Preston came to my home on Saturday to present me with the best flooring options based on a phone consultation we had pre-visit. He was very respectful and stayed curious and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. After he took some measurements, he gave me a brief presentation on why his company and products are a good choice and best fit for my flooring needs. I’m in sales myself and appreciated the conciseness and specificity of the presentation as well as the explanations of the flooring samples, installation process, and general information. He used the pictures he took to show me what the flooring would look like in my home, helped me narrow down my options, affirmed my choices, and patiently answered my questions about everything. I changed the flooring in my gym and I am so glad I did. My basement has some weird angles but David came in and made sure the basement gym flowed into the other part of the basement. He also stopped by on installation day and I really appreciated his personal touch. I waited a long time to change the flooring and I'm so glad I did it. Working with David was very seamless.

Our experience from start to finish with Nicole at Floor Coverings was great. We had an insurance claim and she worked with us to get the floors we needed and made sure we were happy with the finished products. Sam was incredible to work with. Floor Coverings International has replaced 75% of the flooring in my home. Brian was remarkably patient with my wife who is very careful and intentional in her selections. After completing the carpeted areas, Brian was remarkably helpful in his recommendations for the luxury vinyl for the kitchen, entrance and hallway.
