After what we thought was a very good initial meeting (which now just feels like it was a good sales pitch) we had issues every step of the way. They installed baseboards poorly and did it after the carpet was installed so the final product looks "wavy". They even agreed that it shouldn't been installed in that order but it was too late to fix. The "caulking" work on the trim was so poorly done, it would've just been easier to do it ourselves (photos as proof). We had to insist on multiple rounds of re-work and remain rather disappointed with the quality still. The alleged pet friendly carpet is already fraying (weeks after install). With all of this rework and issues, they didn't try to remedy the final cost as it was just so poorly done.

International Floor Covering is the best business I have ever dealt with. It is a family business that makes you feel like family. They put in our wood floors and carpeting in our Condo and we were so pleased. They were on time and delivered exactly what we wanted. They finished in the time line they told us. What a great experience! Matt and Michelle(brother & sister) worked together professionally to give us exactly what we had wanted. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
