FCI did a great job on our luxury vinyl replacement and carpeting in our basement after it flooded. We had just moved into our home. They were very prompt and flexible with our needs. Excellent experience from start to finish. Dan gave me initial estimate same dave I gave them my measurements. Then arrived at my place on time, did their measurements and sent me the refined estimate later that day. Worked with me to get the exact material specs I wanted, ordering them from a manufacturer instead of just suggesting what's in stock. Rachel kept me updated on material delivery date every 4 days or so, then scheduled the actual work 3 business days after materials arrived for my ASAP request. Crew arrived on time, did work in 2.5 hours, revomed old carpet/padding, vacuumed the new carpet and left the area pristine. 100% RECOMMEND.

The Floor Coverings International Team was exceptional to work with--timely, professional, SUPER responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had very old carpet removed, and I was stressed about moving all of our furniture out in order for the new floors to be put in. Troy assured me not to stress (couldn't have been any kinder) and the install process was seamless! Everything was done within a day and the end product is better than we could have anticipated! Our rooms were instantly changed--they feel more airy, modern, clean and comfortable. We didn't have plans to redo other floors within our house, but now are considering it and will definitely be back with Floor Coverings International :)

Preston and his team went above and beyond to get our flooring project completed under some very challenging circumstances. A number of things went wrong that were completely outside their control: I missed a flight and couldn't be present for the installation (had to get family to coordinate), and the weather was rainy. The team handled everything professionally. They meticulously staged the carpet in the garage and took care to keep everything completely dry and protected. They had pop up tents to transport the carpets from the truck to the garage so nothing got wet. Since I wasn't able to be there in person, they kept me informed throughout the process, sending photos and videos so I could verify decisions. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire project turned out fantastic. I also appreciated the range of carpet options available. I wanted richer, gemstone-inspired colors as accent carpets in some rooms while keeping other spaces in more neutral sandy and beige tones. There were enough color choices to make that possible. Excellent communication, great problem-solving, and outstanding installation quality. I would happily recommend.
