Floor Covering International ripped out our old kitchen flooring and replaced it with grouted vinyl tile. The product, workmanship and service all 5 + stars. Exceptional product and service. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again for another project.

From start to finish FCI was amazing to work with! Blake came out with the mobile showroom, spent a lot of time going through different flooring options and pros/cons of each. We went with LVP flooring. Blake took his time with us and offered suggestions while we decided on color. The work itself was done quickly and efficiently! Our installers were Hector, Jose and Luis- all very kind, knowledgeable and hard workers! Susie (office manager with FCI) checked in before and during the project to ensure we knew what to expect, had what we needed and were happy with the job being done. I would use FCI again in a heartbeat for our next flooring project!

We worked with Floor Coverings International on a challenging project with a lot of schedule changes, scope shifts, and a tough client to navigate. It was a chaotic project, but Floor Coverings International handled it well. They took a lot of pressure off our team by remaining steady, flexible, and easy to work with. Rick and Sufi stayed on top of communication and managed project changes with a calm, positive attitude. Sufi's cheerful nature brought a bright, uplifting energy to this challenging project, which was greatly appreciated. The install turned out great, and the flooring part of this build out went smoothly because of how Rick and Sufi handled things. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable flooring partner. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if Google's rating system allowed it!

The FCI guys Ed, Jardel and crew exemplify professionalism, courtesy and craftsmanship. They have graced my home multiple times providing a perfect install in an imperfect house, leaving it clean and impossible to know someone worked there (had I not seen them, I would have thought it was magic). Artfully installed 2 patterned ceiling trays (trays were not plumb so it took extra diligence for the install to look symmetrical) Replaced boards at doorways that were left gappy instead of just adding a toe kick threshold like another installer proposed Added boards under fridge/freezer & washer/dryer (removing appliances or cutting in) They were courteous and efficient and will be back to rectify install issues by another flooring company.
