My husband and I purchased tile for our backsplash as well as flooring for our second floor & we had an incredible experience. The showroom was laid out very well and they had lots of great options - but not too many that it was overwhelming! We worked with Laura and she was so friendly and helpful, and yet not pushy or too “salesey” . I highly recommend this locally owned company! We haven’t done the flooring yet - but are very excited !

My wife and I met Austin and his team at an event in Chesterfield where they had a booth set up with a variety of flooring samples and product lines. We talked for a bit and ended up setting an appointment. Austin came prepared he brought a wide range of hardwood samples (the more the merrier, in my opinion), which made it easy to find exactly what we wanted. Once everything was finalized, materials were ordered and an install date was scheduled without any hassle. Throughout the entire process, Austin was extremely thorough and kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. On installation day, Austin showed up early to meet his crew and get things rolling. The installers were professional, detail-oriented, and kept everything clean. They were also very friendly and easy to work with. My wife and I both work full-time, so it was important for us to feel comfortable having people in our home while we weren’t there and they absolutely gave us that confidence. All in all, this was a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be calling them back for future work.

Floor Coverings International did an incredible job installing carpet in our home. Steve provided all the information and options we needed to make the right decision and Tim organized the install which was quick and efficient. They even came out early to remove the old carpet to allow us time to cleanup/paint the baseboards before install. Highly recommended!

We experienced a major pipe leak that ruined three rooms of our house. Not only did Christian and his team do a first-rate job with laying all of new bathroom tile and flooring in those rooms, but Christian literally was the one responsible for putting us in touch with restoration and getting things stabilized before the water damage got any worse! We ultimately did not move forward with Floor Coverings International, but I still wanted to recognize the great experience we had working with Matthew and his team. They were professional, respectful of our time, and very easy to work with throughout the process. Matthew took the time to walk us through options, answered our questions honestly, and provided competitive pricing without any pressure. Even though we chose a different vendor in the end, I would absolutely recommend including them in your search if you are looking for carpet. A solid team that treats customers the right way.

Strong recommend — we will use them again for other flooring needs! Josh and Kayson were great to work with throughout the process. They were great listeners, responsive, integrity-first, and respectful of our home and schedule. They replaced about 1,100 sq ft of flooring and baseboards with “tile” LVP, and had to remove ceramic tile and laminate to do so. The process was completed in four days!

Love my new flooring! This is the best experience with a home project that I have ever experienced! The owner came and helped us pick the perfect color for our house. The crew that came were pleasant and professional and did outstanding work! The job was finished a day earlier than planned. On the walk through a plank was noticed to be damaged. A crew came the next morning and repaired the damage no questions asked. Turns out that the very heavy china cabinet had a broken leveler underneath it that had damaged the floor. The crew helped us repair the furniture and replaced the damaged flooring to perfection. I would highly recommend this company!
