My experience with Floor Coverings Int'l was very professional, convenient and seemless. The staff was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable about their various products. The installers were friendly and diligent in getting the job done. The fact that they come to our home with product samples was an added bonus.

The process is very smooth and everything is well planned. The team listens to the customer's questions and concerns very well, and have tried their best to help wherever possible. First of all, the owners of this company are the nicest people. They are a local company interested in the reputation of their company and the satisfaction of their customers. The product arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. The workmen arrived and completely uninstalled the old flooring and installed the beautiful new flooring in about 1 1/2 days. They were clean, neat and professional - very hard working guys. They took the old flooring away and cleaned up after themselves. They moved the furniture and moved it back when they were finished. The owner of the company came to my house to inspect the installation a few days later. I must say, I'm so happy with the entire process as well as the beauty and the quality of the new floor. Everyone involved couldn't have been more professional. And because they are local, if I have any problems or concerns, I can call them up and they will make it right. Oh and by the way, I consider that the cost of the project was very reasonable commensurate with the quality of the product as well as the expertise involved with the installation. No fear. *Definitely highly recommend* and I will use them again as needed in the future.

So happy I found FCI Chester County! From my first meeting with Ed S. to pick out the right flooring needs for us to the scheduling and timing of installation, and to the final walk through with Ed to make sure we were happy, we had an exceptional experience! I would highly recommend to anyone and would look to use FCI again in the future if the need arises.

I would have preferred more communication from them after I gave them my deposit. However, the speed and quality of the work was perfect. I am very pleased with the floor and surpised how quickly they completed the work.

Top notch craftsmanship. I began using this company for my rental properties but when I saw the quality material and installation I then went ahead to use them on my own personal property. I have done numerous projects over the years and am very particular and am thrilled with the quality and professionalism of this company. Ed, the salesperson was well informed, not pushy but directed me to the perfect flooring materials. Timely and good communication. I will definitely use them moving forward and highly recommend them and Ed.
