Five stars, no hesitation. We brought Floor Coverings International in to handle a walk-off mat and carpet installation in the lobby of our coworking space in Westminster, and they knocked it out of the park. Working directly with the owners, Lanie and Bo, made the whole process easy. They understood that we couldn't have our building torn up during the week, so the install team came in early on a Saturday morning and got everything done without impacting a single member. That kind of consideration for your customer's business really stands out. The quality of the installation is top-notch -- the lobby looks sharp and professional. Highly recommend for any commercial flooring project.

Kevin and Shawn were great! They were very professional and took great pride in their work. Shawn was an artist at matching our stain (no other company was willing to attempt refinishing just a section of our hardwood) and Kevin is a skilled craftsman. I would highly recommend them. Shaun, the owner, also took a tremendous amount of time with me to assist in selecting the flooring upfront.

From the very beginning John was extremely helpful and patient with my initial indecisions. He guided me with my choices and followed through until job was completed. The crew (Edward, Louis, and Uey(spelling) that installed the flooring, were all respectful of myself and my home. They worked tirelessly and had the entire job finished in 2days! Kenny and Hannah came out for the initial visit and worked with me on everything I wanted! They were super thorough and took the time to make sure my vision came to light. It is very unusual to have a company come in and actually do what they say. They’re gonna do and take pride in their work. We were fortunate enough to have international floors come in and fix our new floor in our old home. They done an excellent job I would highly recommend anybody. Paul at Floor Coverings International (East Twin Cities) is the real deal. He came out on a Friday afternoon — no complaints, no rush — navigated our barking dogs and chaotic kids like a pro, and got right to work showing us options we didn't even know existed. Cork flooring for our porch? Never would have thought of it on our own, but Paul knew exactly what would work for our space. Beyond the creativity and knowledge he brought to the appointment, his pricing came in incredibly competitive. We genuinely couldn't be happier.
