From FCI's first meeting at our home where we could review the array of samples to the day when the old carpet was removed and final product installed, we have been very pleased. We recently worked with Floor Coverings International Plymouth- Canton to replace all of the carpet on our top 2 floors and stair landings with hardwood, and all of the stairs with new carpet, which is no easy feat considering we live in a 4 story townhouse. The owners Alberto and Julie were such a pleasure to work with, answered all of our million questions, checked in frequently while work was ongoing, and their installers did a phenomenal job. 11/10 can't recommend them enough!!

I recently refurbished my condo and selected Floor Coverings International to replace my floors with both carpeting and luxury vinyl plank. Alberto and Julie, co-owners (and father/daughter team}, were just so impressive – when you meet them you know you are making the right choice. Very quickly I discovered two people that are extremely committed to their customers. It was a big job separated into several projects, and their entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Alberto and Julie were so professional with their responsiveness, patience, and flexibility – just so accommodating and conscientious. They exceeded my expectations with their quality and professional installers. Mike and Jamie installed the vinyl plank, and they love their job! They are perfectionists - exactly what you want in a flooring contractor. It was so important to them that I was satisfied with their work before they left. Lopez, as the primary carpet installer updating many rooms was amazing with his teams; including Edgar they were so efficient, carpeting fit was perfect, and not a nick on a single wall! Julie and her team are amazing! They give personal attention and take the time to show you samples that you can walk on, move around places to see how it meshes in the home. They bring the samples to you to try out in your home. She took her time to show multiple samples and give suggestions and advice. The whole process was great. The installation went smoothly. The installation was done very professionally. The carpeting and padding feels like you are walking on air. Makes such a difference in the feel of the home and the enjoyment of it. Love, love, love working with Julie and Alberto to carpet my guest bedroom. They brought choices to my home so we could see how well the carpet coordinated with the bathroom tile floor, wall colors, etc. Plus, they had style varieties so we could choose a style that worked well! Julie and Alberto exceeded our expectations in terms of timing, professionalism, cleanliness and everything else, all within budget. I’ll be calling Julie at Floor Coverings International soon for hardwoods in the rest of the house and taking advantage of their 6-months same as cash deal! I’m never ever buying carpet, wood or luxury vinyl again from Home Depot again, even on a tight budget!
