Hamid came in, gave me a fair price without giving me a really long spiel. After looking at pricing for the job I needed, I felt the price was very fair. The floor looks excellent and was completed in one day.

BUYERS BEWARE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FREDERICKBURG VA OFFICE!!! If you have to work with Hamed or any of the staff from the Frederickburg, VA office you will encounter problems. I will continue to update this thread as we go through the process. Bottom Line: The project management team is sub par, workers dont speak any English, incorrect flooring installed, shoddy craftsmanship, and horrendous customer service from upper management at the Fredericksburg location. RCI Flooring has a great reputation, but the Frederickburg VA location is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point where Lawyers have to get involved for a simple $17,000 flooring job. I will detail this debacle in future posts.

We installed carpet in our home, and it looks great. The whole process was easier than we expected, and the team helped us choose something that really fits our space. The installation was smooth, and the final result made our home feel more comfortable and refreshed. We're really happy with how everything turned out.
