Katie Sihler spent years in marketing and business development, working with government agencies, corporations, and startups. She brings this experience to Floor Coverings International in the form of planning, management, and customer service. She loves the weather and the scenery of the Hill Country as well as the friendly people living here. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, wildlife viewing, hiking, visiting national and state parks, and reading. Katie does not at all miss the cold winters of where she grew up and dreams of owning a cabin in the mountains and a cottage in Port A.
Over the course of a career in education that included roles as a principal, teacher, teaching assistant, and bus driver, Robert Sihler met and worked with a wide variety of children and adults, and he learned to listen to them, understand their points of view, and find the best ways to help them. He brings this experience to the flooring business as he gets to know customers and their needs to help them find the best solutions. When free, he enjoys rock climbing, exploring in the mountains, watching wildlife, reading, and completing crossword puzzles.
