From the first phone call to the inspection after the carpet was laid, our entire experience was easy and stress free. The crew who tore out our old carpet and laid the new carpet were so nice and professional and made sure all was cleaned up before they left. Jamie came out to measure and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and personable. I was especially impressed with the digital measuring equipment he had and the accuracy of it. I found the exact plank color and quality that I was looking for and Jamie went above and beyond to coordinate installation. Daryl came in on installation day and immediately took charge of my project which really gave me peace of mind. The installation was very professional and we are really happy with the finished product. The floor is beautiful and I consider myself blessed that I was able to find an honest group of people that did what they said they were going to do!

We selected our flooring in the showroom with sales representative John, who was professional, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, including coordination with both me and our Trade Pro insurance intermediary. The entire team was highly professional and very knowledgeable about the products and installation process. Scheduling was convenient and flexible thanks to service manager Nick, which made everything run smoothly. The installation crew was outstanding — Daniel and Samuel were courteous, efficient, and delivered excellent workmanship. They kept the worksite clean, worked long hours, and made sure the job was completed on time. The finished result looks amazing. We would absolutely recommend this team and would use them again without hesitation.

Floor Coverings International and in particular, Baltazar, helped us get our house back together after a leak damaged our floors. He was patient, knowledgeable and organized. After getting quotes from two different companies I contacted Mr. Cody Souders. He came to my residence immediately and well prepared. He took the time to educate my wife and me about the many options. He answered our many questions specially my wife’s questions. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He listened to our needs rather than using the usual sales tactics. After the first visit he came back to answer more questions and allowed my wife to make changes to the original estimate. We were so impressed that we chose his company over the others. I was able to contact him every time we had questions including when he went out of the country. Scheduling went very well and the lady at the office was very helpful. Raphael and James arrived on time and were very professional. They disassembled all the heavy furniture very carefully and reassembled it upon completion They vacuumed the work area thoroughly before and after. After the installation they also removed all the left over materials and debris. I observed the entire installation process and I was very satisfied with the quality of workmanship they preformed. Dan Hauner was great. A month after our new carpet was installed our water heater sprang a leak soaking a portion of our new carpet. I called Dan for advice and he talked me through how to peel back our carpet and how to dry it out to prevent long term damage. He even offered to come out and assist if need be. So grateful for the excellent customer service even after the job was done.
