Larry’s knowledge, personality & professionalism are spot on as were the men who installed our floors! Everything was organized, super neat & clean. A great experience. When my water softener overflowed and ruined the floors I ask my maintenance advisor who to call for repairs and he quickly answered Floor Covering International. I called and Kimberlee was out in a few day with her truck load of samples. We picked what we wanted and had to wait to install it until invisible damage was repaired. We left the house since the whole house had to be re-done. We were so excited to get new floors so we could move back into our home and had to come several times during the installation day to see what they were doing. I was completely impressed with the installation crew in every way. They were polite and careful for our safety (we're elderly), they had a double crew that day and they worked together like a well choreographed dance. unloading and cutting outside and installing inside. They were totally professional and their craftsmanship was amazing. The floor they were taking up had not been well installed and they repaired every shortcut that had been taken before. The foreman would not compromise their work to cut any corner that had been left undone before. He reinstalled carpet in doorways that hadn't been done wrong. When they finished we have a a professional job that we can be proud of and will last us for many years. Thanks you Floor Coverings International, you are the the best.

From start to finish this company was awesome, I paid half upfront for the materials and paid the balance after they finished , and it did not take 6 weeks to get materials and another 4 weeks of scheduling like 3 or 4 other companies I checked with first, I only had one issue and that was some trim didn’t get ordered but that all worked out because we didn’t end up needing it , and they did remove that from my bill with no questions asked , but where this company impressed me the most was the installers, the 2 guys I had were what every person hopes they get when having a flooring installed , this was not a wam bam get in get it done and get out as fast as you can, these 2 guys were perfectionist and time was never an issue , they spent 2 days on the stairs alone and they came out perfect, they also had no problem moving things or helping me move things I did try and have room’s cleared out before they started them but there were a couple rooms they got to when i wasn’t home and they moved everything with care and moved it back when they finished , they also had a general foreman who came by probably every other day to check on how things were going and made sure I didn’t have any concerns or questions , I am doing a full remodel on my house and if the other 4 companies doing work were like flooring international I would be a very happy person but that’s so much the case , anyways I am 100 percent happy with the outcome of my flooring and 1000 percent happy with the process, I will post pictures later because as I stated I am doing a full renovation of my house so picture would not do the flooring justice now , so stay tuned and a big thanks to Oscar the general foreman who is the one who sent my installers Alex and hector those 2 guys can work for me anytime, hope this helps anyone trying to to or getting ready to do flooring , oops I almost forgot to mention this , and probably the most important part , the three companies I inquired with before floor coverings International, every one of them figured on putting transition strips between every room every hallway Every doorway and one of them said they have to be their manufacturers recommendations that’s all a bunch of BS Has just an easy way for him to get in and get out real fast. I am very happy to say I do not have one transition strip in my house and at 2700 ft.². There’s a lot of corridors and a lot of different rooms stairs. Everything not one transition strip. So my advice is no matter who you use to do your floors ask them about transition strips Not saying you might not have to put one in, but I definitely didn’t want Them and I do not have any Stay tuned for pictures

Excellent experience with Austin and FCI. Beautiful carpet, well- installed, at a good price. Austin was very keen on making us happy throughout the whole process. Happy to recommend them and happy to use them again.
