He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us choose the right flooring rather than rushing a sale. We ended up installing 4-inch American Cherry hardwood, and it looks absolutely incredible. The quality of the product and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The floors completely transformed our home and get compliments immediately when people walk in. From start to finish, communication was clear, timelines were honored, and everything was handled professionally. This husband and wife time truly brought the showroom to our home. Not only were they able to balance out my wife and I’s different wants, but were a house hit with our 3 kids. This was an easy process from the start, and with our limited time, never felt like we were shopping for floors. Easy to communicate with, very responsive, and incredible service throughout.
