I had the best experience when I contacted TC Flooring 18 years ago and asked for help pulling up carpet and refinishing my kitchen, dining room, and living room. The floors were a mess of holes and spike nails thru out. Their work at repairing and bringing my floors to the beauty that they are today is why I called them when I decided to update my bedroom. The quality of work is still as incredible as ever, the equipment they use is state of the art and the outcome is incredible! Their excellent work right down to the smallest detail of matching color, repairing cracks and broken pieces is why they are the best in the business. This company installed the carpet that I had purchased from Menards. They were recommended by the store. I called with a certain deadline and they were able to make that happen for me, which was great. Carpet was installed perfectly. Professional install great looking carpet. Floor Coverings International of Mentor provided amazing customer service from start to finish on our large, residential carpeting project. We had multiple rooms, a staircase and hallway completely redone and it all looks beautiful. Joe gave us a comprehensive in-home consultation and answered all of our questions, providing a no-pressure environment where we felt very comfortable asking about price range, durability and installation. He walked us through our options and made sure we were happy with our selection. Communication on their entire team is great - everyone was aligned and they are very responsive. Installation was handled quickly so we could move in and the project manager came in to check on quality and progress. The installation team was polite, on time, and very neat and tidy! I was impressed and very pleased when everything was finished. Joe and Shelly run a great business and I would recommend their business to any of my friends, family or co-workers.

I’m so happy with how the carpet installation turned out. From the beginning, Hussein was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. He took the time and patience to make sure I had the carpet that would really work for me. When his team arrived to install, I did a walkthrough and they explained the way carpet would be installed. The new carpet completely changed the feel of the hallway and looks amazing!!! I highly recommend this company.

I recently had Floor Coverings International replace the old carpet on my basement stairs with a high-end wood-look laminate, and the transformation is incredible. Andriy, the installer, was a total pro. He was efficient, stayed focused throughout the day, and left the workspace spotless. We had carpet installed before we moved into our new house. Joe texted with us outside normal business hours, worked with us to find convenient times to come show us samples, and had his carpet installers work with the people who were doing other work at our house as well. The schedules got messed up, by no fault of Joe, but his people were professional and worked to get the carpet done in time for us to move in on time.

It is rare to find a trade that truely stands out from the rest but FCI is that company. They refinished our 60 year old hardwood floors and we cannot be more pleased. They look absolutely amazing. We have done at least a dozen floors in various houses over the years and the service and quality of FCI was by far the best. From 1st meeting and bid to finished product FCI delivers. Asit was terrific to work with and Sergio and his refinish team were a delight to work with. Stain color was important and they took the time to get it perfect. I highly recommend FCI to anyone interested in quality and great service.
