We had LVP flooring installed by FCI about 5 months ago, and the entire experience—from installation to how the floors have held up—has been great!! Their team was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Every step felt carefully executed, from prep work to the final finish. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, and it really shows in the end result. Our friends constantly compliment us on the floors! The floors still look as good as new. They’ve held up extremely well to everyday wear and tear, including having a dog running around, which was a big priority for us. FCI put in my carpets. I was very impressed. The sales process was easy and Courtney was very patient with my nervousness over picking a carpet color. The price for carpet installation was right in line with the other quotes I received. Additionally, I am doing a herringbone floor pattern in vinyl next week. We will see how that shakes out but I have a lot of faith in Jenon and team. There had been some miscommunication on floor prep and Jenon quickly came up with solutions and improvised.
