David and the team did a fantastic job installing hardwood floors and LVP flooring. They matched the color and height of existing hardwood floors really well. Overall smooth process from start to finish. I would recommend them and use them again!

We had an excellent experience working with the Brentwood location of Floor Coverings International for new carpet in our condo. David Reichwein was our sales representative and was very knowledgeable and helpful; in fact, he is a real expert in the flooring area. He provided excellent guidance, and we are very happy with the final product. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend floor coverings for your flooring needs. We had carpet installed in one of our rooms. The quality of the carpet and service we received were top notch. David was super knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. David also took full responsibility in fixing our broken window screen which was accidentally done by the crew. I will give more than five stars if I could for the friendly service we received. We will recommend floor coverings to friends and families in need.

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Floor Coverings International! David came out the day after I requested a quote, was extremely helpful and friendly, and gave us an awesome quote for our carpet installation! He truly has unbeatable prices. Six days later, his crew came out and got all of the carpet finished in one day! The crew worked extremely hard and did a great job. We couldn’t be happier!

Every person who worked on this project was amazing (tile professionals SO good- and the plumber and electrician) and I’ll def be using these people in the future. I recently had carpet replaced in my upstairs bedrooms and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Floor Coverings International of Brentwood. From the start, I was very clear about what I was looking for: to match the existing carpet in both quality, feel, and appearance. The sales rep confirmed my request multiple times and showed me options that were supposed to be equivalent. He assured me that the selected carpet would be a great fit and match what I already had. I was also told that all furniture would be moved for installation. We even walked through the rooms together and discussed where the bed in my son’s room should be relocated during install. When the project was completed, however, it was immediately clear that: • The carpet installed was NOT the same quality as discussed. It is noticeably cheaper in both appearance and feel. • The bed was never moved, calling into question whether the carpet was installed correctly in that area at all. • When I raised these concerns, the sales rep ignored the issue entirely and attempted to redirect the conversation, never addressing the original agreement or lack of proper installation. • It took three emails and over two weeks just to get a response, and that response was dismissive at best. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch, and I’m left with a product and experience that fell far short of expectations. I would strongly caution others from using this company, and I would not recommend Floor Coverings International of Brentwood based on my experience.

Company was great- choices of all flooring from carpet to wood to refurbishing to vinyl. Installers right on time did an excellent job cleaned up as well. Highly recommend.
