It’s been a few decades since I needed to find a floor-coverings expert in this part of the country. But it didn’t take long to decide that I’d made the right choice in selecting Floor Coverings International of Fort Wayne. My first meeting was with their sales lead, Joe. Right away we struck up a friendly conversation regarding what I was looking for - and what the company had. I was astonished at the full breadth of samples in the company truck! It didn’t take too long to decide on some Luxury vinyl plank for the kitchen - fully waterproof and in a nice almost cherry color. After that the carpet for bedroom, Living room hall and family room came pretty easily. The next part was the most difficult! Waiting for the caroet to get to Fort Wayne. Once it arrived, however, the installation manager, Ike, was at my house with a crew at 8: AM sharp. I have never seen anyone work so quickly, or as efficiently as Juan and the crew! By the end of the day, all but the Bedroom were nearly finished. These guys were all very professional, quick, skilled, personable and I would not hesitate to use them again. You shouldn’t either!

I had a great experience with FCI! I have an apartment in a large high rise building that I was remodeling for my parents to move into. The building is extremely strict and has a lot of requirements and rules for what types of flooring can be installed, as well as elevator usage for contractors, etc. Chuck, the contractor from FCI, went out of his way to work with the building to keep everything in line with their requirements. His patience throughout the process was impressive! Also, prior to hiring FCI, it was discovered by a previous contractor after pulling up the carpet, that the floor was extremely unlevel, (a 2 1/2 difference in height from the center of the room to the corner!) That other company said it was beyond their capabilities to install hardwood, vinyl, or tile flooring on such an uneven floor. They said they could only install more carpet, or I was going to have to find another company to work with. With my heart set on removing the carpet, I hired FCI after discovering this problem with the floor. FCI not only was able to flatten out the floor, but the owner, Brian, also suggested flooring choices that would work best with the building's requirements and would actually be less expensive than my original choice. He actually helped me save money on my project and stay under my budget! They installed a luxury vinyl plank floor that has the look of hardwood in the bedroom and living room. For the bathroom they installed a ceramic tile that looks like an elegant white marble. Everything turned out beautifully, I could not be happier with the result! Also, a big thank you to Chuck who went above and beyond to address any and all concerns I had throughout the project. Any issues that came up he would immediately work to resolve them as quickly as possible. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Thank you for everything, Chuck and Brian! You made a beautiful home for my parents.

The entire process with FCI was excellent, and I am very thankful for a beautiful job well done! Conner and Payton were very communicative prepping for the process and providing updates along the way. They answered a ton of my questions (before, during, and after) and made me feel at ease ensuring I understood what was going on and when. I felt confident choosing this team for my home project. John and Grek were absolute rockstars handling the demolition and installation of my new floors! They are extremely trustworthy and friendly. Alan and his crew did a great job! Right from the beginning, Alan was easy to work with. We live out of town so it was a little tricky picking out product but he made it easy and the end project came out beautiful. Very trustworthy and keeps to his word. Project was finished when promised. Highly recommend!

This is such a great solution. I was very tired of getting multiple floor samples, bringing them home, then they didn't match. This company brings a van full of samples to your house! They found the perfect match for the bedroom! Customer service is exceptional. Quality of work excellent. Will use again.

Team showed up as planned and got straight to work on my spare bedroom . They quickly removed the old carpet and padding. The new carpet was installed efficiently with minimum noise. The area was left clean. I am very pleased with the results and all under an hour. Definitely recommend this company.
