Christian and Maribel guided me through the whole process of getting my floors redone , they were extremely efficient and did not take advantage like other companies. I highly recommend!

Jim explained what he could and would do for our bathroom tub surround and floor. His demo man Lucas was very polite and respectful of us and our property. He was efficient and did good clean up when finished. The tile crew then showed up. Robert and Axel were both very courteous and respectful of us and our property as well. They all communicated what they would do and approximate time it would take. Jim showed up the next day to check with us on any issues and make any corrections if needed. We will be calling Jim for estimates on more projects. Thanks Jim.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Adrian chatted me for a long time when giving me a free estimate, answering all my many questions and giving me sample after sample to look at, doing things like reminding me to look at the samples in different parts of the house to see lighting changes, etc. He definitely knows his stuff and is committed to helping you find exactly what you want and feel comfortable with it.

Start to finish FCI was a pleasure to work with. The consultation provided enough samples along with a trained eye being a previous installer which helped us comfortablely selected a product that we will enjoy. The office and field managers communicate very well throughout the process and after completion. The shining stars were the installation crew. Timely, Professional craftsman, polite and courteous. Took the time necessary to provide a quality installation.

Great service and communication from the beginning, Ben and his team did a fantastic job replacing our carpet. The new one is so nice and plush, we should have done this sooner! FCI did an amazing job!

When looking for someone to put in our new flooring, we wanted a company and person who told the truth, would be fair with price, do quality work, and care about us. We found all of that in Wendy and Floor Coverings International. My wife said the flooring has exceeded her dreams and our four-legged daughter loves to lie on it.
