Dave made several trips out to try to match my flooring which was torn up due to water damage. He's knowledgeable and helpful; made the details easy for me to understand. His co-worker, Luree, was extremely understanding about my situation, which was complicated because I was so picky. And the installer, Sam, and his partner did a meticulous job in putting down the final product. They showed me areas of concern; we talked about how to resolve them — and I am over the moon happy with the results. Would use them again in a flash! And the cherry on top is that their pricing was reasonable; I had shopped several other places, so I knew the range. Wonderful experience for us.

I would recommend to ALL my friends and family! They did an excellent job with my house! I love the engineered hardwood floors and they delivered! The customer service was excellent and Guy, the owner was really nice and hands on. Sometimes you never meet the owner with these kinds of businesses but he made sure to stop and check in on the project and his staff worked really fast! They were really friendly too! I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs nice floors done in an efficient way and great customer service!

We are so happy with our new flooring and had a great experience with the entire team. Mike and Norma did a fantastic job from the very beginning. Mike took the time to explain everything, brought his mobile design truck to us, and offered thoughtful recommendations instead of simply showing us what we initially asked for. He really assessed the age and condition of our house and basement floor and helped us find a solution that was better suited to the space than what I originally thought would work. We ultimately chose glue-down luxury vinyl, and the team did an excellent job preparing our very old and uneven basement floor. They found the right approach to smooth everything out and get the surface exactly where it needed to be. Mike and Norma were also a huge help with the layout, design, and choosing colors that worked beautifully with the existing trim in our basement. Jose and Augustine handled the installation and did an absolutely outstanding job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The transitions between rooms look beautiful, and they worked hard to make the floor as smooth and consistent as possible despite the age of the house and the uneven concrete underneath. While an old basement floor like ours could never be made perfectly level, they created a smooth finished surface that follows the existing floor beautifully. Throughout the entire process, the team was clean, professional, communicative, and happy to answer any questions we had. They took great care of our home and made sure everything was finished properly. I cannot recommend Mike, Norma, Jose, Augustine, and the rest of the team enough. We are extremely happy with the finished flooring and very glad we chose them for our basement flooring replacement.

We replaced cracked, outdated tile throughout our main floor with a wide-plank flooring that flows room to room. The team helped us pick something durable enough for our dog's nails without sacrificing style, and removal of the old tile was way less messy than I braced for. Installers worked efficiently, leveled a couple of uneven spots I didn't even know we had, and finished a day ahead of schedule. The whole downstairs feels more open and modern now

Sean was awesome! He came out to provide an estimate for whole home carpet replacement. He is very professional and explained everything in great detail. From initial meeting and measuring with Sean, to estimates and options from Bo, and project management by Francisco, we were so very pleased and satisfied with the completion of whole house carpet replacement finished in one day!!!!
