Tom was at our home promptly to share our flooring options . He had a wide variety of samples, both carpet and LVP, and we found the carpet that would be perfect for our basement . Accurate measurements were completed , price was discussed and agreed upon and a no interest payment plan was presented . We were short on time and the carpet was laid and set for a party we gave . Our second floor is next and we will not hesitate to call Tom! Thank you

Matt the owner was exceptional with his service as were his other sales reps. He brought over multiple floor options a few times and never pressured to make a decision within a certain time frame. Let us live with the samples and provided great in home service. The measuring, selections and install was a smooth process. Glen, Brad, and Art were a fantastic install team, what we thought would take 5 days ended up being 2 days. They were friendly, professional, and kept a clean work area. Would recommend to anyone. We did LVP flooring install.

Floor covering International did an amazing job installing our new LVP flooring. They were very efficient and the job exceeded our expectations! The installers Glen & Art did an amazing job!! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have new flooring in their home! Matt followed up for a final inspection to make sure we were happy with everything! Below are a few before and after photos.

It was nice to have someone come to my house with samples. So much easier to pick out a product. The installers were polite and worked hard to get the project done. I have to say we were disappointed that all the material was not available on time. I think the transition at the bed is beautiful. The project might have taken longer than we expected but we are happy with the flooring.

I needed to replace the carpet in my whole condo recently and wanted to support a local business. I found Floor Coverings International a short distance from my community. I met with Chris Gleeson in the store for ideas of my wants and needs. He was very helpful in suggesting which carpets would be best for my project. Chris brought samples of several carpets to my home and I was able to pick the one I wanted. He was extremely helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed his exceptional knowledge of flooring and customer service. On install day, I was also impressed with Gama and his team of installers. They worked quickly, efficiently and carefully moved furniture, and the carpet was beautifully installed. They really were experienced. Communication with the office and my whole experience with FCI was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.
