It is so hard to find reliable expertise. After a few mishaps with other vendors just not showing up or responding, I made an appointment for a consult. At this point, I had about 20% hope of anyone showing up based on past experience but I had a call within an hour confirming and asking for details. Then Tony arrives early and takes his time considering matching main floor to the second floor - I am beyond impressed with the professionalism. I received a rough estimate right then and there and a formal estimate a few hours later. I paid the deposit ASAP and am so excited for my new floors! I will update after the job is complete but absolutely grateful to have found FCI!

We enjoyed the whole process from meeting Tony at our home with samples to the day the carpet arrived. Installers were excellent and considerate of our home.

I have a commercial kitchen and had plumbers dig into the middle of my floor. We are open 24/7, FCI got my floor repaired between meal times in two appointments. We are happy here at Daniel Pointe and recommend Floor Coverings International.
