The hardwood flooring which Flooring Coverings International of Chattanooga installed was exactly as the team described. The fit and finish is incredible, as the floor looks like it has always been there. Their patience with me to look through a dozen wood samples, then look at tile, and finally to land on the original ideas from the team is really appreciated. Flooring is near forever and expensive! These guys will always be the go to choice for all things in their wheelhouse for me and my family.

We had a great experience with FCI! We got stair runners to keep our dogs from slipping down the stairs. We went from quote to being installed within a week and it looks great!

We bought a new house and the floors weren’t done correctly. After calling several flooring companies, Floor Coverings was one of two to respond. We had them do a buff and coat. It made a HUGE difference! Very reasonably priced and they were able to get to the job quickly. I would absolutely recommend them! Big thanks to Josh. He quoted the job and came back to check the work after it was completed.

My husband and I cannot sing the praises of Nate Roach enough! If we could give him and the company 7 stars, we would. Nate helped us get rid of some tile in our home, and made the whole process so effortless. During the process, the glass in our french door shattered, but Nate went out of his way to fix this problem. He is an extremely generous, hardworking individual; and we recommend him to everyone!

We just came back from our holiday vacation, and Josh and his team at Flooring Coverings International took care of replacing the carpet in our home while we were away. Everything turned out beautifully, we absolutely love how it looks. All the bedrooms feel much more spacious, the house is brighter, and the quality of the work truly shows.
