We had an outstanding experience with Evan and the team at FCI Floors. After we removed a wall in our home, they seamlessly patched our hardwood floors, then sanded and refinished them in a beautiful color that matched our existing floors perfectly—if anything, it looked even better than before. You would never know a wall had ever been there! They also installed carpet in three of our bedrooms, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Everything looks beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. One thing I especially appreciated was how respectful they were of our home. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of every visit, which made the entire process so much less stressful. From start to finish, working with Evan was incredibly smooth. He shared valuable insights throughout the project, his communication was excellent, and he was always professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evan and FCI Floors to any of my friends and family. We are so happy with the results and will absolutely be using them again for future flooring projects.

I could not have had a better experience! Literally you don't need to go anywhere else for your floors. Alan was my second bid for my stairs project. He had them quoted, ordered, and installed before my other guy even reached back out to me to give me a quote. They're super professional. Really easy to work with. Installers were so sweet. And even though he had some big jobs coming up , and I was just a little stairs job, he made me feel like my project was equally as important and bent over backwards to make my project happen in time for my painters to come! Truly cannot recommend them enough. Plus he gave me some really great recommendations for other work that I need to have done, and those are turning out to be just fantastic.

I was dreading replacing my old carpet but FCI made the experience so much better than what I was worrying about. From the initial consultation to the end they were great. Sary was wonderful, very easy to contact, answered all questions, and was so very helpful, as was the office as well. The install was great. They moved the big pieces of furniture, removed the old floors, installed the new, and cleaned up nicely. Very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend!

I couldn’t recommend FCI enough. From start to finish, the team made the process easy. When it came to installation day, the crew banged out the entire basement with stairs and landing in less than 3 hours. To speak to their finished product, see the photos. I didn’t even know you could install carpet different ways down the stairs, but they made the best choice for us. And the transitions for this carpet were so tight, that I had to share. Great work, FCI. It was great working with you and I’ll definitely be back for more!

We used Floor Coverings International of Chester County to install LVP in one of our rooms. We had a compressed timetable that the project needed to be finished in. They arrived with floor samples for us to look at. Once we made out decision, they started the job shortly thereafter and completed the job in a day. They were amazing to work with, completed the job before our deadline and the floor has been great!
