I just had Mohawk heirloom oak installed. I like the feel and the look so far. I liked the team. They helped me when I was choosing my options. The installation went quick. I had stripped the floor but they had to level it.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the owner to the installers, everyone was professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They are some of the hardest working people I have met. The floors look absolutely incredible, and our entire office loves the transformation. The quality of the work speaks for itself. They were extremely flexible with our office schedule and completed the entire project in 1 week so we could get back to business with minimal disruption. I was very impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail. They truly treat your space as if it were their own. They removed carpet and replaced entire house with wood. Process was extremely efficient and quality work by head installer-Evando- Arrived every day on time and worked very clean and respectful of our home. The supervisor closely monitored all work-Rachel and Elizabeth the owner very concerned with our satisfaction They placed felt pads under furniture and placed everything back in its place. I highly recommend this team for floor coverings!!!

Floor Coverings International not only did a professional installation of carpet for my kitchen, but they also provided an innovative solution to the several issues we were facing with the flooring. They throughly discussed the options with us. The carpet is beautiful and functional. We got a pet friendly carpet which works well. Kim and Rin, our consultant and project manager, were friendly and professional. The project was done on time and efficiently. The project was a bit expensive but for the quality, consulting., and commitment, it was worth it. I highly recommend this company.

Execllent customer service and communication. They installed a beautiful custom stair runner in my house at a reasonable price, quickly and efficiently. Will is great to work with and even after install kept in touch regarding maintenance and cleaning. I highly recommend them. Difficult to find such reliable and communicative providers as FCI in this area, with such great products!

Taylor, Annette, and Cesar made this project both easy and enjoyable. Taylor came out quickly for a bid and then was able to start the work the following week. His rate was reasonable, and he even refused to let me pay him a deposit until he could confirm he could procure the exact flooring I needed (even though I had already agreed to give the work to him). He is just a good human. I had another company come in to bid the project after Taylor and that person overheard some of our conversation. He then tried to tell me that it couldn't be done on Taylor's proposed timeline and/or that certain details would be missed. This approach turned me off and that's why I chose to move forward with Taylor - who met all timelines and exceeded expectations! Thank you so much to everyone at Floor Coverings International! I will follow up with photos once it's furnished!

Great experience from start to finish with Floor Coverings International Cincinnati. Jay our sales rep and Katie the manager were helpful in explaining the prices and the process of the project. We had Red Oak hardwood floors installed in rooms where there was carpet before. All the esisting floors were already gardwood and the crew matched up stain color exactly to the exsisting hardwood floors l, allowing for a beautiful flow from the newly installed to the exsisting. The crew they sent out did an amazing job! Had two issues during the project come up but Jay, Katie and the crew provided detailed solutions and went above and beyond to get the issues resolved immediatley and noyhing less than our complete satisfaction. Our finished basement flooded an early December, which was a horrible and gut wrenching experience. Gary and Chastity couldn’t have been more understanding and caring and listened to our concerns. Gary offered help with reviewing insurance documents and understanding the specifics. They truly put the customer first and understand what customer service is and means which is hard to find these days. They were very friendly, prompt, thorough, professional throughout the experience, and fairly priced. Yesterday the new floors were installed and the gentlemen that were here to do it were very friendly and professional. They took care to make sure that they put drop cloths down and everything was protected as they went in and out of the house and at the end of the project they cleaned everything up meticulously. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend this business if you’re looking for flooring, for someone who takes pride in what they do and makes sure the entire process is carried out with care and efficiency, these are your people.
