I had a fabulous experience working with Dean when I needed to replace my flooring after a flood. He was both professional and personable, and I really trusted him and his team throughout the entire process. They did an outstanding job! The two men who installed the flooring were equally professional and courteous. They were diligent about getting the job done, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience, from start to finish. I highly recommend Dean and his team to anyone in need of flooring!

We wanted to replace cruddy old carpet in two rooms and in a finished basement. Kyle helped us pick out beautiful red oak for the upstairs and LVP for the basement. He was very knowledgable and showed us plenty of alternatives. The product arrived quickly and it came out even better than we ever even imagined. It is perfect. Thank you for the great customer service. The floors look wonderful.

The good: The installation crew was excellent. They were skilled, polite, professional, and consistently on time. When a serious mistake happened during the job (more on that below), the team that handled the repair did right by us and fixed it properly. I appreciate that. The problem: Management. Throughout this project, different leaders gave us drastically different timelines and expectations. Nobody seemed to be working from the same information, so we were constantly getting conflicting answers about deliverables and completion dates. Materials were also misordered at one point, which added unnecessary delays. More seriously, a plumbing-related mistake during the job caused significant damage that required a major repair in my home. I understand the installers aren’t plumbers, but they do handle sinks and toilet removal as part of flooring jobs, so I’d expect a baseline level of care and competence there. The repair was ultimately completed and I do appreciate that they made it right, but the amount of back-and-forth and excuses along the way was frustrating and shouldn’t have been necessary. Bottom line: The installation team deserves real credit for their skill and professionalism. But the company’s management and coordination need serious improvement — consistent communication, accurate ordering, and realistic timelines shouldn’t be this hard to deliver. Because of these organizational issues, I can only give this experience 3 stars.

We are pleased with this business & would recommend them. Our project was challenging- an older seasonal home with nothing square or level and they executed the job well. They are transparent in their quotes & invoicing, answer questions & seem genuinely dedicated to satisfying the client. I especially thank Tyler for getting the job done in spite of a labor shortage and Josh who did an amazing installation around a round shower.

I stopped in at the showroom on a Friday and Ute, the showroom manager, was great - spending time with me and letting me take some samples home. We made an appt for Monday morning for Kyle to come to our home and take measurements. Kyle came on time and was very nice, giving us a rough ballpark of cost, and said he would email me an estimate based on the carpet we had picked out. On Tuesday, my husband and I stopped in the showroom to take a look at more samples of the same product line just in case there was something he liked better. We determined we liked what we picked, and asked Ute what the next steps were. She seemed surprised we hadn’t received an estimate yet, and said she would have Kyle send us the estimate and at that time we could place the order. On Thursday I called the showroom and told Ute I still hadn’t received an estimate. She assured me I would have one by end of day Friday. That didn’t happen. We went to another local vendor, someone came out, measured, got a written estimate, and placed an order, all within 3 days. Still nothing from Floor Coverings International. Biggest kicker was today I returned the carpet sample I still had and handed it to Kyle, who showed no recognition of me at all, even when he asked my name so he could mark it returned. Wow. This may have been a small job this time, but I have a lot of flooring to replace in this house. “Big mistake. Huge.” (As the line goes in Pretty Woman).

Floor Coverings International finished installation of carpet and LVP today. Ross and Mike made an excellent team! They are very good at what they do and were considerate throughout the week. They ripped out wall to wall carpeting and installed LVP on the stairs, hallway and office. The stairs were tricky, but they did an excellent job.They let me know what was going on as things progressed. A+

Everything was excellent. Flooring International promptly came out to measure and scheduled me in a short amount of time as I had to get the project done. The carpet and flooring came out great and the price was very fair.

Donovan M. Tim B and Tyler S are the Dream Team of floor installation. We had a situation in our new home the the initial floor install team created and then walked away from their work. Tyler’s team from Floor Coverings International came in and diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in 3 separate areas of our home. These guys are top shelf installers, very knowledgeable and left our home in great shape when finished. I highly recommend their services.
