The crew came in and did an outstanding job. What impress me was they used am app to help explain what they were doing since they didn't speak English. Our communication was phenomenal. The team at Floor Coverings International was fantastic. My floors have been painted for 87 years. They removed all the paint and tile and revealed beautiful pine floors. We recently had to replace the carpet at one of our stores, and because corporate requires us to source it through their vendor, we were having difficulty finding someone willing to do the install without also selling us the carpet. I am so glad we came across FCI when we did! Axel and his team did a fantastic job. They arrived right when we were closing and worked through the night. They worked quickly and got the job done right, and I was able to get the whole front of the store back in order in time to open at 8:30 am. His crew was very pleasant and professional, and took great care in helping me move things around from section to section, as well as cleaning up the store and hauling away all the old carpeting when they were done. Axel, from one SBO to another, thank you for your professionalism, your travel, and hard work! It's very much appreciated!
