This company has the best sales personal and tradesmen. Their selection is outstanding and pricing is very reasonable. I have used them for several flooring tile jobs and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The gentlemen who installed this time noticed an issue we had with water damage. They brought it to our attention so we could have it repaired. They rescheduled our installation at a later date to give us time for the repair and did not charge us any additional money for the delay. The gentlemen were very polite and cleaned up the site once completed with the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants qualify products and service.

Leigh Ann at Floor Coverings International was wonderful to work with! My solid white oak floors turned out beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased. Fabio and his team did a great job installing the new product. They completed the work in only one day, which included tear out of the old product and install of the new hardwood flooring as well as quarter round. Leigh Ann is the owner and provided top notch personal service from beginning to end. She went the extra mile by coming to the house twice and calling me before, during , and after the install. She even met me at work with samples to help expedite the start of the job and meet the tight timeline as I was moving into the home. I had a couple of challenges along the way with my move into the new home, and Leigh Ann was understanding and reliable, and helped solve the issues so I could get the beautiful hardwood floor of my dreams! I reached out with a very tight turnaround—just one week between closing on my new home and needing to move in—and they went above and beyond to make everything happen smoothly and on time. Kim came out to my place promptly, took detailed measurements, and spent hours with me going through carpet samples until we found the perfect style and color that I loved—all while staying *under* my budget. I truly appreciated the time and care he took to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted without overspending. He also helped guide me through the HOA approval process, even contacting my HOA directly to make sure there were no surprises or delays. That kind of proactive communication gave me so much peace of mind. On installation day, the team was prompt, professional, and respectful of my space. Not only do we love the vinyl kitchen floor that Floor Coverings International installed for us, I have to commend how professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and skillful both Dereck and Chris were. From the beginning, when we were trying to decide which flooring to choose, Dereck would say "Don't pick something if you don't really like it." We never felt rushed and never felt he was just trying to make a sale. We always felt that he was available to us as well. Chris was extremely conscientious and thoughtful. He clearly took pride in his installation. Five stars!

We interviewed 3 quality flooring companies. Bo, with Floor Coverings Intl. spent hours at our home helping us to make the best flooring decisions. Bo lives in my neighborhood, and we hired his team for the job as we felt they were the best fit for what we wanted done. We had our carpets removed on the stairs, LVP installed upstairs, and decorative tile on the main floor. Plus Bo quoted to install new baseboards and door trim as well. That was a big differentiator for us, at a reasonable price. We removed the baseboards and door trim, and they installed new ones. We are very happy with how it all turned out. Bo, Francisco, and the team were all respectful and hard working. They helped us make adjustments and did their best to make sure we were happy with the results. We are thankful we hired them, and would recommend their services to others.

We had a seamless experience getting our floors done at a great price and deal. The consultation was in our home and it was great to see samples against our own furniture, walls, lighting. Install got scheduled right away and only took 2.5 days! I appreciated the fast work (with no sacrifice to detail of course) to minimize the interruptions to our home. Not only did we get beautiful floors but we also received 15% back of our total to a Costco giftcard since we booked through Costco. You can’t find a better incentive than that! Would definitely recommend!

Josh and his team did an excellent job with my recent flooring needs! Josh met me at my new house on the day we closed. He brought flooring samples and assisted with selection to match other flooring. He ordered the selection and it was installed two days later, while I was out of town, so that the new flooring would be down prior to the arrival of the moving truck. He was professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive to my needs on short notice! The flooring quote was very reasonable.
