Our experience with Floor Coverings International was great. They worked hard taking out the old floors and putting in the new ones. The choices they suggested were great. We love the natural look and feel of our floors. They made sure everything was level and did a professional job that was very much appreciated, especially because they had to do the whole house! I highly recommend their services.

What a great experience from start to finish. I hate home remodeling, such a mess and a pain. My husband and I went to see Joe at his office. He then came to our home with samples. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences in carpets and recommended what we probably needed with animals. I wrote him a check for half the job, which was much less than I thought it would be, and he said it would be between 2 and 4 weeks. (I received a thank you message from Joe in the mail, who does that?) 2 weeks later I received a message that my carpet was in and they could install whenever I was ready. (I still had to paint) The following week Nehemias and his partner showed up right on time. We had removed the small items but they had to deal with our very, very heavy furniture. They were doing 2 bedrooms and they were finished in less than 4 hours. Carpet swept and furniture right back where it started. I received a follow up message asking how everything went. My floors are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International!

He showed up to my house with several options – and made things much less overwhelming. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and that eased my mind as well. We are very happy with our new flooring! Brian and Chuck were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We had the tile in our kitchen removed and they were able to feather in new wood flooring to flow seamlessly into the rest of our wood floors. The color matches perfectly. They also did some repair work in the hallway. Would highly recommend.

We have had two fantastic experiences with Floor Coverings International. Austin was great to work with and helped us come up with a plan to replace the carpet throughout our multi unit property in Grosse Pointe. The prices were very reasonable and Austin was extremely responsive. The work was done in a timely manner with great attention to detail - and it is an old property so there were some challenges. It turned out that unexpected construction work needed to be done on some exterior porches after we had installed the new carpet which unfortunately damaged the carpet. Floor Coverings got the new replacement carpet for us ordered and installed quickly in time to meet our open house deadline and gave us a discount for that work which was generous since it was not their fault that the carpet needed to be replaced. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!
