David was patient and wonderful. My parents were moving to a house from New York and David came to the house in Nashville and was able to measure everything and then work with my parents over FaceTime to pick out LVP flooring that would match in their kitchen. He was very patient and went through numerous phone calls with my parents. They couldn’t be happier with the results!

David and his team were wonderful! Once my husband and I decided to get our floors done the team was at our house 2 days later and done within 3 days. Such a timely and drama-free experience. Great experience from the initial phone call to the installation. David and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. The price is very competitive and I will definitely be using Floor Coverings Intl again. For the record, I went with Floor Coverings Intl in Chaska, MN. I had a great experience with them a few years ago and it absolutely carried over to Davids franchise.

We had new carpeting installed in July/August of 2025. I waited until now to write a review, hoping the issues would be fixed by this time, but they have not. The carpet installed was low quality and started to have multiple pulls after 1 month. David came out and fixed this, but the pulls returned shortly afterwards. Additionally, David had said he would provide area rugs with the scrap carpet that was left over from the job. He came out to measure twice and promised the rugs on multiple occasions, but the rugs were never received. Additionally, we used a $500 promotional coupon, but only received just over $200 off. We switched from one carpet to another prior to installation, lowering the total cost of the project; however, the taxes had increased. I inquired about this and was told that the the new carpet was taxed higher, which didn't make any sense. I will add that FCI did a nice job in a room where we installed LVP; however, I am less than happy with the carpeting.
