What happens if the property does not sell?

If the property is withdrawn from the market, temporarily removed from the MLS, canceled, transferred, or otherwise not sold, payment becomes due immediately upon such change. If the property remains active on the market for more than 45 days without settlement, payment becomes due in full on Day 46.
