The carpet representative came to my house. He was expertly knowledgeable and even assisted me in choosing a beautiful color carpet that I would not have chosen myself. The carpet was installed perfectly and it made the whole room look like a different space. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Matt and his team are outstanding!! Chris was great at listening to what our ideas were for the area and chose the right LVP and LVT samples for us to pick the one that was best for our space. The office staff are friendly and great communicators. The installers are very friendly. Hard working. Great personalities. We’ve had 3 floors installed by FCI and couldn’t be happier with the floor, the company and the people. The best around!

Nate was very accommodating and professional. He came to our home to show us samples and see what we needed for our screen porch and give us advice on what would be the best choice for us. We got many estimates for a flooring job; David was in a league of his own. He clearly understood the entire process end-to-end, including how to account for our more challenging requirements. He prepared the estimate in minutes, rather than hours (like the others) and offered useful advice, such as how to donate our carpet for a tax write-off. He's a seasoned pro and we liked him very much.
