I am extremely pleased with the work done by Floor Coverings International, and am especially working with Dereck Bairos. When we first started our project, Dereck arrived and asked for our vision. After talking with him, he went to his truck and brought in sample books to help is visualize what the space would look like. The work came out beautiful. I would highly recommend Dereck and his team. We will be using Dereck when we update our kitchen. Excellent work and professionalism.

We used FCI Lakeway for a home we purchased in Lakeway. We had them replace the old carpets in three bedrooms and closets. Isidoro Jr and Sr were the carpet technicians dispatched. They did an amazing job and blazingly fast. Kevin Temple, the owner of FCI actually was on site for the initial walk through to answer any questions. This is a super competitive business so when I called around to get estimates I paid attention to customer service. Heather who answered my initial call is what sealed the deal for me. We will use FCI again for future jobs and recommend them highly.
