When it came to the install we had issues and Mike was great as well. It was a big project for us and it was handled perfectly by international floor coverings. We had Floor Covering International repair the flooring under a desk that had been damaged by an office chair. We were so pleased with their work. They had to replace about 4-5 boards of luxury vinyl & it looks so nice you can’t even tell it was repaired. The rate they charged was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again!

Gary was easy to work with and the men doing the tile work were professional and courteous. Cleaned up everything and left it as they found it. They did an excellent job, even with all the cut-outs around the heaters. Would use them again and would highly recommend them.

We had Sally Terhark from Floor Coverings International Oak Creek come to our house in May. She came and did measurements and showed us sample flooring. Our floors were original from 1987 so we wanted an upgrade. The price we were quoted was so much lower than we budgeted for! We couldn’t believe it so we had the entire house done instead of just the old linoleum kitchen. Thanks to the team of Sally, Gama and Connor we have beautiful LVP in the house except two bedrooms we put in new carpet. In three weeks between talking to Sally we had flooring going in. It took Connor and Gama three days to knock out the flooring! These guys do not stop for anything. You don’t even hear them go to lunch. Awesome crew. We’re grateful.

Having FCI carpet experience was outstanding. We had a very professional team with Mario and Jorge. Jorge did a great job installing the carpet, ensuring a good fit, explaining everything, and was very diligent. And on top of that, he was very very pleasant. I want him to do our second floor now 😊 Mario was super helpful, pleasant, and not pushy at all. He followed up on every detail and made sure everything went smoothly. Could not be happier with our choice of FCI of Alpharetta to handle our upstairs carpeting project. Eric came to our home twice with a number of samples and give advice on each, measured the different rooms/closets, and provided a no cost quote. Johnny, Juan, and Felipe, the installers, showed up on time and were very informative, courteous, and wow did they work. Moved all the heavy furniture from 4 bedrooms/closets, removed old padding/carpet, installed new padding/carpet, replaced the furniture and vacuumed everywhere. The finished project looks and feels great. Eric was great at communications from start to finish and checked a few days after completion to make sure we were satisfied. My wife and I had planned on replacing our old land ugly laminate flooring along with some carpet for a long time. We attended the Home Show at Mountain America Center where we met Andrea. After a very pleasant consultation we chose to have the company replace our flooring with Andrea’s suggestions. Flooring was ordered and installed in May by their contractor, Chris. We chose a higher end laminate by Mohawk and the results were amazing. The install was done in a meticulous and careful manner with a high degree of fit and finish. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International for any flooring projects.
