It was an easy process working with Lori who owns the franchise in our area. She brought in lots of samples in our home and we made a choice which was installed perfectly later in the month. Her installers arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and did a great job. We love the finished project.

FCI did an amazing job with our floors. They were very responsive from the beginning and worked with me on financing, and the installation itself was fantastic. The workers were communicative, worked fast, and treated our furniture and appliances with respect. The floors look great, it was wonderful value for the money.

Thank you Tim, Courtney, Brad & Stephon for making our project go smoothly. Tim came and we looked at different samples of floor and he talked through with us the difference between unstained hardwood vs prefinished. What it would mean for us while it was being installed, etc. We were scheduled promptly and we even had to change the install date but they were flexible with our schedule. We had one issue after the install with one of the pieces of wood and they sent the crew back out to fix the board very quickly. Everyone on their team followed up quickly. Austin was very helpful in explaining the many choices in carpeting. Installation went well. Crew was done in about 5 hours. One of my closet doors would not open properly and Austin was helpful in getting it back on track. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for a positive buying experience.
