From beginning to end, I had a great experience working with Jim on new flooring in my home. For the initial consultation, Jim spent 2-3 hours at my home, patiently explaining the details of various types of flooring. He did not rush at all, and it was evident to me and my husband that Jim is very knowledgeable about flooring - both the science and the process. I was impressed by his thoroughness, friendly demeanor, and excellent customer service. We got several other quotes from other flooring companies, and ultimately decided to go with Jim because of the fair pricing and our impression that he is trustworthy and would do a great job. When we were going back and forth on which colors/materials to use, Jim kindly came to our home a second time and patiently showed us samples again. His communication was always prompt and professional. He would respond to texts during evenings and weekends, beyond regular business hours. His son installed vinyl in our living room, and he had a crew install our new carpet the next day. All the installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I recommend Jim/his team without hesitation to anyone who is looking for top quality flooring and a hassle-free experience.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. They came directly to our home with a wide range of samples, which made it so much easier to compare options alongside our existing floors, furniture, and finishes. That level of convenience really took the stress out of the selection process. Scheduling was quick and efficient—they were able to get us on the calendar within a couple of weeks. The installation itself was incredibly fast (our stair runner was done in about an hour), and the team did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Joey, the owner, was on-site during the installation to oversee everything and make sure we were completely satisfied, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for our next flooring project!

The entire staff at Floor Coverings International are professional and responsive. They are a local small business and I highly recommend them. We were moving into a 1920s house with carpet in several rooms that was over 40 years old. Carter and Cam came for the initial assessment and estimate and provided lots of options for us. Once we put down deposit- it was less than 2 weeks before installation. Garrett helped us through the prep for installation and was very helpful. The installation crew was awesome - showed up on time and did a very thorough job. Cleaned up after - to include vacuum and debris removal. We plan to use this small business for future efforts.

We used Floor Covering International after moving into our new house. We replaced the old, original carpet throughout our entire house. Quality and price were important to us so we got estimates from several companies, but Floor Covering International was the best. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and went above and beyond. John was very responsive and patient as he walked us through several options. The father/son team, Jose and Andreas, who installed the carpet installers were fantastic, too! They worked quickly but were very meticulous and detail oriented. We had such a good experience with Floor Coverings International that we returned to purchase replacement carpet when we experienced extensive water damage to our home 6 months later. We knew that we could trust John and his team to take care of us, which was very comforting during a highly stressful time for us.
