I had an exceptional experience with Floor Coverings International (FCI) - Midlothian and recommend them highly for their outstanding service and craftsmanship. I recently hired them to install a large hardwood flooring project in my home, and I am beyond impressed with the results. From the initial consultation with Marie to the installation with Max and his the team, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to quality. Despite the project being quite challenging due to the size of the flooring area (4 bedrooms and 6 closets), they completed the job in remarkably 2 days without compromising on the quality of work. The craftsmanship displayed by the team was truly exceptional. The attention to detail, precision in measurements, and flawless execution of the installation exceeded my expectations. We just moved to a new home and Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a tight deadline and she got us from consultation to installation in under 25 days. Instead of just directing us to samples to look for ourselves, she asked us what we were looking for and curated a small collection of sample that fit our demands. This is particularly helpful for people that get paralyzed from too many choices. The installation crew ran into a snag but quickly made corrections to fit into a very tough schedule. Carpet was perfectly installed and site was completely clean upon inspection at the end of the install. Also, this is a veteran-owned business. 10/10 would use again in a heartbeat.

FCI - Midlo was incredible from beginning to end. The process was simple and convenient for my busy family. Initially I was concerned with the amount of work that would help us prepare for this job but FCI made it very clear they were there to help. They installers were friendly, on time, and on schedule with their work. We received everything we asked for and it was simple and much easier than we thought. I would give 100 stars if possible!!!!!! If you need floors, carpet, or any services this company offers;do not hesitate to use them. Marie is a wonderful person and you can tell she cares about her clients. They come to your house to do consultations which is so much less intimidating. Max was the head of construction. He communicated so well throughout the entire process. The crew did a fabulous job and my floors look awesome. This company is not a fly by night company. They are there when you need them to answer any questions. I did a lot of research before I decided to go with this company and it was all positive. I am so glad I decided to go with them because I have heard horror stories of new floors and a lot of these companies! YOUR SEARCH IS OVER!!!!! CALL MARIE MAHONEY!!!@!
