"Lived in the same apartment for more than a decade and finally replaced the carpets. This is a family-ran establishment. The owner herself, Ashley made my experience. She came by to do an in-depth walk through, took appropriate measurements, and showed me all their options in different price points. Her and her husband are locals and started this company together. I love supporting local businesses. Speaking of locals, I also needed grout work which is outside the scope of their work, but Ashley was able to refer me to my new grout guy (shout out Mystic Dave!). Estimate is done through a software they're developing with another tech company, which is pretty new but unique? Payment was straight forward through a link (cheaper if you pay in cash / ACH). You pay 30% deposit and the rest afterwards. They are a bit pricer but reasonable for the quality of work done. They send out a team of 2 for my project. There were a couple disconnects in terms of the details communicated to the field team, like the amount of padding needed and the edges of my stairs that needed to be folded and stapled but it wasn't anything this team couldn't figure out. I am an opinionated client that expects quality, precision, and communication. All of which are points that Floor Coverings delivered. Thank you and I look forward to our next project together."

"I am IN LOVE with my new carpet! Andrea was so kind to come out and take all the time I needed to look at so many carpet samples. It only took her a few minutes to measure a rather complicated layout, and it was measured perfectly. I was SHOCKED by the amount of options she had in her van!!! But, THE BEST THING, was having the samples IN MY HOUSE! I have taken so many samples home (paint, carpet, tile) over the years, thinking I’d found the perfect one for my project…and then, when I saw it in my actual space, it was NOT GOOD! So, holding the sample up to my walls and my wooden stairs any my furniture…I was able to find what I loved with ease! The installation was also wonderful. Our installer was there, right on time, and worked hard for us. He was great at communicating and the finished project is a DREAM!!!! 17+ years of children, makeup, fingernail polish, food, dogs, soda, dirty feet, barf, sand, shoes, toys…. All of it!!! Now it’s perfect and ready for all of that again, but with my grandchildren in charge of the messes🥰 Enjoy the before…during…and after pictures!!!"
