I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. They replaced the carpet in my living room and on my stairs with LVP to match the existing flooring throughout the rest of my main level. Even though my flooring had been discontinued for over three years, they were able to source the exact same product, and the finished result looks seamless. We needed carpeting in a rush. Floor Coverings Int'l (Guy) was very sensitive to our needs and carpeting was ordered & installed within the week. Installation team was very professional & helpful in replacing furniture afterwards. Guy personally came to ensure installation went smoothly. I'm very pleased that carpeting is holding up well. I couldn’t be happier with the carpet installation in my home. From the moment I spoke with Alex to the time I met Jennie , they were professional, friendly, Jennie is so amazing, she took the time to answer my questions and explained the installation process thoroughly. I was super nervous at first but meeting Jennie made me so relaxed and I was confident she would deliver her Job and keep to her words. The quality of their work was excellent and outstanding. They paid close attention to every detail, making sure the carpet was perfectly aligned, the seams were practically invisible, and the edges were finished beautifully. The entire home looks brand new, and the carpet feels amazing underfoot. What impressed me the most was how organized they were. They worked carefully and cleaned up everything before they left. It’s not easy to find contractors who combine excellent craftsmanship with great customer service, but this team exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality carpet installation and would give 10 stars if I could.

Our floors and carpet are beautiful. Shane was wonderful. He was professional,kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and you could tell he enjoyed his job. I had a great experience working with Jeremy and Sheri at FCI Temecula for my flooring installation. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. There was a hiccup initially with the carpet color but Jeremy addressed the issue and made it right. I really appreciated the accountability and the effort to resolve it quickly. The final result looks great, and the overall quality of the work met my expectations. Sheri was also very helpful throughout the process, keeping communication clear and everything moving along.
