The whole team was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and professional. The work they did was fantastic. The date of install, there were no surprise charges or surprises. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never here. I would recommend them to everyone.

Andy and his team were great to work with. The consult was informative and they were able to get us in for install pretty quick! Pricing was fair as well. I’ll be reaching out to Andy for any flooring needs in the future and Id recommend Floor Coverings International to friends and family.

Great company to work with from start to finish! From Ashley coming to our house to help us make selections and visualize our decisions in person, to the communication from the installation team working with FCI exceeded our expectations! Would recommend using them as a first time home buyer as well, as they helped walk us through every stage of the process and were knowledgeable with all our questions and concerns!

Bryan at Floor Coverings International of North Phoenix was excellent to work with. He went over many different flooring options with us without ever making us feel rushed to make a decision. Once we decided on what we wanted his crew did a great job on the install and Bryan kept checking in with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with everything. Great service all around.

We sure enjoyed working with Mike! It was nice to have him come into our home and bring the “store” to us! When we went to local flooring businesses to do our search, it was overwhelming to me. So to look at all his samples in the comfort of our home was the way to go!! Mike was so professional! We knew exactly when he was coming and what time his teams were going to show up and work. If there was a delay in a time, he would let us know. We replaced carpet with hardwood in two rooms. We had existing hardwood sanded and refinished to all match the new hardwood. Our 29 year old hardwoods look brand new!! We had carpet replaced on our stairs and throughout the upstairs of our home. His team also had to sand our stairs and handrails to match. His team also tiled our kitchen and fireplace! We are so pleased and I would highly recommend Mike and his team!!! We now can call Mike our friend as well!!!

This was a small job. Had to replace carpet in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and wanted it to blend with the LVP I already had throughout the house. Jenny was able to match my existing so closely that no one notices the difference. Also the installation went smoothly despite Danny's helper being out sick. I would use these folks again.

Replaced carpet with LVP, and also replaced old baseboards, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Mark and Pedro, who oversaw the project, were awesome to work with, including Rebecca in the office. While there was a slight hiccup in that the stair risers were initially white, they apologized and quickly corrected the error within a week. Thank you!

We worked with Casey and team on two separate projects. We were so impressed with the quality and speed of work on the first project, we didn't even check anywhere else for the second! We would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their floors redone. They were super quick, great communicators, fairly priced, and the quality of work was amazing!

Chris, Katie and the whole team were great to work with. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable in details to help make good decisions. I replaced the carpet in three rooms to flooring. Floor Coverings International of East Columbus was great to work with. They were on-time for the initial in-home appointment even though the heavy snow made travel difficult. Wes was very helpful in picking out a color, style and price-point. He didn't try to upsell, he really listened to my concerns and he has a great eye for color. In this review, I included my "before" rust-colored carpet photo and the new off-white carpet "after" picture. The room looks so much fresher and larger - I love it. The installers were careful with my antique furniture and put everything back exactly as it was. Great experience, highly recommend!

Having had a terrible experience with our previous flooring company, we were really conscious of having a thorough vetting process of whom we would use next when we had a leak in our kitchen totally morphing our floors and needing them fully replaced. Floor Coverings International stood apart from all the other flooring companies and contractors we contacted. They were professional, courteous and flexible with our work schedule. They were knowledgeable about the product and helped us choose a floor that would work best for us - making several house visits with samples. They checked in to make sure all was satisfactory before, during and after the install. The installer, Serge, was super knowledgeable, courteous and thorough with his craftsmanship. We have lived with the floors for several weeks now and couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Floor Coverings International for working with our budget and time constraints! I would recommend this company to anyone!
