Great communication, professionalism and many options. It was unique to find one company that does carpet, carpet on stairs and luxury vinyl plank. All managed by FCI. Couldn't have gone better.

I needed new flooring in my bedroom. Scott came to my house & within 30 minutes I had an estimate. It was a very reasonable quote. I gave the ok & it got scheduled. Ryan took over the installation side of the project. Scott and Ryan are very personable and professional. It was a joy to work with both of them. The installation was completed in a very timely fashion and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. I am giving my 100% recommendation. A+++

I can't say enough about the level of service, the care the entire team took and the level of craftsmanship of the installation team! From the initial walk through to the completed project I was impressed with everything! The sales team walked through the selection of the flooring, the color and the baseboards best suited for the space. Any and all questions were encouraged, the team walked me through the steps, listened to my needs and kept me apprised of all aspects of the installation AND the team finished the project in record time without compromising the beauty of the end result. My house looks GORGEOUS! I cannot recommend the company enough!

Michael was very informative and helpful in helping me select the right floor for my space. The crew arrived on time and completed the job promptly. They even cleaned up their workspace (can't tell you how many times I have had to clean trash or nails from previous contractors). The floor is beautiful

I had about 1700 sf of luxury vinyl flooring and about 500 sf of carpet installed after a home flood. Philip Dorminey, design consultant, did a great job meeting with me and the installers numerous times to make sure the job was done right. Everything was perfect. I also met Roberto, the owner, who also oversaw the progress. Although FCI does not do drywall, they found a very good team from another company to replace walls that had been damaged by mold. I am very pleased that FCI was able to deal with all of the issues I had in getting my house looking even better than before.

We had an excellent experience with this flooring company from start to finish. They stuck to the timeline exactly as promised, even while demoing a lot of tile, which was no small job. Brad, the owner, was absolutely amazing—clear, responsive, and proactive in his communication throughout the entire process. The crew was professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to have in our home. The engineered hardwood installation is beautiful and the attention to detail really shows. We felt well cared for every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work, great communication, and a team you can trust.

Teo is absolutely terrific. He arrived at the house to install the carpet on time with a smile on his face …a smile that never went away. He and his assistant immediately began to work and never paused until the job was completed which was in record time.
