The quality of our choice of carpet and related pad was excellent. Our job consisted of replacing the entire carpet within the household. Upon delivery of the roll of carpet, Kris noticed a flaw and she put in a request with the manufacturer to replace the entire roll. Upon receipt of the second roll of carpet, Kris went out of her way to make sure the installation was accurate, flawless and timely. She was present during the installation over the two day period.
