Great experience. I got a few quotes in the area and Greg really did a great job explaining my options. I ended up replacing engineered hard wood & carpet with LVP and it was great communication from start to finish, which is one of the most important things to me. They were easy to contact with questions and made the process very easy. They had a project coordinator come a couple of times to make sure everything was all good, and she was so kind & helpful. The actual install was scheduled and completed so quickly, and well done. The floors look fantastic and they did a great job cleaning up each night and at the end of the install, which was very important as I have small children and dogs. Highly recommend! We were very impressed with Mrs.Johnson’s presentation when she came to give an estimate. She said it would be a three day job and the work would start as soon as the ordered tile came in. Sure enough, the workers showed up on time for three days, did what they do, cleaned up, and that was that! We have a nice new kitchen floor and the job was done just as Mrs Johnson said! I will recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

i couldn’t be happier with how my floors turned out. the entire process started off great with the initial appointment — they came to my home with samples and helped me narrow down the options. they were even able to generate ai images showing what the flooring would look like in my space, which made the decision process so much easier. honestly, the real thing turned out even better than the ai previews. the finished product is absolutely beautiful and completely transformed the look of my home. the quality of the work really shows. what stood out just as much was the communication throughout the whole process. it was consistent, clear, and just really easy to work with. any questions i had were answered quickly and i always felt like i knew what was going on. i’m really grateful for the work that was done and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their floors. truly a great experience overall.

If you are searching for quality flooring AND top notch customer service, look no further! FCI SE LasVegas is your company! When I began looking for flooring options, I shopped numerous other companies and was so disappointed with their customer service! The competitors showrooms were lackluster at best. I had to pull teeth to get assistance, and practically beg for a measuring appointment. No one seemed interested in taking care of me, the customer. Needless to say, I put my search on hold until I found FCI. I had a completely different experience! Janie was professional, attentive, friendly, AND she actually cared about what I needed and wanted!! What a breath of fresh air! Robin was our savior! My home had huge subfloor issues. Multiple Contractors declined to help us. Floor Coverings International came to the rescue. The supported our subfloors, ripped out the old run down floors. Installed the new floors and all that within less than 3 Days. I am handicapped and couldn’t maneuver through the house without tripping. I can finally live in my house now. The luxury vinyl floors are amazing! Thank you for all your help to Robin and Team!
