We hired Floor Coverings International to install a walk-off mat and carpet in the lobby of our Work Simple coworking space in Westminster, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lanie and Bo, who own the business, were a pleasure to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting it right. Since we operate a busy office building, they scheduled the installation crew for early Saturday morning, which was a thoughtful touch that kept disruption to our members at zero. The finished product looks incredible — clean, precise, and exactly the polished look a professional lobby deserves. If you're looking for a flooring company that delivers high-quality work, communicates well, and actually thinks about your business needs, look no further. We'll definitely be calling Lanie and Bo again for future projects.

I highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs! They came out quickly to give me my estimate and help me pick out my flooring. Within a week or so, my flooring was in and they came and installed it very quickly. The gentlemen who came were very polite and worked very hard. They did an amazing job and I will definitely use them again when I need flooring replaced. Extremely professional and helpful!

We recently had our floors sanded, stained and refinished. Matt came out and gave us a great price. We are very happy with the finished floors. Because we have two cats, we opted to leave the house and stay in a hotel. The only wrinkle in the project was that we were quoted how may days it would take to do the work and that a "crew" would be coming in. As it turns out, one of their workers got married and took off for a honeymoon with no notice, leaving only one guy to do the work. So the project took days longer than we were told it would. Even so, I'd still recommend them, as the floors look great.

I just recently re-carpeted two rooms in our home. Our situation is unique due to my husband being disabled. FCI was so easy to work with on the installation dates and times. It was a relief not to have to stress over the details. And I love my carpet. Thanks FCI Tony and Brebda Silveus

I can’t say enough good things about this business. Matt and his team are exceptionally professional and courteous. The project moved very quickly….less than one week from the time Matt arrived to show me samples to the time of installation. Matt arrived at the job site to oversee the work and ensure that things were progressing smoothly. To me that’s the epitome of dedication and professionalism. The installers Matt hired did a wonderful job. Overall, a great experience.

I was referred to him for installing some expensive Fabrica carpeting, and the result was excellent. I offered an exterior sign project to him and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I recently had two of my bathroom floorss replaced with electric radiant heat under tile. Floor Coverings International was a great choice. They seamlessly coordinated acquiring the tile I wanted, and a team of skilled, efficient, polite, electricians and installers (who cleaned up after themselves!). I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome and love the look and feel of my new toasty warm floors. Good customer service and I highly recommend them.

The floors turned out so beautiful! I am very happy with the quality of the entire installation. The bathroom tiles are breathtaking and the crew did very high quality work even when faced with big challenges left behind by the previous contractor.
