Mike and Dave were fantastic – I highly recommend you consider Floor Coverings International Wellford, SC and get a quote. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. This company is run by someone you can trust, gets the job done, and ensures you are happy the entire way! We redid all flooring (~3000 sq feet) and am extremely happy with the result! My story, and why I highly endorse Flooring Coverings International Upstate SC, Wellford, SC and Mike’s team: We had been shopping around for a while (4 quotes), and were about to pull the trigger on all Mohawk LVP and carpet in our ~3k sq ft home. Dave/Mike visited and suggested redoing the hardwood and adding additional – and asked if its OK for them to quote the hardwood option and the LVP option (without seeing the competitors price). Our biggest concern was uniformity and reasonable price. The price was highly competitive, and Dave/Mike spent the time with us, gave a few options, were patient (it's a HUGE decision and they respect that)! I am happier than a clam! They feathered in hardwood, the old/new difference is unidentifiable. The stairs are extremely nice, the carpet, the trim, the finish, just everything. The crews were respectful, careful and considerate. If I was going to do it again, I’d choose Floor Coverings International Upstate, in Wellford SC, run by Mike over and over again. (pics later, I’m still decorating!)

Home built in 1905, lots of quirky problems - nothing is square; out of level in two planes. Mike was knowledgeable about products and best way to handle my janky mess, and he was fine to work with.

We sure enjoyed working with Mike! It was nice to have him come into our home and bring the “store” to us! When we went to local flooring businesses to do our search, it was overwhelming to me. So to look at all his samples in the comfort of our home was the way to go!! Mike was so professional! We knew exactly when he was coming and what time his teams were going to show up and work. If there was a delay in a time, he would let us know. We replaced carpet with hardwood in two rooms. We had existing hardwood sanded and refinished to all match the new hardwood. Our 29 year old hardwoods look brand new!! We had carpet replaced on our stairs and throughout the upstairs of our home. His team also had to sand our stairs and handrails to match. His team also tiled our kitchen and fireplace! We are so pleased and I would highly recommend Mike and his team!!! We now can call Mike our friend as well!!!
