We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! From the very first free estimate visit, Cindy and Tom were a pleasure to work with. Since we shared inspiration photos ahead of time, they arrived with samples that perfectly matched our vision. They even set up a showroom appointment so we could pick tiles that fit both our style and budget. What really set them apart was their expertise; they have a fantastic eye for colors and tones, and Tom is very knowledgeable on all things LVP/Laminate. We ultimately chose them because they are so personable and their installation teams are true pros. We love that the carpet and LVP are made in the USA, and the tile from Mexico is absolutely stunning! Coming home to the warmth these floors provide is the best feeling. Highly recommend!

I liked how the sales and implementation team came to my house to understand the flooring challenges that I faced and understood what the price to repair those challenges would be. There was constant communication with Maribel (Sales) and Christian (implementation) to not only answer any follow-up questions in a very timely manner, but also to establish the date for the work to be performed. Christian performed the work and he not only showed his expertise in performing the work, but also the ability to explain what he was doing and what his thoughts were for the flooring challenges that we faced and how he was helping to resolve them. His work was precise, he kept the work area clean, and used the appropriate methods to conduct the work. I appreciated his quest to do his best and provide a quality end job that exceeded our exceptions. I would not hesitate to call them again based on their communication reliability, work expertise, quality of their work, and their ability to work with me, the customer.

I moved into a new place with rug and got more than a few estimates to have it replaced with laminate plank. Ended up going with FCI and had an overall good experience. Everyone from their team was helpful, reasonable and responsive. The floors turned out great. Thanks for the good work!

We worked with Floor Coverings International of Northshore NOLA to replace the flooring in several rooms of our home and had a great experience throughout the entire process. They brought samples directly to the house, helped us compare styles and colors in our own lighting, and explained the different options clearly without any pressure. The installation crew showed up on time, worked carefully, and kept everything clean and organized while the project was underway. Once the floors were finished, the whole house looked brighter and more updated.

We chose the Parkay XPS Mega Sound Luxury Vinyl Planks in Nickel Gray, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Mark was excellent at showing us various products and quickly narrowed down the options to find the perfect fit for our home. Jenny then handled all the logistics seamlessly to make it happen. FCI did a great job on our carpet install. Ryan provided excellent communication every step of the way. I was able to text him when I had a couple questions and he was super responsive. I shopped so many places and price, quality and communication were my top 3 deciding factors. Fast turnaround from when I placed my order. I can’t speak highly enough about their installers. 5 bedrooms and a hallway done in about 8 hours. They’re one of the only places who will move all the heavy furniture. They’re took beds apart and put everything back exactly where it was. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
