly packaged causing damage to the edges of the planks. (Thanks FCIB for checking!) They reached out to the manufacturer and had replacement planks to me within a week ( it had to come from CA) Truly appreciative of the service and effort to make it right even when out of their control.

Niki and her team at Floor Coverings International Panama City Beach are A+. Max my installer was phenomenal and worked Friday and Saturday until 7:00 to get my flooring completed on time. My floors were quite badly damaged from a leaking dishwasher. Don Diehl came promptly and assessed the damage, and left a written estimate. His men arrived as scheduled, and even moved some of the heaviest pieces of furniture for us. The entire project, which included replacing a portion of the original hardwood floor, went smoothly, with outstanding results. The entire project was professionally handled from start to finish, and we are most pleased with the results. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International and Don Diehl for any flooring needs.

Every worker in my home was incredibly professional and kind. There was no attempt to sell us on things we did not need and the quality of the job is amazing.
