It was a pleasure working with Rob at Floor Coverings International. Rob came out to give me an estimate, and bring samples for getting my stairs carpeted. Each man knew and did his job😉 Within 5 hrs 3 bedrooms were finished and swept and the men put whatever furniture I needed in the room put back And with a smile Very nice carpet and padding! Would hire them again!!

The 3 people who came and removed my old tatty carpets in the 2 bedrooms and moved all the furniture and then put in clean new paddings and then the lovely carpet I chose should be commended. Non stop work and wonderful result. My rooms look soft, clean and lovely. Thank you so much.

We had a recent installation done in our condo, they worked with our schedule, gave clear instructions, and completed the job within the time frame. Prior to installation they came to our place twice to discus options and show us samples. The entire floor coverings team was great, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy. We love our new floors and would recommend FCI to anyone looking for a floor upgrade!!

We met Paul at the Toledo home show. He was everything you would want - very kind, considerate, interested in what we were looking for, etc. We spent well over an hour with him in a very comfortable conversation! He made us feel totally not pressured at all! We set an appointment for him to come to our home. He arrived a couple minutes early, walked through our home, learned about our lifestyle (Especially with our dogs!!). He brought several different samples with him of which we made a decision. He took our decision and with AI videoed it in our home, to where we could see what it would look like in EACH ROOM! THAT WAS GREAT! A couple days later, I got nervous about the color, so I went to his office - he had me pick out six or eight different colors to which he placed those colors in our home on a large screen in his office. I was able at that point to make the exact decision I wanted and was very happy with it! This took quite a bit of time for him to do, but it made me confident about what we were choosing and his effort to allow me to be 100% satisfied! Then came the tear out Of carpet and install of flooring!! The installer was absolutely incredibly magnificent! Fine young man very considerate of everything he was doing with our furniture and home! He was very articulate and exact on every board he laid! I could keep going, but the absolute fact is that we are extremely satisfied from the very beginning conversation to the end of the project and And highly recommend him to you!
