Installation Quality – 10/10 The floors look amazing—better than I expected. This was a huge project (four bedrooms, all living areas, closets, everything), and they nailed it. Material Quality – 10/10 Jason came with tons of samples and actually helped me figure out what worked best for our family of six—no pressure, no upselling. I showed him something I liked online, and he made it happen. The flooring and the underlayment are both great quality. Professionalism of the Crew – 10/10 With four kids and two dogs, I was nervous about having a crew here, but they were incredible. Quiet, respectful, let me know the plan for the day, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped move furniture. No stress, no mess. Communication – 10/10 His response time is unmatched. If I texted, he texted right back. It made everything so easy. Timeliness & Reliability – 10/10 We needed the project done in two weeks. He didn’t just say “yes” to get the job—he checked with his team and was upfront about the timeline. They started as soon as materials arrived and finished exactly when he promised. He even came to my house to pick up the deposit. If he said he’d do something, he did it. Value for Cost – 10/10 Jason sent multiple quote options without me asking—different materials, with or without a stair runner, budget-friendly vs. higher-end. Everything was clear and fair, and his pricing beat the other companies I contacted by a mile. Extra Shoutout Pam, one of Jason’s project managers, was wonderful. She checked in throughout the project and kept me updated. Months later, I asked her for a copy of the proposal, and she sent it within five minutes. They’re just on top of everything.

When I was researching opinions on Floor Coverings International, I encountered a comment that said to avoid them because they are a chain. That comment is partially right. It is a chain and that means quality can vary by location. The owner of this location, Jason Andler, cares greatly about quality of the job and customer satisfaction. During pre-sales, I expressed concern that the higher pile carpet might cause some of the doors to drag. Jason said if that happened, he would send someone in to shave off the bottom of the doors. And it did happen with two doors and he did send a handyman to shave the bottoms off. Also, I ordered an extra sound absorbing layer as part of the package. Jason suggested that while the old carpet was up, the sub-floor be fortified with screws to reduce the chance of it moving, which can be a source of noise. That was done, personally by Jason, before the carpet was installed. Then after the installation, he came by and added supports underneath the stairs in order to reduce creaking. This is stuff I feel that I wouldn't have gotten if I had purchased the carpet from a big box store. And it was all included at no extra charge.

I was debating on a few other companies but they let us finance our floors double the amount of time of the other places. The floors look amazing and they finished our entire top floor within a few days. Honestly they’re a great company to work with !
