It’s scary to think of two rooms with carpeting being replaced with wood floors. Thank goodness for Floor Coverings International. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish, and the completed work is absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Floor Coverings International installed carpeting in our school office, Narthex, and hallway. Their team worked over our Christmas break, handled all the furniture moving, and completed the installation efficiently with minimal disruption. The carpet looks beautiful and has been wearing extremely well. We are very pleased with the quality of both the product and the service. Absolutely an incredible job! Very professional and very talented workers. Definitely choose this company. You will not be disappointed! They did over 1000 sq ft of flooring in my basement. I still have a few things to install along the brick walls but I am Absolutely astonished on how well it turned out.

My experience was amazing. When they say they’re going to do something, they follow through. If they promise to be there at a certain time, they show up exactly when they say they will. It was an easy process working with Lori who owns the franchise in our area. She brought in lots of samples in our home and we made a choice which was installed perfectly later in the month. Her installers arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and did a great job. We love the finished project.

During the dry winter months I utilized a humidifier in our living room. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was leaking onto our hardwood floors until my husband noticed the buckling that extended into our hallway. Fortunately, I reached out to Charles at Floor Coverings International, who immediately scheduled me for a time that served me best. Once in our home, it was obvious that Charles was extremely knowledgeable about the properties and life course of hardwood floors. He put our minds at ease and encouraged us to give it time, as often buckling from water damage will self correct and lay down again and straighten on its own. No need to rip out the boards we thought were permanently damaged and try to replace. His professionalism and integrity, have made us customers for life and we plan to go to him for all our future flooring needs for our 116 yr old home!
