We could not be happier with our experience working with Jared, the owner of Floor Coverings International Madison! We replaced all the flooring on the first floor of our home—carpet in the family room, LVT in the kitchen, and LVP throughout the rest—and the results are absolutely beautiful. With oak cabinets and trim throughout our house, choosing the right flooring took time, but Jared was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. He truly helped us find the perfect fit, and we absolutely love what we selected. Troy and Jeff did an outstanding job with the installation. Their attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship were top-notch, and it really shows in the finished product. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International Madison!

When I was calling around inquiring about carpet I spoke to Jared. He was able to come out to our condo, take measurements, show us the carpet choices and give us a quote all at the same time. We had our stairs covered in a lovely gray. The install team showed up on time the day of installation done within the given timeframe. The carpet is soft to walk on bear foot on cold winter nights. The color is perfect for our steps. We will be having Jared and his team out at a later date to help work on a different project.

Jerad and his crew did a fantastic job of helping us put our basement back together. We had to pull back some carpet and replace pad and stretch the carpet. Jerad‘s crew did a fantastic job. We plan on having Jerad and the crew replace our family room carpet too!

JULY 2024. Having put in a number of phone calls and emails looking for someone to install a tub surround and knowing I would have to wait for their responses, Jared Browning from Floor Coverings International called me the very day I sent him an email, came over that afternoon, we looked at my project, two days later he came over with his installer so he could see the job first hand. That was on a Friday, the following Friday the job was completely done. I'm very impressed with this company. Having learned that all tubs surrounds do not fit all tubs there was a concern on my part that the surround wouldn't fit. Jared's response was, we will make it work, don't worry. Qusay was the installer, he was courteous and professional and did a great job. Not only did he install my surround, add studs, do drywall work around the surround, he installed an outlet that I've wanted for 9 years. I called two other electricians prior to meeting with Jared and they both told me they would have to open up my drywall which is never fun. Qusay found a way to install the outlet through my bathroom wall and no drywall had to be opened up. Now I will never have to go and look for an electrician, a plumber, a drywaller, a painter or a remodeler. I will just call Floor Coverings International because they do everything. And the price I was quoted was very fair and reasonable. So happy I took the call. 🔴PART 2🔴 Nov 2025. Just had FCI install new pet friendly carpet. Once again from my initial email to Jared to the carpet being installed was very quick. The removal of the old carpet and pad to the install of the new carpet and pad was seamless. Truly seamless as I had 2 walk-in closets, a linen closet, two bedrooms, a hallway (with many different angles) and 18 steps and there was only one seam. Also I really liked the fact that they didn't bring in this huge roll of carpet in and cut it here, they went to the shop after the pad was installed and with their measurements from Jared they cut the carpet there, brought it back and installed it. Jared's measurements were perfect. These guys know how to lay carpet right, no ripples, feels great, looks great, competitive price. They vacuumed it, left zero mess and moved all my furniture back exactly as I wanted. Will be calling them again for my next project without I doubt. This company does it right the first time. Thank you Jared and crew.

Jared and his team did a great job. The consultation was thorough and very informative for people who’ve never gotten floors replaced before. They were in and out in no time and got in to replace the carpet in just over a week. Price was competitive and all the services included (finding matching trim, getting a door trimmed down if need be) were nice to have!
