I would’ve scored them a five however, there were two things.. Number one, when the guys came to install it, the crew chief let us know that with this type of carpet you will be able to see the seams. Of course, I appreciate he told us that. However, the salesman that sold us the product did not. Second, we paid additional money so that they would move the furniture and we didn’t have to have empty the room beforehand for them to install the carpet. They did a very poor job of putting the bed back together. The center supports were all crooked and at one corner, the bolts were not tied down sufficiently so that it would rock.

Great experience. Had new hardwoods installed in a newly-purchased home. FCI was on schedule, communicative, and the installed floors look amazing.

Other than pulling everything off the floor we are super excited about how well our floors look. The team did just a beautiful job and exceeded all expectations we had. I now that the floor is done we have NO regrets we went this route and loved the teamed that brought our floors back to life. Topping it off the team replaced a couple boards that were damaged and even though we know where the damage was we aren’t able to pick out the replaced wood. Just a super job!

The team at FCI treat you like family from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better experience. Josh was very patient during the showcase phase to choose the flooring options and provided great recommendations. Tom and his crew of installers were also the easiest and best team we've ever used. They showed up on time and communicated each step of the installation. Absolutely the best flooring (and more) company around! They may not be family, but they will treat you like it!!

We will recommend Floor Covering International Chatt to everyone. The initial consult was super helpful and gave us a clear vision of our carpet runner on the stairs project. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a carpet that would be best. He took his time and it didn’t feel like he was in a rush to get out the door. The installation was perfect and he was also super knowledgeable and did a great job! We had Josh back out to give us quotes on a couple other potential projects and look forward to working with them again!

Josh and his crew installed a carpet runner over our hard-wood stairs. They were extremely flexible on schedule and did great work on the installation. Both he and his crew were sure to verify and provide us exactly what we were wanting. We were so pleased that within hours of the runner being complete, we called Josh back out to have him take a look at doing more work in our house.
