I have and had a few rental properties and I always used Ashley here. Ashley was always responsive and prompt. She has solutions and options for me anytime. One of the homes, the price of hardwoods was a little out of budget, but she brought me great engineered hardwoods that looked equally great. I like that I have the same SKUs for my vinyl flooring that I get through them too. I recommend them to everyone!

Cindy and her team were very helpful and professional. They were great from the initial consultation to the cleanup at the end. They installed LVP in my basement, put down rubber floors in my exercise room, and added new baseboards including trimming out my doors and windows. Also they did my stairwell with new treads, hardwood on the landing, and stained it all to match the flooring upstairs. I would recommend them to someone in a heartbeat!!! T

I prayed about doing the floor because it tends to be a big expense. The moment I talk to Josh I had that peace. Since day one Josh explained everything to us. Josh was very thorough in explaining the process. He was very respectful of my time. I work and study throughout the week and weekend. But even then they were very respectful when I studied or did my online quiz. He gave me heads up on what to expect and when to expect. His crew is also very experienced and respectful. Working with Asit and Sarah was great. Asit comes to you with samples. No more going to the showroom, checking out samples only to find that they don’t look so great once you get them home and then having to return them and start the process all over. The installation team was punctual, professional and our house and driveway were spotless when they finished with our hardwood floor installation.

Floor Coverings International did a consultation for an issue we were having with our primary bedroom closet. The shape is awkward with too many angles to count. We already had another bid in hand but wanted to see if this company can do better. I was able to complete the online booking late in an afternoon for an appointment next morning. The representative even confirmed the appointment via a personal text that same evening. The booking process was seamless, all electronic, yet personal. Chris, who came out for the consultation, was patient and shared honestly about carpet vs. hardwood replacement and the possibility of seeking non-replacement alternatives. He was even able to contact his boss while he was at my house to discuss options and we had all the information we needed within an hour or so. They were efficient, professional, and really knowledgeable. We were able to resolve our issue quickly and cost effectively thanks to Floor Coverings International. Highly recommend!!
