They went above and beyond on my hallway install and even fixed pre existing issue wear flooring wasn't staying down completely. We had a great experience with Alex and FCI. They were the only company (out of many) that agreed that they could do both our laminate flooring and our new carpets and keep it under our proposed budget. When the time came to do the work, they really shined! The crew were kind and professional, showing care for our possessions and our home. They removed the old flooring, including some very stubborn tile, added floorboards where needed to level everything out and then installed great looking new floors. The level of quality was evident. When they couldn't complete one of our rooms without extra seams that might have become noticeable, we were immediately notified and Alex made it right, coming back with additional material at no additional cost to us! Highly recommend Alex and FCI Norfolk to others looking to have a new look to their home.

The crew came in and did an outstanding job. What impress me was they used am app to help explain what they were doing since they didn't speak English. Our communication was phenomenal.
