It was an easy process working with Lori who owns the franchise in our area. She brought in lots of samples in our home and we made a choice which was installed perfectly later in the month. Her installers arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and did a great job. We love the finished project.

No showroom. The address in Google Maps is an office. Would have been nice to know that before the 20 minute drive over. If they would have picked up the phone when I tried to call that would have helped. Was on hold for way too long and gave up.

The FCI salesman Mark was extremely patient and was willing to bring new samples on multiple visits to make sure I was satisfied with my choices. The installation team was timely, worked quickly and neatly and promptly took care of any punch list items. The new flooring (both carpet and linoleum tile) look great and the price was reasonable! I will use this company again in future for my flooring needs!

We used Floor Coverings International to remove carpeting from our basement and replace with LVP. We also used them to remove carpeting from our playroom and extend the existing hardwood from the hall into the room. Both projects were completed in a single day in a high-quality manner; the installers were prompt, efficient, and clean, and the final product looks great. Outside of the installation, the FCI team (Mark, Danica) was terrific to work with from the time we requested a quote to multiple home visits discussing flooring options to working with us on the pricing to scheduling the installation. Great company who I would highly recommend for flooring needs.
