I used FCI of Metro San Antonio for help in getting carpeting to cover the glass cutting table I have in my business. Dan and Alex came out to see my shop, explained in clear and easy to understand details what options would work best, and provided me with the precise measurements I needed to get my carpet ordered. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer-friendly. I enjoyed working with them and will use them again in the future for other flooring needs.

I couldn't be in a happier mood with how professional Alex and his team were, from the very first meeting, Alex was kind, humble and wasn't a sales guided person. He took the time to make sure we had the carpet we absolutely loved, and then he and his team installed it with little to no problems. If you're ever considering a carpet guy, Alex will blow your expectations out of the water. I cannot recommend this company enough.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex from Floor Coverings International! He was extremely pleasant and accommodating as well as professional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, we had the best price, he was always available sometimes after hours to answer any questions promptly, he hjust made my family feel as though our business was important, not just another order to fill. And he alway had a genuine smile on his face. He provided numerous floor options to choose from and explained the differences both pros & cons all while making the process easy from the initial consultation to installation. The service my family and I received from him and his team was exceptional. The products are affordable and very high quality that transformed our house and will last for many years to come. This is definitely a great choice for anyone wanting great customer service and great products to choose from. Highly recommend.

Alex was great throughout the entire process. I’ve used the company before for my living room and after shopping around I just knew I had to go back to them for my bedroom. I got vinyl luxury flooring in both rooms and I am absolutely in love with it! Communication between myself and Alex was great!
