The most practical, efficient and pure fun method of working with the best floor covering company in the building industry, as well as the business of homeownership. We utilize Wendy and her crew at FCI for everything we do. And they far exceed our expectations every single time. Believe me, it's refreshing in these times of "order takers" in lieu of sales people, and FCI makes this part of the process enjoyable again.

We opted to use FCI to redo all flooring and stair carpeting in our basement in Wilton. We need to mindful of heavy rains and protecting against run-off – Troy gave excellent recommendations on what materials and products to go with. Process was smooth and easy, patient with all of our questions, and no wait time. Basement looks brand new for our kids!

Our experience with Floor Coverings Int. in Camp Hill was fantastic! Wendy the franchise owner was extremely patient and helpful with our floor material selection, a process that took us weeks. After finally finding the right material she secured the job with a very competitive bid that beat out other contactors we were considering, and won us over in the process. She communicated regularly providing updates, answering questions and checking in through every step of the process. Stellar, professional customer service from start to finish! Her installation team led by Tardelly was also very professional and great to work with. They listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. On the day of install they worked efficiently and got it done in one day with minimal disruption and no noticeable flaws or problems. The result was fantastic, the natural hickory wood floor transformed this part of our home into something much nicer and more to our liking. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely be a repeat customer for any future flooring jobs we may have.

We just finished a whole-house project with Floor Coverings International and I cannot recommend them enough. They sanded and re-stained the hardwood floors and removed and re-carpeted the floors that weren't hardwood. From the beginning to the end of the project, I was updated with texts and pictures. FCI was transparent with their pricing from the beginning, and the quality of their work is great. One of the things I appreciated the most about FCI was their attention to detail and their insistence on getting the job done correctly. There were no nails lying around the house when they finished, and there were no imperfections (streaks) in the hardwood's new stain. If I had any questions about anything, BJ was very responsive and helpful. Adam was very helpful while we chose what floors would be in our house, and he was helpful in the process of picking what would work within our price range. In my opinion, you're not going to get this kind of quality service from the more well-known companies in the area, but you will with Floor Coverings International.

I would absolutely recommend Fred & his company for your flooring projects. I secured multiple quotes and ultimately chose this company because Fred really worked with our budget and a big plus is that they were able to finish the project in 2 days. Tile, carpet & laminate were all torn out and replaced with lvp.

The team at FCI did a great job of helping to replace carpet in 4 rooms of a house we had just bought and were still waiting for our furniture to arrive. They made a special effort to get the order in, delivered and installed on an otherwise tricky timeline, were always available to answer questions, and Auston's communication was flawless.
