Resa and her team at FCI did a great job with a custom stair runner in my home. They came highly recommended to me by a friend who used them for refinishing hardwood floors (which turned out beautiful) and I would happily use them again, as well as recommend them to my real estate clients. Resa takes time to help with the sometimes overwhelming choices, something not every flooring company does.

This is an unusual review because I am not YET a customer of FCI. The architect designing our kitchen remodel met Resa when we were investigating Marmoleum. I panicked when the contractor appeared to be doing a poor job with the installation. I called Resa to see if she had any suggestions or whether i needed to find someone else to install. She was going to be in our area and offered to stop by and see the space and the product. In just a few minutes she was able to assure me that all was not lost and that it could be fixed. She gave me the confidence to find the installation video on line, send it to the contractor with the request that he watch, and then when he returned, i insisted he take up the first attempt and start over. Tonight the floor looks great and I'm really pleased. I can't thank Resa enough for her interest in my success even though i was not her customer. This is a special quality and because of that i will definitely start my next flooring project with FCI. It's a good company to know about.

What a wonderful experience! I loved that all the samples were in their truck and ready in a moments notice. Resa came and looked at our specific situation, lighting, building requirements and out desires and narrowed the possible choices to 3 or 4 options. They were spot on and allowed us to finalized easily what would work. The materials arrived within the promised timeline and installation was quick and perfect. Highly recommend and would welcome a reference call.
