Had a wonderful experience working with David on installing our wooden floors. We had carpet floors and couldn’t figure out which color we wanted. David was super patient with us and even left his samples for us to see it in different lighting of the day, even making multiple trips. Many other quotes we received used pressure tactics by giving same day decision discount prices. Did not have that issue with Floor Coverings International. They gave a competitive rate and were dedicated on making sure we were happy with the final project. At no point of time was there any lapse of communication on their end and went above and beyond in our installation. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely continue to use their services.

Scott Evans, local franchise owner, personally came to my condo for the consultation. He brought several wood type samples across multiple brands and quality rates. Scott's presentation style is low-keyed and void of pressure tactics. He answered my questions throughout the project. Julio was the tradesman who installed the floor. He too answered my questions. I am delighted with the result.

Floor covering international did an AMAZING job at my parents downstairs flooring and workers were very kind and efficient! Also, floor covering international did a drawing for 1000$ credit for a rug of my choice after winning through a drawing on Facebook! Great company and great people! Highly recommend this company!

We purchased a house, and the liv5room had beautiful pine that was stained the dated red color and scratched up. They refinished it down to the natural wood look and stained it super light and it is beautiful! Worked around our schedule with other work happening in the house. I wish I had more of this flooring to use them again for!

Great work from Charlie and the crew on my stairs! We had defective stair nose pieces--every single stair was broken like the pics. FCI replaced them all and re-did the trim as well. Looks great!

The flooring was a great addition to what I already had. The technician’s took their time removing the older hardwood flooring that was worn and replaced it with the new and they were very professional, and the work was completed in a very timely manner as my home was on the market to be sold and the upgrade was necessary. Super happy with my new floor, stairs and runner. My upstairs hallway carpet was in so much need of a replacement and i decided to switch to vinyl planks. Same carpet was covering the stairs so i needed to redo stairs too. After doing my research and read all sort of different business reviews i was happy to find the “all 5 ⭐️ floor covering international”. I called Friday evening and Monday Edward was already at my home. With his expertise and advice was easy to make selection and in a blink of an eye the work was beautifully done. Thanks to the nice crew of floor guys and the carpet guy Raul who took very nice care of the house and pets, they did an amazing job!!! My house looks so much better now !!!!!

Ashley and her entire team were incredible to work with. Top notch communication and customer service from everyone. The process was so seamless and easy, I kick myself for not doing it sooner. We were thrilled with the price..significantly cheaper than I had estimated in my head what it would cost. Love my new carpet and highly recommend using them for your flooring needs. I’m attaching a pic of the carpet we picked for the stairs that I LOVE however, my lights must have a yellow tint as that is not the color of the carpet. It’s much more of a grey with light grey background.
