We chose Floor Coverings International of Vancouver to recover our kitchen floor. This included the work area, a fairly large dining area and a small half-bath/powder room. Several areas were very worn or missing a top layer all together. We selected a wood patterned vinyl planks pattern. The installers told us that they would finish in one day. They arrived early in the morning and worked steadily until nearly 9pm. During this time they moved the kitchen appliances, resurfaced the underflooring where necessary, laid the flooring, replaced the appliances and cleaned all of the mess. They were courteous, friendly and hard working. We are very happy with the results and appreciate their efforts. We would be happy to work with this company again.

My wife and I purchased flooring and installed it from Floor Coverings International. I loved the detailed quotes for the cost of the old flooring removal, disposal, installation of new flooring, delivery, new trim installation and total costs. We were able to decide what was in our budget to pay for and what we decided to complete ourselves. The company was quick to respond to questions and very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them to all our friends and family looking for new flooring.

Floor Coverings International is fortunate to have such a professional sales representative working for them. Bob McRae is extremely professional, knowledgeable about their products and even brings flooring samples to your home. Their vinyl products are far superior to local box store products which I was going to purchase, and you can see the difference as you compare samples side by side. I drove to the address listed online, and there isn't a showroom. I found out it's an internet company, not a physical store. I'm looking for an established, local business rather than a company that seems to focus on marketing over experience. After digging deeper, getting past the fake Google reviews, I'm glad I went down that rabbit hole.

Floor Coverings International was easy to work with, very informative and straightforward. Everything from planning and selection and understanding options was made easy and a pleasure to work with. We wanted to work with a local supplier, but thought we would have to spend more. Not the case with Floor Covering Inernational. We paid less and got excellent quality and excellent service. The install team was top notch. We are thrilled with our decision and the outcome exceeded our expectations.
