Jeff is amazing to work with. He brings the showroom to you. That means you get to compare samples of carpet, wood, tile, LTV in your space/lighting! No running back-and-forth taking samples back lugging them around in your hip. It is amazing. He rolls up in his mobile showroom and is able to give you more options than you probably need. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Jeff flooring needs..

Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job tiling my condo. They were quick, clean, professional, and friendly. The work was completed well within the estimated time and I was left with a flawless tiling job; level tile throughout, no gaps or flaws in the corners and edges, and smooth grouting. From start to finish Blake, Susie and team had our back. Blake came to give us our quote and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and process and told us everything up front. Once we scheduled, they worked with us and we were even able to come back every night to sleep in our home (we got about 3/4 of our home done) — having a small baby that was a HUGE deal. We even had problems arise and Blake walked us through step by step what actions we could take and how to proceed. The team was great and cleaned up after themselves after each day and put everything back beautifully. Even after install, we found a chip in the floor and they came out right away to fix. All in all, our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be using them again and recommending in the future!

Prompt, great quality, all in all fantastic service. Larry brought the flooring samples into our shop, found out what we wanted exactly. A few days later they showed up and installed a beautiful new vinyl flooring in our shop. Couldn't be happier!! 10/10 job

Every once in a while you get a customer experience with a real WOW factor, and that was absolutely my experience with Floor Coverings International in Bluffton, SC—especially with Chris, Jason, and Katie. Jason handled the estimate promptly and helped us find a perfect match to our carpet from nearly 10 years ago—spot on in color, style, and quality. I compared multiple estimates, and theirs was clearly the best value. Katie and I followed up ahead of installation to confirm all the details, which made things easy for me since I was on a deadline. On installation day, the crew showed up an hour early, moved all the furniture, removed the old carpet, installed new carpet in two rooms, and put everything back exactly as it was. It’s a large crew that works seamlessly as a team. Katie followed up afterward to make sure everything was done right. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Bluffton, South Carolina.

Pat Kinnison came to our home to measure and discuss new flooring options and prices. He gave us all the info we asked for and some good advice. Price seemed comparable to Lowe's and lower than another company we were considering. Installation went well and it looks good. The one negative is the installers would not place some heavy furniture they moved in my mother-in-law's room after installation. Not a huge deal for us, but worth considering if you would not be able to arrange your furniture yourself.
