Amazing experience from start to finish. They brought carpet samples directly to my home, measured the room, and had everything ordered and installed within a week. The carpet is waterproof and so soft—exactly what we wanted for our baby’s room. Everyone was kind, professional, and accommodating (even came on a Saturday). Fair pricing, outstanding service, and the owner was wonderful.

Larry Roth and his team were exceptional!!! After measuring precisely, Larry helped us pick out the right tile and grout at the floor store for the whole house, shower floor, and garage. His knowledge was essential in making sure the garage floor tile was rated at the proper strength and function for cars driving on it. He made sure all color batches matched as the tile for the inside floors came from multiple stores. He managed the delivery of the tile. We did not have to do anything-all turnkey! Larry was present and onsite every day at crucial times during the install. Larry also helped us to determine how best to lay and to cut around fixed areas. His measurements were dead on. We did not overbuy any tile. And we had a very few leftover tiles that we actually had asked for and wanted for insurance in the future if something broke and needed replacement. Larry also helped us with seeking other vendors for shower enclosures, television install, and patio doors. We have now decided to tile our patio and Larry will be our guy. He is helping in our design. We HIGHLY recommend him. We have had others in the past but NO ONE is as exceptional as Larry. He is honest, diligent, truthful, reasonable and HIGHLY SKILLED. He has a lot of common sense, is highly experienced and knowledgable, and he has a high sense of urgency. He promptly returns texts and calls, within minutes. We absolutely love the job he did for us! No headaches, no problems, very smooth from start of the order to finishing the install. He absolutely knows what he is doing and is professional enough and personable enough to do it all with no problems and in good timing. No drama, no oops, no surprises, no cost overruns. Very straightforward. No headaches-none! He delivered exactly what he promised. We are so very pleased that we wrote this long review if it helps others. Tiling your entire home is a big project and it could have been a huge nightmare for us. But it wasn't. It was great. And timely.

Mark came out with carpet samples and gave us a quote. At the time we weren't ready to install the carpet because of the holidays but wanted to pay for it before tariffs got more expensive. Mark ordered the carpet and held on to it until we were ready a month and a half later. Installers came out on a Saturday morning and tore out the old carpet, 3 bedrooms and stairs.installed new carpet and were done by the afternoon.

From beginning to end FCI was a pleasure to work with on my flooring projects. I say projects because I originally was only thinking I would pick one of the many floors I wanted to change but after working with Dave at my home going through all the options I decided to do them all. Then, with three large projects, I was told it would all be done in one day. We didn't think it was possible, but it was. The installer was professional, fast, and amazing to work with. FCI followed through on every step, every promise and was responsive to every question. All my new flooring is beautiful and I love walking into rooms I despised and would ignore before. I would highly recommend FCI. Give them a shot at beautifying your home too.

Dan and Tyler were fantastic to work with as well as the flooring crew they sent out. Everything was done in a day, all clean up and moving of furniture. The flooring looks identical to the original and flows seemlessly out into the main area. VERY happy with their service and look forward to hiring them for my property.

This was our third flooring install in three years due to issues with the first two materials, so we were understandably anxious going into it. When we called about our second floor coming up, we learned they were under new ownership, which worried me a little — but they immediately made it a priority to take great care of us and make things right, which meant so much to us as a small business! I worked with Payton throughout the process and he was great — very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. The installers were prompt, professional, and did a great job! They finished quickly and efficiently, allowing us to reopen sooner than expected. Best of all, the floors look amazing! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your carpet and floor needs. FCI did a terrific job installing carpet runners on two sets of stairs in my home that greatly improved the appearance, comfort and limiting sound of the wood stairs. Before installing this carpet the stairs were noisy but the carpet has greatly reduced that making it more comfortable to go up and down the stairs without disturbing anyone. The consultant met with us and helped us select the best color and texture for our stairs and the spacing and color on the edges. Communication was smooth and prompt for scheduling, questions and payment information. Payment and invoices were easily accessible on the provided website. The installation team was professional and efficient and they did both sets at the same time taking less than three hours. They explained the installation procedures and did a walk through upon completion.
