I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Floor Coverings International. We recently had wood laminate flooring installed throughout our entire home, and from the very beginning of the process to the final walkthrough, the experience exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, Dan and Kris are absolutely fantastic to work with. They’re a dynamic husband-and-wife team, and you can tell how much pride they take in both their business and the experience they provide their customers. They were incredibly personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with the finished product. This never felt like working with a huge, impersonal flooring company — **you know the 1-800 one we’re talking about** - it felt like working with people who truly cared about our home and wanted the end result to be something we loved. Their partner, Alex, was another huge standout for us. He is a degreed architect and having someone with that design and architectural background involved brought such a valuable perspective to the project. The entire team was able to answer questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make us feel confident in our decisions throughout the process. And then there are Fidel and Isauro, our two hard-floor installers, who deserve an enormous amount of recognition. These two are absolute professionals and craftsmen. They installed flooring throughout our approximately 1,600-square-foot home in just THREE DAYS, which still amazes me. The fact that the crew could accomplish that much work in such a short period of time — while still being meticulous about the quality of the installation — was quite impressive. They worked incredibly hard, were respectful of our home, and clearly knew what they were doing. The finished floors look beautiful and have completely transformed our home. But one of the things that impressed me most was just how little this enormous project disrupted our day-to-day lives. We have a 10-month-old baby at home, so having virtually our entire house refloored was something I was honestly nervous about going into the project. I fully expected that we might need to temporarily move out or that our home would be essentially unlivable while the work was being completed. That was not our experience at all. Somehow, Fidel and Isauro managed to work their way through the entire house in a way that allowed us to continue living at home throughout the project — baby and all! They were organized, efficient, thoughtful about how they moved through the spaces, and did an incredible job minimizing the disruption to our family. It is also incredibly refreshing to find a locally owned business where you feel like the people behind it care deeply about their reputation, their craftsmanship, and the relationships they build with their customers. Dan, Kris, Alex, Fidel, and Isauro each played a different role in our project, but every single person we interacted with contributed to such a positive experience. If you are considering new flooring and are trying to decide who to trust with your home, I would recommend this Floor Coverings International team without hesitation. The combination of customer service, design expertise, skilled installation, communication, efficiency, and genuine consideration for our family was exceptional. We are absolutely thrilled with our new floors, and I’m so grateful we chose this team for such a major transformation of our home. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding team and company. Their communication was excellent, their assistance in finding the correct flooring solution was top notch. Dan, Kris, and Alex were amazing to work with. The installation team Alonzo and Danny, were just as impressive. Their attention to detail and level of craftsmanship are truly off the charts. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and they made everything smooth and stress-free. We are beyond impressed and couldn’t be happier with how our floors turned out.
