As a Realtor, I use a lot of contractors. It was amazing using you all and for once not having to call and make complaints about work undone or mistakes made. When I walked through the home for the first time, I looked everywhere to ensure my client got what they paid for. I did not find a single mistake. Instead I was blown away. The work far exceeded my expectations. This was an incredibly complicated job with holes in the floor, ruined boards and now you would never know. The floors look perfect.

Owen and his folks did a wonderful job on the floors in our condo!! Our condo was a rental unit before we bought it, so it looked pretty worn. The wood floors in our living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways needed sanding and refinishing. And we wanted to replace the bedroom carpeting with wood to match the existing floors. Owen searched high and low for planks to match the existing floors, and he made a perfect match. He also did a wonderful job deciphering our condominium’s underlayment requirements and finding the needed materials. As they worked, Owen’s team patched some planks that showed water damage in the kitchen. He gave us great advice on stain colors and finishes. His team’s work was meticulous and beautiful!! Owen communicated well with us and the staff at our condominium. He and his team worked within our condo's guidelines, arrived when they said they would, and finished on time. I'd use Floor Coverings International again in a heartbeat. I'd recommend them without hesitation!

The company did a beautiful job replacing my kitchen floor with luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) which makes the room sparkle! They also did a wonderful job refinishing the pine steps in my house with a satin finish. I highly recommend them.

I love Floor Coverings in Tysons! I stopped in and Jenn knew exactly what I had in mind and we picked the perfect floor for my basement remodel. Worked with Owen, Jose and team to replace carpet with hardwood in our living area and match to the joining hardwood in our kitchen. They did an excellent job and were such a pleasure to work with! Owen was so knowledgeable and gave me several options, thoroughly explaining each. I really appreciated how he had the whole team out onsite the first day to personally introduce them to me so I felt comfortable with the people in my house. We were so happy with both quality and price we added to our project to do a carpet runner as well. Will definitely work with them again for the future projects we have planned!

This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. • The new floors in both the living room and bedrooms squeak badly. Near the window, there is a 1.2 cm height difference over a 1.4 m span, confirmed with professional measuring equipment. Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted it was “the table’s problem,” even though the table is perfectly level and standard. • They damaged the door without my consent and left large open cuts at the entrance and around the fireplace. • They promised to send someone to repair these issues, but never showed up, never returned calls, and never replied to messages. • During the project, they even tried to switch to cheaper materials without approval. • Being late is the norm for them — usually at least 30 minutes, with no explanation — and finishing on time is impossible. • Their way of dealing with problems is either to argue endlessly or to disappear and blame everything on the customer. Overall, the experience was a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
