Our experience with Marty and his installer was overall great. Specifically, after installation, we noticed an issue with the alignment of the stair runner with the wall and communicated the concern. Marty was quick to address the issue to ensure we were completely satisfied. Would highly recommend without reservation to anyone looking for a professional carpet installer!

We love the new floors that FCI installed. We had them tear out all the carpet on our first floor and replace it with LVP. They look great. There was an issue at first where the LVP they ordered didn’t match our existing kitchen LVP, but Brett and Stephanie took care of us and found us a new flooring that we liked even better and got it installed quickly. I highly recommend FCI.

We had new flooring installed throughout our first floor during our kitchen renovation. Lauren provided us with all of the options and went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. The installation was seamless as they had to work around the renovation process. We love our new floor!! Already looking forward to having them install new flooring in our upstairs level.

Easy process from beginning to end. Joel and Ike came to my house and measured, brought samples, and gave me a quote all within an hour. Installers did a great job. Flooring looks fantastic! Joel’s customer service is top notch. I’m a first time customer but will definitely use them again in the future!

Wonderful experience doing business with Alan and the installers team. I am happy he suggested the Dust free tile removal company as well. Alan contacted me every day the crew was here to make sure I was satisfied with the progress. I would highly recommend Flooring Coverings International. I had gone to 3 others flooring businesses and the professionalism of Alan and the product won me over. 2750sqft one day demo of tile and 3 days installed. Loved Freddie and his installers. All around great experience!!

Worked with Owen, Jose and team to replace carpet with hardwood in our living area and match to the joining hardwood in our kitchen. They did an excellent job and were such a pleasure to work with! Owen was so knowledgeable and gave me several options, thoroughly explaining each. I really appreciated how he had the whole team out onsite the first day to personally introduce them to me so I felt comfortable with the people in my house. We were so happy with both quality and price we added to our project to do a carpet runner as well. Will definitely work with them again for the future projects we have planned!

They repaired my flooring after my foundation repair work left holes due to the install of interior piers. They used my extra materials of tile and VPF to make my home whole again. They give you a quick turnaround after calling and scheduling as well! Thank you so much.

They are very professional made you feel like family. I was worried about a scam, but every time I reached out they responded right away. It took a little longer then expected for the carpet to come, but when it did and we got our installation date, they were on time and clean up after themselves. I was very proud with my carpet. From Wendy to Dan and his crew and even the business manager who sent out a holiday card. Love this company highly recommended. Thank you so much.
