Cindy and Tom were very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the right product for our home. Laurillo and his assistant were professional with the installation. I had the pleasure of working with Travis and his assistant Lissie at Floor Coverings International (Carlsbad | Oceanside | San Marcos | Vista), and I can't say enough about how generous and helpful they were throughout the process. I'm an interior designer based in the Bay Area, helping my elderly parents in San Diego select new carpeting remotely, which added a layer of complexity to everything. From the very beginning, Travis and Lissie were incredibly responsive, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. They took the time to source and send multiple rounds of samples, talk through options with me, and really try to help us land on the right direction, despite not knowing me or whether the project would ultimately move forward with them. What stood out most was their professionalism and kindness. They treated the project with care and attention, even though it required extra coordination and didn't follow a typical, straightforward path. In the end, we needed someone local who could be on-site with my parents to guide the final selection in person, which wasn't a service they were positioned to provide given the distance. That said, the samples we were most drawn to aesthetically were ones Travis had sent, which speaks to how well he understood the brief. If you're in their service area and looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful team, I would absolutely recommend Travis and Lissie. They are the kind of people you want to work with.

Our experience with our local Floor Coverings International was excellent. The owner Ben was a true professional, helping us choose the correct flooring to fit our need and budget. We were kept updated on the carpet ordering, and delivery/installation. Great install crew, perfect new flooring, and a final walkthrough to ensure all was perfect. Highly recommend this company!

EVERYTHING WENT SO SMOOTH! Great people to work with they were on time no excuses very very professional. The floors are amazing I love them. I went to at least 10 different companies everyone had excuses all were late, telling me how bad traffic was in Atlanta. I am aware that traffic is terrible in Atlanta hence why I leave and give myself plenty of time so that I will not be late too bad other companies don’t adhere to that policy. However, this company was amazing from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend them. Greg, Kelly and the floor crew all are AMAZING!!! If you need floors call FLOOR COVERING INTERNATIONAL!!!! ASAP

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Jeremy was amazing and so patient as it took us quite a while to decide on a color and style of flooring. He happily answered all of our many, many questions. The installer, Ernie, was professional, respectful and cleaned up every night. Jeremy checked in daily to ensure the project was on schedule and to answer any questions/concerns we had along the way. We absolutely love the finished product and would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

Kevin Waguespack, was the design associate that helped us with the whole process. He did an excellent job at getting the carpet in and putting us on the schedule.
