When I began looking for flooring options, I shopped numerous other companies and was so disappointed with their customer service! The competitors showrooms were lackluster at best. I had to pull teeth to get assistance, and practically beg for a measuring appointment. No one seemed interested in taking care of me, the customer. Needless to say, I put my search on hold until I found FCI. I had a completely different experience! Janie was professional, attentive, friendly, AND she actually cared about what I needed and wanted!! What a breath of fresh air! FCI’s options were first class, communication was on-point, scheduling was a breeze, and install was even better! They kept their promises and delivered on time! I am so glad to have found them! Our church used Floor Coverings International for two flooring projects. They competed in a bid process and had the lowest bid and matching products. They removed carpeting in a main hallway and laid commercial vinyl flooring that looks great and will last a long time in this high traffic area. They also removed and replaced carpeting in two of the conference rooms. They helped select a better grade carpet that was within our budget. The installers did a great job with removal, disposal and installation of both floor coverings. I have referred FCI to a homeowner and office manager that were also pleased with FCI. Blake and his staff are easy to work with, give great feedback and were responsive to my calls and texts. I would recommend their services both to commercial ans residential customers.

We love our new carpet! The installation team was great. They came in, assessed the area and asked questions to be certain that what they were going to do would meet our expectations. I could tell right away that they were knowledgeable and experienced. Once they were finished, we did a walk through to inspect the work. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them for any type of flooring project!

I recently used FCI to install master bath tile and let me just say the service and promptness in my situation was phenomenal!! The quality of service provided is hard to find these days. We had a great experience with Wes at FCI! He walked us through all of our flooring options and never pushed us to go one way or another. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the material and the install process. The crew was quick and efficient, and did a great job with the install. Let me tell you, your search is over. These guys did an amazing job installing hardwood flooring in our condo, in spite of all the challenges an HOA can impose. Especially Travis, who from day one was attentive to every detail, all through the project and after. Robin was our savior! My home had huge subfloor issues. Multiple Contractors declined to help us. Floor Coverings International came to the rescue. The supported our subfloors, ripped out the old run down floors. Installed the new floors and all that within less than 3 Days. I am handicapped and couldn’t maneuver through the house without tripping. I can finally live in my house now. The luxury vinyl floors are amazing! Thank you for all your help to Robin and Team!
