I Love the flooring the steps were done beautifully. It’s the cleanup afterwards that was not done. When I’ve had work done it’s usually cleaned up afterwards. My baseboard covers had to be taken off and now they’re not the same. Yes, I know I was told they were old, but they were old and now not the same as they used to be. I had gouges in my framework around my window? Why? I had chunks of concrete on my floor, which I had to clean up myself cause I stepped on a hunk of it. My contractor was only replacing two baseboards. I now have to pay to get all of my baseboards around the floor replaced. They weren’t carefully removed and therefore got ripped up.The young man who was in charge was really nice. He tried to come back and fix things, but unfortunately, I guess he can only do so much. I couldn’t be here because of work that had to be done before they put the new flooring down. Walked around the floor my feet were black. I wiped an area off where I solve some spots The paper towel was black. I was given a cleaner to use on the floor when he came back to check out things that were wrong. I guess it’s very nice that I got the cleaner that goes with the flooring, however, I have to be the one who cleans it and the thick dust that’s all over my house. It wasn’t there before.

I recently had new carpet in my basement and LVT installed in my powder room. The men that came to install the flooring were professional. Unfortunately there was a language barrier but they seemed very nice. The carpet looks wonderful but I am disappointed in the bathroom floor. I am going to have someone else come in to make some adjustments so the areas of concern look a little better. I was disappointed with the communication for getting an install date and throughout the process. I plan to carpet the rest of my house and replace the main bathroom flooring but I will go with another company. The quality of the carpet is very nice but the same carpet can be purchased with other companies. I am disappointed.

We are really happy with the carpeting done by FCI. Rob, Max, and crew did an amazing job from helping pick out the carpeting, to scheduling, and the final install. They really took the time to make sure we were taken care of each step of the way. Thank you guys!!

Had several companies come look at putting in LVP for our upstairs and stairs. Were really comfortable with Dan and his knowledge and flexibility. He visited our house twice before the actual work was completed. The crew of installers worked really quickly and carefully, especially the stair technician who was very attentive to detail. The work looks fantastic and we would recommend Dan and FCI without reservation.

We had natural red oak hardwood flooring installed in one of our bedrooms. The final product looks really nice and well done. Dan explained all of the options, cost, and timing to get the job done. Everything was done very quickly, and the installer was very careful to put paper down in the hallways and walkways. He was also very good about cleaning up. The project manager came out in the process and make sure everything was going smooth smoothly. The room looks great with the new hardwood flooring.
