We recently had new floors installed through Floor Coverings International, and I can honestly say the experience was fantastic from start to finish, largely because of Hamid. From our very first meeting, he took his time walking me through the entire process, including financing, and never made me feel rushed while choosing the right flooring. After he left, I talked it over with my husband, and Hamid continued to be incredibly helpful by texting me additional photos and answering questions so we could feel confident in our decision. Once we finalized everything, the scheduling process was smooth and easy. The installation team did an excellent job, and the floors look amazing. They were also some of the most polite and respectful workers we’ve ever had in our home. What really stood out was Hamid’s responsiveness and follow-through. Anytime I had a question, he replied quickly and even coordinated directly with the installers to make sure everything was addressed. He also came back the same day after installation to check on the floors and answer any remaining questions, which we really appreciated. It’s also a huge bonus that the floors come with a warranty. It gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, this was a great experience, and Hamid truly went above and beyond. He’s the reason we’ll be recommending Floor Coverings International to others without hesitation.

We recently had flooring installed throughout our home and the finished floors themselves look great. The installation crew did good work and we are happy with the final appearance of the flooring. However, our experience with an additional charge during the project was disappointing. This was a large flooring project that cost over $23,000, so we expected clear communication throughout the process. During the installation, the crew replaced 1 piece of subfloor and we were later charged about $900 for the repair. While I understand that unexpected issues can sometimes come up during a project, this repair and the cost were never discussed with us or approved beforehand. We were only informed after the work had already been completed. For a project of this size, I would have expected to be notified when the issue was discovered and given the opportunity to approve the additional work and cost before it was performed. That type of communication is standard practice with most contractors. I also requested an itemized breakdown of the charge, but the documentation provided did not clearly explain the labor and materials associated with the $900 cost. The flooring itself looks great, but the lack of communication regarding the additional charge was frustrating and felt unprofessional. I would recommend that future customers make sure any additional work and costs are clearly discussed and approved before the work proceeds.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone who is looking to have their Floors redone. Hamid was very helpful and professional from the appointment to the day after the floors were completed. After I picked the flooring for our dental office, he took a picture of our main hall on his tablet and showed me what the flooring would look like in our office. The finished floors are amazing! I was kept updated with all of the steps from when the flooring was ordered, arrived at the warehouse, the length of time for the job, timing of the crew's arrival at the office and estimated departure from the office each day. The crew that came into the office was courteous and respectful of myself, our office and everything in it. If something needed to be moved, they moved it with care, as if it was theirs. I went to the office both days they were there to unlock the door. I stayed for a couple of hours each day and felt very comfortable with leaving them at the office without supervision. When they were done for the day, they turned off the lights and locked the door for me. They let Hamid know they had left and he let me know, so I could remotely arm our alarm system. The day after the floors were completed, a coworker and I went to the office to put everything back. While we were there, 2 members of the crew came in to put some threshold molding down and make sure there were no spots on the flooring. Shortly after they left, Hamid came in and did a walk through to make sure everything was done and to see if we were happy with the flooring. If you have been thinking about have your flooring changed out, look no further than Floor Coverings International for a quick and professional experience.
