Everyone makes mistakes, these guys are no exception. The difference is that these guys made sure to correct it and hear me out. Philip's ability to be extremely kind and personable but also professional is amazing. The quality and pricing was what drew me to using the company and I think the value held true throughout the process. Only time will tell about how the flooring will hold up. T

Highly recommended they treat big snd small job equally. They are on time and do it very fast. Very honest to say if things are not actually needed to be added. They are not for the money. We had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International for our recent carpet stretching project. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and the results were excellent. We especially love working with Phillip—he was right on time, professional, respectful, and genuinely friendly. What really stood out was that he never tried to oversell his services; instead, he focused on what was truly needed. He was also incredibly prompt and responsive over email, even during the holiday season when we didn’t expect a quick response at all. That level of care and professionalism is rare. We have slab on grade and wanted to add hard floors over our foundation but we didn't want cold feet. We had gone to numerous other stores and all of them essentially said it's just something you learn to deal with and that was the end of the conversation. Andrea was our contact here and she was wonderful to work with. She was very happy to help us find different solutions for the underlayment and was very patient with us picking out new flooring - she made 3 separate visits to our house and then we made a trip to the showroom in order to find the flooring we wanted. It took them about a week to install the flooring (a bit over 2000 ft^3 including stairs), move all the furniture, and do all the insulation details for our house. They came on time everyday and actually finished slightly ahead of schedule. Everything was well organized and structured and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Because of the extensive work there were even very clearly communicated contingency plans based on the quality of the subflooring. The installation quality is fantastic and they promptly came and fixed the few small issues we found. We are very happy with everything and couldn't imagine the process being any smoother!
