We have used for our Floor Coverings International for all of our carpeting needs. Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Absolutely loved their installers!

We have had a horrible experience with this flooring company - specifically Dan. We hired him to do 3 rooms in our home, prior to us moving into the home with our small children. We were guaranteed by both the office and Dan the work would be completed by 12/1. As of today, nothing has been started. Dan would consistently go back on his word, often changing his story of why work had not been started yet, or information he needed. We would provide the requested information, and weeks later he would say he hadn’t started because the same information that had already been provided, was needed. He would take weeks to respond to phone calls and text messages. We finally got a reply when I had to call several locations. This is our first home. We were SO excited to have our rooms ready for our little ones to run around and play in. Instead, their toys, our beds, everything has remained in boxes waiting for the promised work to be completed. I would not recommend this company under any conditions. The dishonesty, lack of communication, and very questionable work ethic leave much to be desired. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Three time repeat customer. That should tell you all you need to know! We’ve had them sand and refinish floors, do whole house lvp and a total stair remodel. Each job is perfection. We had glen and art for the last two and they’re incredible. Glen is a magician. He was able to give me the staircase of my dreams when others said it couldn’t be done. He took the time to piece things together like a puzzle and the outcome was everything I hoped for. I can’t recommend them enough.

From first visit to the showroom, communication with the salesmen and office staff, to final cleanup of the installers this was a first class operation. We had the front entrance and the kitchen done with the same flooring. Every visitor to my house has said the flooring looks great and makes a genuine upgrade to the entrance and kitchen. It has been very durable and is easy to clean. We are all very pleased with the final product.

We love our new vinyl flooring from Floor Coverings International! It looks so lovely. The installers new what they were doing and had to install a new subfloor as the old one was warped. They were all hard-working guys and did a fantastic job. We especially appreciated our salesman, as he had a no-pressure approach and stuck to the facts about the particular choices we could make and their costs. The price was reasonable compared to another quote we received, and that other sales rep was a little hard-sell as well, which we didn't appreciate. Overall, FCI has quality materials, a fair price, and a great work ethic. We can't be more pleased!

Jason did a great job explaining what type of floor we needed for our project. Dennis and Niko when they showed up they did an amazing job handling our needs with the floor and they were super nice. kudos to the whole team!
