From start to finish, this was one of the best companies we’ve ever worked with. Danica was a huge help behind the scenes and was always friendly, responsive, and great to work with. The carpet installation went smoothly, and our new carpet looks amazing. Lori and her team at Floor Coverings International were fantastic to work with. She came right out to my property with samples and somehow picked out exactly the carpet I had in mind—it made the whole process incredibly easy. She quickly put together an estimate that actually came in below what my contractor’s carpet vendor quoted, which was a great bonus. From there, everything moved fast and the installation was scheduled shortly after. The install itself went smoothly and the final result looks great. Highly recommend Lori and her team if you’re looking for a seamless, professional experience.

Seven months ago, Floor Coverings International of Chester County installed a synthetic berber carpet on my floor. Weeks after its installation, the loops began to fray. Now the carpet sprouts a new fiber every several days. I don't have a pet, and nobody wears shoes in my house. One month ago, someone from the company came to look at the carpet and left with photos. I haven't heard a word since. I can't recommend a company that doesn't stand behind the product it sells.

It was an easy process working with Lori who owns the franchise in our area. She brought in lots of samples in our home and we made a choice which was installed perfectly later in the month. Her installers arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and did a great job. We love the finished project.
