Wes was a pleasure to work with. Very patient as I was indecisive. He pointed out pros and cons of the products I was considering. I felt he was being honest and really trying to help me get a great product but stay within my budget.I was able to get the carpet and have it installed much quicker than I was expecting and Wes even showed up the day it was installed. Installers were great, fast, polite, and definitely knew what they were doing. I give the entire process 5 Stars!!!

Wes and his team did an absolutely amazing job installing my new carpet! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Wes was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different materials, helping me choose the best option for my home. He showed up before his team started to ensure everything was set, and he came back afterward to check the final results. He even sent pictures throughout the process, but honestly, the pictures didnt do it justicethe carpet is absolutely beautiful! The quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. I truly appreciate his honesty and expertise, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I highly recommend Wes and his team to anyone looking for top-notch carpet installation!

I have done business with several flooring companies over the years. Floor Coverings International is by far one of the best. Their product was just what we needed and constant communication with us throughout the process was great. I highly recommend them for all your floor covering needs. Working with Wes and his crew was a great experience. Very accommodating in every way. The carpet installation was very professional and extra care was taken when moving furniture was necessary.

I had not planned on replacing my flooring this year, but my house had other ideas that started with a sagging office floor this spring. Ken and Jen were terrific to work with, from quickly setting up a consultation to look at the samples, addressing the multiple rotted floor joists, and promptly responding to questions or changes that needed to happen during the process. And, they were very flexible around my work and travel schedule. Randy is a true craftsman with his attention to detail during the installation. In the long run, Im thrilled with the finished product and look forward to beautiful floors for the next, several decades.

I can't say enough good things about Floor Coverings International of East Lancaster PA!
