Great experience. Mike and his crew are highly committed to customer satisfaction. From helping us choose the flooring to the finished product, everything was done with professionalism and attention to detail. Baseboards were removed and replaced without damage. Thresholds installed for transition to adjoining rooms. Couldn't be more pleased.

Beth out of Rockford, MI was the best to work with and I highly recommend a consultation with her! I’m extremely indecisive, but also very particular. I was looking for a “unicorn” product that I found in Laminate but was looking for it in LVP. Beth made so many inquiries about photos that I thought were close to what I was looking for. She hung in with me and found a very high quality product at a very reasonable price. Once I found the product I was having trouble deciding between two colors and ended up ordering a box of each. She was so patient with my questions and being my sounding board. Her husband, Adam, was also very helpful with product drop off working around our busy schedules. My son had used this company for his flooring and recommended them to me. From helping me pick out an appropriate floor product to the final installation, everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My questions were met with courtesy, concern and an apparent eagerness to help. Communication about the job installation time table was clear and all schedules were kept promptly.There was a great selection of products to choose from which they brought to my house in a little van and I was able to look at samples inside in my lighting. I had a great experience and am 100% satisfied with their job and product so far. I have a future project that I will be definitely be contacting them for when it comes time to install the flooring. .

Not only did Floor Coverings International do a great job of installing our new kitchen floor, the care they took while doing it was just as impressive. The price quote I was given made me stop getting estimates. It was a yes the moment I was told the price. These guys cleaned up every scrap of debris. They took great care walking through our home with equipment. FCI even went above and beyond. I had one bad wood plank in our living room and ask them if they could replace it, I couldn't even tell where it was replaced? It was seamless!
