They responded immediately with samples and pricing, and even though I wasn’t ready to start, Jason (the owner) gave me such a great price I couldn’t say no. Within 3 days, everything was done! The team removed my old flooring, moved and protected all furniture and appliances, and had the new floors installed the next day. Super professional, fast, and efficient—including the plumber. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them!

We recently had new floors installed through Floor Coverings International, and I can honestly say the experience was fantastic from start to finish, largely because of Hamid. From our very first meeting, he took his time walking me through the entire process, including financing, and never made me feel rushed while choosing the right flooring. After he left, I talked it over with my husband, and Hamid continued to be incredibly helpful by texting me additional photos and answering questions so we could feel confident in our decision. Once we finalized everything, the scheduling process was smooth and easy. The installation team did an excellent job, and the floors look amazing. They were also some of the most polite and respectful workers we’ve ever had in our home. What really stood out was Hamid’s responsiveness and follow-through. Anytime I had a question, he replied quickly and even coordinated directly with the installers to make sure everything was addressed. He also came back the same day after installation to check on the floors and answer any remaining questions, which we really appreciated. It’s also a huge bonus that the floors come with a warranty. It gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, this was a great experience, and Hamid truly went above and beyond. He’s the reason we’ll be recommending Floor Coverings International to others without hesitation.
