An excellent customer experience! Friendly, open and dedicated employees at all levels. It felt like a risk free project until we found an unexpected underfloor that was different yet, Floor Coverings International Southlake offered solutions and delivered on the one we chose. We had LVP flooring installed by FCI about 5 months ago, and the entire experience—from installation to how the floors have held up—has been great!! Their team was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Every step felt carefully executed, from prep work to the final finish. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, and it really shows in the end result. Our friends constantly compliment us on the floors! The floors still look as good as new. They’ve held up extremely well to everyday wear and tear, including having a dog running around, which was a big priority for us. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of work and would confidently recommend this amazing team to anyone looking for high-quality flooring installation!

This company has completely shredded my hope that people will do what’s right. We spent upwards to $23k dollars to have carpet and hardwood floors installed. And they WILL NOT answer our calls or return our calls about our hardwood floors. We had issues with the carpet which they fixed. But now we are trying to fix the issues with the hardwood floors but SPENCER will not return my husbands phone calls. We saw him at a restaurant recently and he ran away like a coward instead of talking with my husband about the issues with the installation of our floors. IMAGINE!!! Wanting resolution for your situation and the guy RUNS AWAY!!!! Nothing looks like guilt like the guy RUNNING AWAY from the people that need to talk to him about a poor floor installation. Can SOMEBODY FROM THIS COMPANY please contact us so we can resolve this get unfortunate situation?!?

I recently had a minor project for my summer residence, something that most contractors would not even entertain. I was called back within ten minutes, and given the opportunity to go to the business to pick up materials after hours, and personally met one of the installers. The flooring is beautiful and the installers were courteous and knowledgeable. I would have given a 5 star rating but the installers need to protect the surrounding work area with plastic or a covering to mitigate dust during demo.
