Working with Rochelle was a great experience. She worked around our schedules and she came to our home which is located at the top Northern Utah in a rural city. She helped us find a 16” roll of carpet that would fit our larger room so we wouldn’t have bonding seams. She gave us options in the basic, mid and high end ranges so we could see what fit our style, comfort and budget best. She also worked with us on a payment plan. Rochelle and her team know their products and is confident in what would best for each customer. Their mobile showroom is amazing! Every kind of flooring option and color you could want. The convenience of having multiple options inside your home helps take the guesswork out of choosing and hoping it looks good. We are thrilled with our choice and Rochelle’s expertise. I highly recommend them!

I decided to have LVP installed throughout my entire downstairs (kitchen, living room, powder room ), as well as, my upstairs bathroom. Jason was personable and patient, offering several choices based on my needs. He was never pushy and allowed me space to make a final decision. Nic and his helper were quick and efficient in installing the flooring. The pricing is also very reasonable! My only critique would be that as a first timer to all this, I wish I would have been warned of the amount of dust etc. that would be covering everything afterwards. I was caught off guard with that. Had I of known I would have been sure to cover my furniture and remove EVERYTHING from my countertops etc. Jason was always clear about being available for any questions I may have, however, as a first timer I really didn’t know all the questions to ask. In hindsight I wish I had of asked about different options of borders and also if I should purchase new vents ahead of time if i want those replaced etc. Just those little things… But overall I’m very satisfied. Have already recommended to a close friend and will most likely use them for a future project.

Great job by Floor Coverings! They did an amazing job with our flooring replacement. The process was clear, well-organized, and stress-free. The results look fantastic. I’m very happy and would absolutely use them again.

We used Floor Coverings International to do a pretty small job, tiling the closet under our closet. We called around to several places, but the job was too small for everyone, with a set minimum price. But not for Floor Coverings International. They even agreed to a better price. Very happy with the results, they did a great job and would use them again for sure!

Clayton and his team have done a great job from start to finish in ur hardwood resurfacing project plus carpet. Very appreciative of the teams professionalism and work! Adding photos of our before Brazilian cherry floors and after!

FCI did a great job on my floors, and I was pleased with the finished product. But there were a few things I didn't like: 1. Putting marks on my new Window World front door and tried to use a black touch up marker on a brown door. 2. They told me that they would help me with finding handyman to stain my banister to match my floor. I ended up going to online finding a handyman. Workers say they would be there by 8:30am, but it was after 9 before they started work. So it took them about extra day to finish. Great company but there is always ways to improve.
