Great experience from start to finish. The team installed new flooring in both our first floor and third floor bathrooms, and the entire project was completed in just a few hours. Highly rated for a reason! FCL was a great company to work with during our recent flooring replacement. I was able to schedule an in-home consultation easily online and for the next day, and as soon as I scheduled it, Michael was in touch asking about color preferences and needs in order to arrange samples that would be relevant to us. John, the design consultant, was personable and knowledgeable. He explained why we were having the issues with our existing flooring and knew the solution that would work for us. He also explained the replacement process clearly and was spot on with his initial ideas about cost after finalizing the proposal options, making us feel much better about meeting our budget. As soon as we made our choices, the turnaround time was extremely quick, and the installation team was hardworking, professional, and accommodating. We were kept informed throughout the process and received several check-ins to ensure we were satisfied. Our floors have never looked better! This is the way to do business. Other companies, no matter the industry, would do well to take a page from FCL’s book on stellar customer service and a job well done!

We had a not-so-great experience that turned into a great one. When we first contacted this company, somebody came out to our house to talk us through all the options. We told them what we were looking for and they said that it would all be do-able and they gave us a quote. We accepted the offer and we were told that the quote actually was incorrect as it didnt factor in having to do the stairs as well. But since we had been quoted, they honored what their employee has told us. There were also other items that had not been explained to us that we had assumed came with the flooring replacement (this was our first time re-flooring) such as leveling and quarter round replacement. Fast forward to the installation, when the floors were installed, we were disappointed in the quality. The quarter rounds were not secure and the flooring had gapping. We decided to just bite the bullet and not let the company know our disappointment at that time. A few months later, a lot of the flooring was now coming up. This was when we contacted Paul and he came to take a look at it. He agreed it was in need of a fix, and he apologized for the workmanship. They decided to level the floor with concrete and then place new flooring down, even giving us the option to pick a new color. Along with fixing all the problems with the quarter rounds and the stairs. There was another miscommunication at this point as we were not told we had to move all the large items off the floor before installation. (We didn't have to for the first go around). But Byron and his partner graciously moved all the items for us and leveled/put in the new flooring/fixed everything on the same day. The floor is amazing now and exactly how we wanted it. I work in the automotive business and I know there are mistakes that are made on occasion, but we always find the best way to fix it. I found this company is the same way and I couldn't be happier with the results! Edit: I should add that we were told that the worker who quoted us and performed the first job no longer work at the company.

Rob, the owner was really professional and had our absolute best interest at heart throughout the whole process. Very quick to get on the schedule and our entire floor in our 2000 sq ft home was completed in one day and the work his crew did was incredible. We love our new floors and cannot recommend Floor Coverings International enough!

They transformed our 1,300 sq. ft. home in just three days—from tear-down to finishing work and cleanup. That included hauling out all the old flooring, moving appliances and toilets, leveling the subfloors to a uniform surface, and installing a beautiful oak luxury vinyl tile that runs seamlessly from room to room.
