Five stars, no hesitation. We brought Floor Coverings International in to handle a walk-off mat and carpet installation in the lobby of our coworking space in Westminster, and they knocked it out of the park. Working directly with the owners, Lanie and Bo, made the whole process easy. They understood that we couldn't have our building torn up during the week, so the install team came in early on a Saturday morning and got everything done without impacting a single member. That kind of consideration for your customer's business really stands out. The quality of the installation is top-notch -- the lobby looks sharp and professional. Highly recommend for any commercial flooring project.

Great service and communication from the beginning, Ben and his team did a fantastic job replacing our carpet. The new one is so nice and plush, we should have done this sooner! FCI did an amazing job!

John was early, attentive, responsive and extremely helpful in educating us on our options. We had a few issues and one was in the shower. We thought that was going to be a huge expense. He could have sold us on a much bigger job but was honest and gave us an easy, inexpensive fix. I was surprised by his honesty and genuine concern for exactly what our goals were and how he and his team could achieve them. Highly recommend.

Kevin and Shawn were great! They were very professional and took great pride in their work. Shawn was an artist at matching our stain (no other company was willing to attempt refinishing just a section of our hardwood) and Kevin is a skilled craftsman. I would highly recommend them. Shaun, the owner, also took a tremendous amount of time with me to assist in selecting the flooring upfront.

Carpet itself looks great and the crew did a great job. However, be prepared for your baseboard to be beat up, dented, chipped, and require repainting. We had JUST had the baseboards painted the week prior to avoid paint on carpets after install, now we will have to patch the boards with filler and repaint in several areas. Also, the crew scratched our brand new doors door knob and deadbolt that was installed the week prior. We just moved in, so everything we have installed is new and without blemish.
