First,it was a great wxperience and so very convenient for Marty to come to the house with samples!! My installers were very respectful coming about 9:30 am. They worked together very quickly and neat! They worked about 13 hrs total and were gone...no mess left behind. It was a wonderful experience!!

This was a fantastic experience. We set the appointment, chose the Carpet Runner that we wanted for our basement stairs. The carpet was ordered, had proper binding applied and installed in less than three weeks. And it came in under our budgeted number.

The owners & staff made the whole process very easy. They came to the house with samples & measured the areas. When the materials came in, they were flexible with the installation date & time. Installers arrived on time along with the owner and the process started. Furniture was removed. Installation was completed professionally with every detail completed to my preference. Clean up was done & furniture was placed back in their spot. I would definitely & without hesitation go to this company for any future projects. 5 STARS to owners and staff.

He came directly to my home, was very helpful in choosing the flooring, and did a great job keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The two installers who came to do the work were also excellent. They did a beautiful job with the installation, were professional and respectful of my home, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. 5 stars, highly recommend. Not only does my floor look great, but the service throughout the process was exceptional. When I booked with them I told them I had a couch being delivered on the 17th. Wesley & his team worked tirelessly to expedite my carpet install date up by 4 days in order to get the carpet installed the day prior. Constantly keeping me updated & responding to my anxious texts, I've never gotten a carpet installed before and they made the entire experience a breeze. And they beat the price from both Home Depot & Lowes!

My experience with Floor Coverings International was excellent. They kept me in the loop by text message and I always got a response when asking questions. The flooring came in 12 business days after the order date, keeping in mind that they have no control over trucking timelines, this was amazing and worked with our schedule.
