From the start it was a great experience and very glad to have contacted Floor Coverings International. We were able to have a in-home free quote appointment very quickly after initial reaching out to them. Larry was absolutely great, explaining the challenges that were posed by our flooring, which led us to decide on carpeting in the basement instead of vinyl planks. There was no pushing of products, instead explanation what the different options and costs associated with them were. The team that came out were professional, courteous and friendly and had the job done which seemed in almost no time. It was a pleasant surprise that they had reached out again after the job was completed to set another appointment to double check on the work that was done, and if anything had to be adjusted etc. Larry again was absolutely great, and provided valuable feedback on care and maintenance of the product. We went with a Canadian product/company, and it looks absolutely fantastic, making the basement look like a completely different room. For any future flooring projects we would definitely reach out to this team again. Thank you Larry, Anne and Team for a great experience!

Jim and the installers at FCI are top notch folks. Jim's quote was competitive and detail oriented. Our installers, Luk and Rocky were great and efficient. I would recommend FCI to anyone. Really nice folks. (They also did about 300 sq.ft. of tile removal in the kitchen and removed carpet in 4 rooms. They had to match existing LVP and laced it in PERFECTLY!)
