We had a great experience working with Patrick. Even though our project is in Austin, he took the time to drive out to our current house in Richardson to help us with the pre-work—something he didn’t have to do, and he didn’t charge us for it. Patrick was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked us through different tile options, explained the pros and cons, and genuinely educated us instead of trying to push a sale. We never felt rushed or pressured—just supported and informed. It’s rare to come across someone who values people and education as much as the work itself. We truly appreciated Patrick’s time and honesty and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with tile or flooring.
