This company is devoted to making the entire experience positive from the initial phone interaction to the completion of the floors. I am very happy with my new floors. My salesman,Mike was great to work with. He brought samples and helped me decide on which carpet would be best for my contemporary home. He was not high pressured and very nice to work with. The two installers were very efficient and they came at 8:30am and left at 9:30pm. Kudos to Jeffrey Bell for hiring great employees

I called FCI out of frustration after dealing with 2 other flooring places. I explained my need to install something that would be able to withstand extreme temperatures. Pete had a suggestion/solution & said he could be out in 3 days with samples. Being able to have the samples & Pete on site, a decision was made, questions answered, down payment completed all in about 20 minutes. The install was done 2 weeks later & Richard took his time & did a great job. The price was reasonable. Very pleased from start to finish.

Joel was awesome! He came to the house we did a little tour, he asked some questions. He then went to his van and came back with some samples. We all sat down on the floor and looked at the samples in m y house! We picked the Flooring we liked he answered all our questions and then put a quote together. The price was fair and we felt comfortable moving forward all within 90 minutes. 2 weeks later our floors were completed and our house is like new again! His installers moved our big furniture. It was all too easy. I highly recommend Floor Covering international of Fort Wayne if you want great flooring done right with no drama! Thanks Joel and his Team!

Probably the biggest mistake we made about this flooring was to postpone it as long as we did. We have this very large Victorian in Lincoln Park that we started to restore from scratch FIFTY years ago and when it came to the second floor flooring we thought "No more! Too tired! No one will see it." But the second floor had seriously ugly and very squeaky porch flooring and FCI gave an unbeatable proposal and truly Frad Astaire and Ginger Rogers could glide across it. Whatever magic they did, the floor is totally silent, smooth, gloriously beautiful. Expensive? Not really. The floor will be a focal point to sell the place (unless some idiot opts to tear it down)
