Katie Fitzgerald did an amazing job replacing carpet with hardwood in the Master BR and Den in my new apartment at Deupree House II. Not only is the result absolutely beautiful (and getting great compliments), Katie is one of the best suppliers I have worked with ever, bar none. Her communication skills are superior. Additionally, she has a can-do attitude that cannot be beat. Her follow through was remarkable. If Katie says she will get it done, she does. If there is an issue, she alerts you immediately. Her quote was spot on and even foresaw some issues, factored those in and came in lower than others. I am beyond satisfied. See photos for the beautiful results.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Central Oregon - This team cares about the customer experience from start to finish and is committed not only to delivering a high-quality finished product, but also to making the process is friendly and professional. What you might not expect is they do small repairs to like transition strip replacements or maybe a chipped step or loose board. I have personal experience working with Patrick and much of the team, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their expertise and problem-solving skills. They take the time to explain options, provide honest recommendations, and make sure the work is done right. Give them a ring!

I cannot rave enough about my floors! It started with the Alex, in Sales, who checked out my home to assess what might be needed. Alex was patient and listened to what I was looking for and then brought in several samples so I could see how they would look in the natural light. Next came Tim and Tyler, the Installers. They were an outstanding team! Since every piece of furniture was to be moved, they took photos to ensure items were put back where they belonged. Their work ethic showed they respected my home like it was their home. The entire job was completed in 3.5 days and I couldn’t be happier. I won’t say it wasn’t work for me since I emptied everything stored on floors in closets, etc. in anticipation of the flooring in those areas. Again, a few days of disruption was well worth the end results. If you are considering flooring, I would strongly recommend Alex, Tim and Tyler for the job.

We had a very positive experience with Floor Coverings International and were genuinely impressed with the professionalism and quality of the installation. The installers completed roughly 450 square feet of hardwood in one day and did an excellent job paying attention to the details. The finished floors look great, especially compared to the old carpets we had previously. The installation team was courteous, respectful, and clearly experienced. They took extra care to protect our home by laying down sheets and coverings so they would not walk over our carpets with dirty boots. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up thoroughly and all furniture was put back in place, which we really appreciated. Andrew and Dan were also great to work with throughout the process. Andrew provided a clear and very reasonable quote for installing hardwood in our main living area and dining room. Dan stopped by on the day of the installation to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which added a lot of confidence and we really appreciate that he took the time to personally stop by and make sure that our install was going smoothly, which is not something that we experienced with our previous installer. This was our first time using Floor Coverings International. We already had the wood and materials, including underlayment and shoe molding, and chose FCI for the installation. We are very glad we did and are extremely happy with our new floors.
