I am a first time customer with FCI. Everyone that I dealt with at the Waukesha location has been great. I would give them a 10+. A big shoutout to Patricia, Dann, Abbey, Trent and Shane. It has been a pleasure working with all of you. Thank you for making or transitioning my home into something beautiful and easier to maintain. Would recommend them to anyone that wants quality products as well as service.

What a pleasure working with Floor Coverings International, the project from start to finish was efficient on time and the cost within my budget. The installers did a did a very professional job, excellent workers. I certainly recommend FCI, tofriends and family.

I have used FCI for several projects at my commercial properties, and they have been a pleasure to work with. Fair pricing, fast turn around times and great work. My sales rep, Dann, has been excellent in all steps throughout the process and Abby in the office has been lovely to work with as well. We wanted to keep the hardwood for resale, but make the room feel brighter and more comfortable. FCI recommended a custom area rug, and we had no idea any carpet style could be turned into a large rug! It was delivered to our home and instantly transformed the space!

Great work be all. Dana and crew did an excellent job on install. Dan’s measuring estimates were accurate. Abby on the desk was always friendly and helpful. Everyone was always so friendly when talking to them on the phone. Excellent customer service!!

Fantastic job by Glenn and his team in installing a cork floor in a bedroom. It’s beautiful - work was excellent - perfect fit and finish - highly recommend Glenn and FCI-Waukesha. Hope I can do another project with them soon.
