Kyle Santor, Vice President of Sales

Kyle ‘The Flooring Guy’ Santor is the Vice President of Sales at Floor Coverings International of Vermont, bringing over 40 years of expertise in the flooring industry. Ambitious, kind, and deeply dedicated, Kyle has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with his clients and community.

Guided by his motto, ‘Inspiration at your feet,’ he is passionate about helping customers create spaces that reflect both beauty and functionality. Outside of work, Kyle is a devoted husband to his wife, Tessa, and a proud father and grandfather. An active member of Cornerstone Church, he leads with integrity, faith, and a commitment to serving others.

Ute Talley, Operations Manager

If you’ve called our showroom, chances are likely that you were greeted by Ute who oversees our day-to-day operations, product ordering, client communications, billing, and job packet preparation among other things. With over 20 years of customer service experience and a background as a local business owner, Ute brings exceptional organization, professionalism, and a personal touch to every interaction. Known for her dedication, work ethic, and caring nature, she ensures that both clients and the team experience seamless service and support. Ute enjoys exploring Vermont on her e-bike and spending time with Boomer, her beloved yellow lab.

Tyler Shea, Project Manager

Tyler brings over 20 years of hands-on flooring experience to his role as Project Manager, having worked alongside Kyle Santor throughout his career. His extensive background in installation and project coordination allows him to lead teams with confidence, ensuring every job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Tyler is known for his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and crews.

Beyond his professional expertise, Tyler is a dedicated family man and a proud father of four. He values hard work and integrity, both on and off the jobsite, and strives to set an example for his children. When he isn’t managing projects, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s hunting, fishing, or simply making memories with his family. His passion for his craft and commitment to his loved ones make him a trusted leader and an essential part of the team.

Kyle Davis, Design Associate

Kyle Davis is a Design Associate at Floor Coverings International, where he helps clients bring their vision to life through customized flooring solutions. With a background in construction and years of hands-on industry experience, Kyle combines technical expertise with a personalized design approach. His military service instilled in him values of integrity, discipline, and commitment—qualities he carries into every client interaction.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys fishing, working out, and spending time with his kids and family, passions that keep him grounded and motivated to deliver the best service possible.

Boomer, Showroom Greeter

Boomer is more than our beloved office dog. As the official morale officer, he keeps the team’s spirits high and greets clients with a wagging tail and a goofy grin. He’s always proud to show off his baby - a blue alligator, never misses lunch, and always takes weekends off to recharge. Boomer’s ‘duties’ include supervising floor samples, inspecting deliveries (mostly for smells), and reminding everyone that life is better with a little play and plenty of belly rubs. Boomer is working hard to become a therapy dog team with his mom, Ute and when he’s not at work, he can often be found playing with friends at the local dog park.
