Five stars across the board. We just had our basement carpet installed by Floor Coverings International in Leesburg, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive whenever we had questions and showed up exactly when they said they would. It is very refreshing to have a consultation and not feel like you are being pressured by a salesman. They were 100% on board with whatever our wants/needs were and did not try and push an overpriced/under quality option. The installers were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Our basement carpet looks fantastic, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a flooring company that communicates well and follows through on what they promise, I'd highly recommend this team.

After going through a few companies for quotes, we ultimately went with Floor Coverings International Leesburg. They gave us a reasonable quote, amazing customer service, and the install was seamless. They worked around our schedule and the end result was an great looking runner up our main staircase. .

I am the owner of Five Star Painting and we have had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International of Leesburg on several projects, and they have been fantastic every time! Their team is professional, reliable, and communicates extremely well throughout the entire process. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing things the right way. Their mobile showroom is such a great convenience—it makes choosing flooring so much easier because you can look at options right in your own home. They offer a great selection of flooring, including tile, carpet, laminate, LVP, and hardwood. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Leesburg to anyone looking for quality flooring, excellent installation, and a company that truly cares about its customers. We’ve enjoyed working with them and look forward to working with them again!

Fantastic experience and the results are amazing. Flooring was the single largest expense of our office renovation and worth every penny.

To summarize my experience with FCI: fantastic. The price was extremely competitive. And they provided multiple options so that I could make the right decision for me. Communication was excellent. Michael and Natalie were very clear with each step. And they responded to all my many questions in a very short time. The installation crew did a fantastic job, and they knocked everything out in a day. They showed up when they said they would. And the work was done beautifully. We are completely satisfied and will absolutely be working with FCI for all our flooring needs.
