Pat Kinnison came to our home to measure and discuss new flooring options and prices. He gave us all the info we asked for and some good advice. Price seemed comparable to Lowe's and lower than another company we were considering. Installation went well and it looks good. The one negative is the installers would not place some heavy furniture they moved in my mother-in-law's room after installation. Not a huge deal for us, but worth considering if you would not be able to arrange your furniture yourself.

Professional, timely, and no surprises. Michael and team did a great job of installing a custom carpet for our staircase. The whole process was effortless. The installation couldn’t have gone smoother, just note that the installer might require the use of a large area (the garage in our case). The carpet turned out better than I expected. Hopefully stone color tone will stand the test of time. Good work!

From start to finish the experience was great. Almost immediately after reaching out on the website I received a call & an onsite appointment. Clay came out & walked the site with me & we went over multiple options. Pretty quickly I had estimates to go several directions with my renovations. After meeting I had several more questions & Clay came out again to make sure everything was clear & matched up with the estimate options. A few tweaks to the product type we wanted to use & things were off to the races. The crew was fast & professional & worked the Holiday to get the job complete while the office team was out. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your next project.

We contacted Floor Coverings International to do our floors. The entire process was so well done and very professional. From our first call, Courtney was very helpful. A delight to speak with. Aaron met us at our home with samples and a quote on the spot. The installation crew (Bret, Alex and Skyler) were top notch. They kept a clean worksite and did a fantastic job installing our new floor. I am so glad I did not take this project on my self. Well done!

Morgan was great to work with during the flooring quote process for our office. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very transparent throughout the process. He communicated clearly, walked us through different options and pricing, and made everything easy to understand.
