This company is amazing. Whatever your need is I'm sure they can satisfy it when it comes to flooring. I had 3 rooms done with carpet and these guys did an amazing job!!!

Floor Coverings International has a wonderful team that delivers exceptional floor installation and customer service, I'm very satisfied with their outcome intalling my new Mohawk LVP I would definitely recommend them without hesitation they are simply the best in every way including affordability thank you very much to their entire team!!!

I had an excellent experience from the quote to installation to clean up. Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and ready to help my wife and I get the perfect tile floor to begin our full kitchen remodel. I will be using them exclusively for other flooring projects we have coming up. When taking up the old floor they found a serious issue with the subfloor and when they brought it to my attention they already had a solution. Now that’s the kind of service you get from Floor Coverings International.

Good at scheduling my carpet installation, BUT installed carpet that had gotten wet and did not tell us about it being wet in an area of 2 feet by 3 feet in the bedroom. ALSO, one of them in moving my antique clock broke the top piece off, did NOT tell us about it, and was found laying down on my book case 4 days later. I was able to glue the top back on, but it not is not as valuable as it once was. From this make your own opinion about the installation crew. Update: Since my last comment, the company has taken a proactive stance in making our family happy about their services. They were genuinely concerned about our issues and spoke with the installers as how they should have handled the circumstances at the time. They went above and beyond to make things right. It is very unusual to find a company today that is so genuinely concerned about having a great work ethic and taking responsibility to ensure a quality job. We are so pleased with them, that we chose to use them again to install more carpet in two new areas of our home. We found them to be very trustworthy and highly recommend them to everyone, for it is very hard to find people that really care about the customer’s satisfaction and completing a quality job. Rev. I'm so thankful I hired FCI to refinish my floors, outstanding and I'm so happy. Owners were so open and honest including Matt who did sanding and layed polyurethane. Very personable and kind. The sanding machine left very little dust and Matt cleaned rooms before leaving. I'll hire them again in a heartbeat 💓.

We had paid for carpet at a local retailer. When the installers came to my home, only one spoke English, and the other one stayed on the phone with “his boss”. They were in my home for 45 min or more, before they left and said they couldn’t install my carpet Because I had called the store to see why the problem was. It was devastating, furniture moved, clothes stacked up, beds were taken apart. We had to have people come to help us move everything. I called FLOOR COVERING INTERNATIONAL. Had never heard of them, no recommendations etc. Told the man what our dilemma was. This company had a guy at our home almost immediately. Assured us we would have carpet that day. It was Josh, and he came back with samples, we couldn’t get that carpet that day so by this time between phone calls etc. Josh felt like a friend. I told him he knew what I wanted and just choose a color. I have never felt so comfortable with a company working in my house. Installers were Anthony and Danny. Never stopped working, it was completed, including stairs that day. I will recommend this company to anyone. I’ll never consider buying from a chain store again. FLOOR COVERING INTERNATIONAL is the only place to use. The most accommodating and professional, and respectful guys you’ll ever have in your home.
