Had a great experience with FCI. Process and communication was easy, from scheduling an in-home estimate to the day of install. I especially liked how they came to my house with floor samples so I could see it in my space and narrow down the many options without having to go to a showroom. The install crew was efficient and got everything done in one day and it looks great. Thanks Mark & Danica!

I highly recommend the services of FCI! They installed a first story vinyl floor and a master bedroom carpet for me. There were plenty of selections to choose from. Sales process was easy to follow and no pressure at all. No gimmicks, no hidden costs, no games. Just honest, straightforward communications with the sales staff and owner. Installation was on schedule and completed perfectly. Pricing was competitive - I compared them with other contractors and they were significantly cheaper but with great quality. Don't let other flooring companies befuddle you with all sorts of weird charges, hidden costs, confusing policies, delays, etc. FCI's process is honest, straightforward, and professional. I would not dream of using anyone else! Thank you Lori, Mark, Danika, and the rest of the staff at FCI. You did a great job!

We used Floor Coverings International of Chester County to install LVP in one of our rooms. We had a compressed timetable that the project needed to be finished in. They arrived with floor samples for us to look at. Once we made out decision, they started the job shortly thereafter and completed the job in a day. They were amazing to work with, completed the job before our deadline and the floor has been great!

Amazing work done on time and on budget. The Mobile showroom is amazing and brings all the options to you. The workers left the place cleaner then they found it. Kind of embarrassing actually.

I highly recommend FCI for your flooring needs. I used them for a rental property and the service was fanastic from start to finish. Great selection of choices and they completed the project in a very timely fashion. Great communication and will use them again for my next rental property upgrades.

Hi we are pleased with our floors. The quality of floor material is outstanding especially having pets. We used a high end vinyl. In addition, our steps were completed as well, to go from carpet and many staples in the wood to beautifully sanded stairs is great. The care from the staff was great.
