FCI made the process of buying and installing new carpet and vinyl flooring so easy. They came to the house, brought samples, and helped us choose. No pressure. Easy scheduling and installation. Very responsive. Highly recommend!

From beginning to end FCI was a pleasure to work with on my flooring projects. I say projects because I originally was only thinking I would pick one of the many floors I wanted to change but after working with Dave at my home going through all the options I decided to do them all. Then, with three large projects, I was told it would all be done in one day. We didn't think it was possible, but it was. The installer was professional, fast, and amazing to work with. FCI followed through on every step, every promise and was responsive to every question. All my new flooring is beautiful and I love walking into rooms I despised and would ignore before. I would highly recommend FCI. Give them a shot at beautifying your home too.

This was our third flooring install in three years due to issues with the first two materials, so we were understandably anxious going into it. When we called about our second floor coming up, we learned they were under new ownership, which worried me a little — but they immediately made it a priority to take great care of us and make things right, which meant so much to us as a small business! I worked with Payton throughout the process and he was great — very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. The installers were prompt, professional, and did a great job! They finished quickly and efficiently, allowing us to reopen sooner than expected. Best of all, the floors look amazing! After a long road with flooring issues, we finally feel confident in our space again. We’re so thankful for the care and quality they provided and would absolutely recommend them!

Dan and Tyler were fantastic to work with as well as the flooring crew they sent out. Everything was done in a day, all clean up and moving of furniture. The flooring looks identical to the original and flows seemlessly out into the main area. VERY happy with their service and look forward to hiring them for my property.

We replaced the carpet in the common stairway of our condo building. David was great from start to finish. He was helpful, a clear communicator and followed-up as needed. The install was straightforward and they did a great job cleaning up afterward.

John and his team are amazing! They were very efficient, professional and did a fantastic job! We replaced all of our carpets upstairs with about 2,000 sq ft of living space, and Floor Coverings International of Plano turned it into a whole new look! Very reliable and trustworthy, and transparent with quoting and very reasonable pricing. The workers were respectful and fun! She walked me through step by step as to what was going to be done. Liz helped us pick the perfect color we wanted.. Also, if I had any questions ,correspondence was immediate.. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your carpet and floor needs. FCI did a terrific job installing carpet runners on two sets of stairs in my home that greatly improved the appearance, comfort and limiting sound of the wood stairs. Before installing this carpet the stairs were noisy but the carpet has greatly reduced that making it more comfortable to go up and down the stairs without disturbing anyone. The consultant met with us and helped us select the best color and texture for our stairs and the spacing and color on the edges. Communication was smooth and prompt for scheduling, questions and payment information. Payment and invoices were easily accessible on the provided website. The installation team was professional and efficient and they did both sets at the same time taking less than three hours. They explained the installation procedures and did a walk through upon completion.

I hired Floor Coverings International of Downtown Chicago to redo the floors of my condo. The project was multi-room and consisted of removing the existing bamboo hardwood and replacing it with Karndean Luxury Vinyl Tile. Thomas from FCI was awesome to work with, helping me every step of the way in my decision-making process. The installation team did a great job and although the project took longer to execute than the original estimate, I am totally in love with the results! The new floors completely modernized the look of my condo and even make it look more spacious. I would definitely hire FCI again for future flooring needs.

We opted to use FCI to redo all flooring and stair carpeting in our basement in Wilton. We need to mindful of heavy rains and protecting against run-off – Troy gave excellent recommendations on what materials and products to go with.
