Floor Coverings International did an incredible job removing tile from the bathroom and the kitchen, repairing subfloors, and installing vinyl flooring. floors had to be leveled as well. All debris was hauled away also. The crew was very gracious with me because I had just had surgery and it was important that they knew what to do in my absence. They were careful with my home, and I felt very comfortable in their presence. They were always on time and kept very good communication with me. I highly recommend them.

The entire process of selecting our carpet was seamless. I would have no problem in recommending this company to a friend or family member. All the employees I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation went extremely smoothly and the room was totally back together when they left, but with beautiful new carpeting.

I can not say enough goods things about Floor Coverings International Columbus! They install carpeting in 3 bedrooms, lvp in 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. Sue, the flooring consultant, is awesome. Completely understood my tastes and my budget and worked with them. Aaron, the installer, was friendly, professional and very skilled. Install was pleasant and very well done. The owner dropped by to check on things during the install. I appreciate that. Very nice man. I have very high expectations when I work with a company and am a pretty picky client. They exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend these folks. Honest, straight forward, professional, friendly and very pleasant to work with. I’ll be using them again soon for the rest of the house!!

Elliot was so friendly and eager to share ideas with me on my best solution for outdoor carpet. He responded to texts rapidly. Installers were efficient and did a beautiful job installing and cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.

I’ve completed a couple of larger projects with this company and was happy with the quality of the installations. However, after the work was done, two of my transition pieces needed to be replaced—one broke, and the other was installed too high for the door to close. It’s a small fix, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, it’s been three months with no resolution. Being ignored after spending thousands of dollars is incredibly disappointing, and for that reason I felt a 2-star review was appropriate. I prefer to stay loyal to companies I work with, but the lack of communication and customer service makes it hard to recommend them at this time.

Grady came out, explained everything/pricing/I was able to pick out my flooring. Order came in quickly and job scheduled. The installers(Mark/Luke) were fantastic!! They were careful with my furniture, did an amazing job on install/cleaning/courteousness/friendliness/and both were very knowledgeable. If I had questions they were happy to answer. The supervisor(Reggie) came by everyday to check on things and help out. Once job was completed, Grady came back and inspected everything had them sure up some molding and said he'd be back in about a week to check back in on the floors. I would recommend these guys to any and everyone!! Quality from start to finish! Photo shows part of job done

We used Floor Coverings International to replace old tile in our entryway and kitchen with wood flooring. The company did a wonderful job matching the new floor to the existing wood floors in adjacent rooms. Now the kitchen looks warm and inviting.
