This is the company to go with! Michael and Natalie were incredible to work with from start to finish. Michael came to our home to give us a quick estimate and it was such a nice, no pressure conversation. He even went out of his way to tell us what makes sense to go with versus not based on our situation, even if he would have made more money. Can’t say I’ve met a salesman who does that because most only care about money! And Natalie was a joy to work with behind the scenes for scheduling, billing and any other question I had. Oh and speaking of billing, the price was very VERY competitive for Northern Virginia. Day of the install was amazing too. Luis and his team were efficient with their work, and it looks SO good. Night and day difference. We did a carpet replacement throughout two floors and they were done in about 6 hours. Definitely will be giving them my business in the future!

Natalie and the FCI Leesburg team are great! They did a buff & coat and installed a stair runner for a new house we just bought. They helped us think through all the options, gave us a great price, and installed the carpet without any issues. I recommend them to everyone, for every job!

Michael was incredibly helpful. We spoke with five different flooring companies and Michael was by far the most knowledgeable. He showed up with a van full of flooring samples, which made it easy to see options in our own space. He also called ahead of time to understand exactly what we were looking for, which made the appointment feel personalized. When I wasn’t quite sure about the color of the wood, he went a step further and set up an appointment for us to visit his distributor together so we could see the full range of options in person. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right solution.

Natalie allowed me to work at my pace as her company was my first stop. (No sales pitch at all) I came back to her after talking with local bricks & mortar stores, all products were inferior to what I requested from all, but the b & m and others insisted their products where superior. Data stated otherwise. After about five weeks I scheduled another in home meeting with Natalie. This visit I had my daughter present as she has a keen eye for a spectacular look in for what we have in our home. After all questions were asked and completely satisfied by the responses from Natalie, I signed a contract. We had vinyl wood flooring installed along with hardwood stair treads with a in-house custom made carpet running on the stairs. Natalie and her Teams (3 total) were outstanding! Great group she has brought together. I am attaching a few photos before I put everything back together. I highly recommend her, her products, and her Team of installer’s. Great Group to work with.
