Miguel and his partner Carly were so helpful through the stressful process of picking out new floors and getting them installed before a party at my home. They were competitive, and I went with them because I liked the way they communicate and their "handholding" during the process. They are not one of those companies that you have to worry if they are going to show up after they get a deposit.

I recently purchased a 10 year old home and wanted to renovate slightly to open and brighten up the common areas. I cannot say enough positive things about the installers, the team, the initial contact and the follow up. Due to previous bad experiences I was wary but this was top shelf work and treatment. When they tell you they go above and beyond to earn your trust and business, believe it!! I’m already planning my next floor install with them. We had a handyman do some work in our kitchen, and he attempted to refinish the hardwood floor. Unfortunately, he was not an expert and the floor ended up in worse shape than before. We called FCI and talked to Jason. He understood my wife’s angst at having the kitchen unusable for almost two months and immediately arranged for a visit to provide an estimate. He was able to schedule the refinishing with his professional crew just a few days later. They did an awesome job and had the whole job done in two days. The quality is awesome, and my wife is delighted have her kitchen back. Certain work requires a professional. Hardwood floor refinishing is one of them. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and FCI!!
