From start to finish, our experience was outstanding! We had the carpet removed from our stairs and bedrooms, new carpet installed on the stairs, and LVP flooring installed throughout the bedrooms. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Our design associate, Dann, was an incredible resource throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the products and recommendations for the best materials based on our family's needs made the decision making process easy and gave us complete confidence in our choices. Abby, the Production Manager, did an excellent job keeping us informed every step of the way. A huge thank you to Glenn and Art, our installers. They were respectful of our home, kept their work area exceptionally clean, and their craftsmanship was excellent! We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional customer service!

We love our engineered hardwood floors and carpeting! The team at FCI could not have been more attentive and professional with our project. Special kudos to Dann Smith , who came to our condo and introduced us to the process and helped us choose our carpeting and flooring and Jason, who did a masterful job at installing our engineered hardwood flooring. Matt and his team are outstanding!! Chris was great at listening to what our ideas were for the area and chose the right LVP and LVT samples for us to pick the one that was best for our space. The office staff are friendly and great communicators. The installers are very friendly. Hard working. Great personalities. We’ve had 3 floors installed by FCI and couldn’t be happier with the floor, the company and the people. The best around!

When we bought our new house we knew we wanted to re do the flooring. Choosing a company that you trust in your home and to get the job done can be stressful. Floor coverings international did not disappoint at all and were there for us throughout the way. From bringing over samples for us to see to our home, great communication throughout the process, and making payments easy, we could not recommend this company more! We are so pleased with our flooring and so glad we chose this company to go through! Highly recommend for anyone looking to replace their flooring!
