My overall experience was really positive. I enjoyed working with Anthony, who managed the contractors well and also acted as a representative for me. The contractors were great, detail-oriented, and Anthony’s customer-focused approach really helped improve the quality. We did 2 projects with them and having both the flooring and tiling projects done by the same company made scheduling easier and helped me complete everything on time. I’d definitely recommend the company, especially Anthony, to my friends.

Floor Coverings International refinished our hardwood floors and replaced/repaired a couple of areas. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the project. Ryan and his crew were very courteous, professional, prompt, and thorough in every aspect. They were very attentive to our desires and concerns and insisted that we were completely satisfied before wrapping up their work. Great experience from the initial phone call to the installation. David and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. The price is very competitive and I will definitely be using Floor Coverings Intl again. For the record, I went with Floor Coverings Intl in Chaska, MN. I had a great experience with them a few years ago and it absolutely carried over to Davids franchise.

Preston was great to work with. He was responsive and came to check out our carpet needs the same day we first talked to him. Paul and team did an amazing job from start to finish refinishing our existing hard wood floors and tying in new hardwood floor to replace surrounding carpet. Paul was extremely detailed in the project planning phase, and communication was seamless. The floors were installed timely and we arrived home to a spotless house when the project was finished. We will be using Paul and team going forward for additional projects and can’t recommend FCI enough.

Last month we had Floor Coverings install bamboo for our stairs and upstairs hallway. We were impressed with Justin's professionalism, efficiency, and resourcefulness. It was great to have the installers from within the company, not outside contractors. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Floor Coverings cared about doing an excellent job and it showed.

We are interested in replacing our floors. This will be a major undertaking. We wanted to make sure we found a reputable company to work with. We met with three companies and after the first meeting with Michael we decided to go work with this company hands down. Michael went out of his way to work with us and answer all our questions. He is so professional, knowledgeable, courteous and Is excellent at providing design options. Good choice floor company!
