We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International. They completely transformed the second floor of our home by installing beautiful hardwoods and replacing the carpeting in three bedrooms. The space is now exactly what I dreamed it could be when we first bought the house—it feels like a brand-new home. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, very responsive, and completely transparent about pricing. Communication was clear, timelines were honored, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience with FCI replacing carpets in our new home with wood and LVP. We initially met Mark, who helped us pick the wood and laminate. Danica was an absolute pleasure to work with - very responsive, kept us updated about the status of our scheduled work and made sure our work got done exactly as planned and ahead of schedule. The installers were great too - they finished the installation of LVP in the basement and hardwood on 3 bedrooms within 2 days - staying till well past 6 on the second day to finish up, put stuff back and clean up before leaving. Highly recommend the team at FCI for any flooring needs!

I don’t provide vendor reviews often. But when a vendor is challenged with a difficult job and overachieves my expectations, then I want to share that experience. We were changing the floor of our home - 4,600 feet of floor. We were leaving the home for 12 days to allow both FCI and our painting vendor to complete the work. It is a large job to complete in 12 days and I asked both vendors to collaborate so the work was done well and on time. We returned home to find new floors and new baseboards throughout the house. And newly painted walls. Both vendors communicated to ensure the workflow was smooth between them and done right. Further, FCI came back twice for minor touch-ups to ensure the completed work was perfect. I would strongly recommend FCI for any large and complicated flooring project.

We used these guys for a very complicated floor project to replace tile over radiant heat in the main living areas of our home. We wanted a natural slate material and were picky about the patterns, the layouts and where some of the tiles went. In the end, the project turned out beautifully and we are now 3 weeks in and love it more and more each day. The team was incredibly good about working though our particular nature and tried to accommodate our preferences at every step along the way. We will be calling them again for our next floor project for sure!
