Me and my husband used floor coverings international for our floors and I can’t tell you how thankful we were to have them. Our floors turned into a disaster and needed a lot more things fixed, structurally, then anticipated. Guy handled everything. He got the people that needed to come out and fix everything immediately. They worked with us when we needed to get other things fixed in the process of the floors and came by multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The price was very reasonable and our floors look beautiful. This is a wonderful company with wonderful people working for them. We will use guy for all of our future projects.

I was helping someone from 1000 miles away with a refresh of their house in San Antonio before listing it for sale. I researched flooring companies and reviews and contacted Floor Coverings International based on the information I found. Cristy was immediately responsive to my message and truly understood the assignment! She helped me choose carpet and flooring and we arranged for the installation once the house was empty, all over texts and emails. The real estate agent took over on-the-ground work for me in personally meeting with Cristy, and all went very smoothly. We are all very happy with the outcome and appreciated the consistently friendly and professional communication with Cristy and her team throughout the process.

We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International. My husband and I had just bought our first home and we had removed the carpeting in our living room to discover only the plywood subfloor. We had expected that the house would have hardwood floors being that it was older. However, it did not. We had tried hiring someone else to install LVP and they ended up canceling on us the night before installation. At this point is when I found Floor Coverings International, Brett the owner, came out and did an in home estimate. He was amazing and very willing to help us find the best solution for our situation. We were going to need subfloor repair and leveling, he was also willing to work with the flooring we had already purchased. However, we decided to return the previous flooring and purchase Coretec LVP through Brett. He was extremely informative and really made us feel taken care of after having gone through a negative experience with the other flooring person. The installers were also amazing and did a great job. They installed the floors in one day when it originally was supposed to take two. We would definitely go with this company again for any other flooring needs!

Seldom am I anxious to write a review but here I am and I am. I responded to a Facebook ad and little did I know how GREAT an experience I would have. Julia Pringle was the best! Julia listened to our needs, shared industry technology, professionally laid out our needs then presented us with 3 options to meet our needs. Every communication was followed up promptly. Installation was a dream! Ivan ran the job - customer oriented, added another great option, and his crew was flawless. This has been my BEST home project ever. Lowest price no, competitive YES, BUT the FINISHED PROJECT SECOND TO NONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FCI WITHOUT RESERVATION! Call Julia for your flooring needs and you won’t regret it!

I can't recommend Floor Coverings International enough! Chris was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish. Oscar the project manager was always around to answer any questions and make sure everything went great. We are a commercial office with 15 year old outdated carpet and with owners of our building out of state, they made it happen! The installers did a phenomenal job, always on time every day and finished a big project in just 3 days. Many many thanks to everyone at Floor Coverings who helped to make this happen!

We needed sections of our floor fixed. Marty came in to review and brought his installer along to define the scope of the work. He ordered the hard to get hardwood supplies and ensured that there was good communication throughout. The installer came as per schedule and Marty kept us informed on when to expect them. He also stopped by during the install to ensure work was progressing as per plan. Installer was top notch, patient with our choices and ensured quality placement and aesthetic selection of the pieces to ensure variation with consistency. We would recommend Floor Coverings international and Marty and his installers for your projects!!

I would avoid this company. I had to have my floors repaired 4 time in the past 2 /2 years. It took months of me asking what was happening in order to get someone to come and look at my concerns. The owner was included in the emails about my concerns abd she never once responded, apologized or made any comments about my issues. Everytime I had a new issue the previous staff was no longer working there. They cost way to much money to not have good customer service especially when they pride themselves on being local!!!

We bought a new house and the floors weren’t done correctly. After calling several flooring companies, Floor Coverings was one of two to respond. We had them do a buff and coat. It made a HUGE difference! Very reasonably priced and they were able to get to the job quickly. I would absolutely recommend them! Big thanks to Josh. He quoted the job and came back to check the work after it was completed.

I can't say enough about the level of service, the care the entire team took and the level of craftsmanship of the installation team! From the initial walk through to the completed project I was impressed with everything! The sales team walked through the selection of the flooring, the color and the baseboards best suited for the space. Any and all questions were encouraged, the team walked me through the steps, listened to my needs, kept me apprised of all aspects of the installation AND the team finished the project in record time without compromising the beauty of the end result. My house looks GORGEOUS! I cannot recommend the company enough!
