We got new flooring for our entire 4-bedroom second floor and a carpet runner on our stairs. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International Waukesha. Our Design Associate Dann really helped us with selecting our flooring, and was willing to answer questions throughout the project. Our installers Glenn and Art were truly craftsmen. They were efficient and paid attention to every detail. The floors look great!

Melissa and her team are top notch. When the FCI van pulled in my driveway with samples, I knew things were headed in the right direction. From guidance, pricing options, etc. FCI was simple, easy, and hands down the best flooring decision we made to refresh our home. Our family and puppy love the soft carpet and extra cushion. Dave did the carpets for my grandma's living room, stairs, and downstairs bedroom, and his team did a fantastic job! They were prompt, efficient, clean, pleasant, and professional. They even sent a lovely flower arrangement as a thanks! 10/10 would recommend

The product, pricing and service were great! We ordered LVP and picked up when it was ready - even thought they didn't install the flooring, they took great care of us! Abby was a so impressive using the fork lift for delivery right into our vehicle!

I highly recommend the floor coverings international experience. This was the best way to purchase carpet in my opinion. Samples were brought right to our home and after discussing the project. The salesperson Dave had 3 great choices for us. This eliminated the process of looking through a carpet store sample by sample and getting confused. Look at that after selecting a couple choices. We received a quote the next day and were able to make an educated decision. Ordering The carpet was a breeze and it came in a few weeks later. They called to set up installation. The installers showed up on time, were really excellent and did a terrific job. The whole process was very professional. It's a Dave came a few days later to inspect the project and give us a sample of a spot remover. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Excellent service, they helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our bedroom and were able to install very quickly for us. Phone staff was great and Matt was very transparent with all of our inquiries-- will definitely be getting carpet through them again!
