BUYERS BEWARE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FREDERICKBURG VA OFFICE!!! If you have to work with Hamed or any of the staff from the Frederickburg, VA office you will encounter problems. I will continue to update this thread as we go through the process. Bottom Line: The project management team is sub par, workers dont speak any English, incorrect flooring installed, shoddy craftsmanship, and horrendous customer service from upper management at the Fredericksburg location. RCI Flooring has a great reputation, but the Frederickburg VA location is horrible!!! It has gotten to the point where Lawyers have to get involved for a simple $17,000 flooring job. I will detail this debacle in future posts.

We installed carpet in our home, and it looks great. The whole process was easier than we expected, and the team helped us choose something that really fits our space. The installation was smooth, and the final result made our home feel more comfortable and refreshed. We're really happy with how everything turned out. FCI Fredericksburg We decided to install new flooring throughout our entire house, and working with Floor Coverings International made the whole process much easier than we expected. Being able to see the samples in our own home really helped us picture how everything would look in each room. The team was patient and gave us helpful advice without rushing us, which made choosing the right style feel less stressful. Once we decided, the installation went smoothly, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Now that it's finished, our home feels completely refreshed, and we're really happy with how everything turned out. It was a great experience from start to finish.

We visited the showroom and were really impressed by the wide selection of flooring options. It made it easy to find the perfect style for our entire basement and the stairs. From the moment I met with Hamid the experience was effortless and smooth. The team who came out to do the work was professional, friendly and ensured everything was done correctly and to my liking. I cannot express how happy I am with the work that was done. Everything was explained throughly with no surprises or concern that went unanswered. I cannot recommend the team enough.
