We have had wonderful experience working with Floor Coverings International!! Each individual - Larry, the display consultant (who has beautiful samples from which to select), the Project Manager, Stefan, who was onsite whenever question arose - such as when the two fellows laying the floor detected a rotted area in the subfloor). Courtney M, the office manager was a pleasure work with - coordinating installation days and times! We could NOT be any happier with our new floor ! So very thankful we ‘found’ Floor Coverings International — here in Camillus, NY !!! I

About a week and a half before hosting nearly 30 people for Thanksgiving, we discovered a major problem: someone had tried to clean a few stains on our carpet, but instead left a large bleach spot about 2’ x 3’. With the holiday quickly approaching, we were panicked and on a tight deadline. I reached out to Floor Coverings International, and from the very first conversation, Brad was optimistic, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their technician, Tim, came out promptly. He was professional, informative, and took the time to walk us through all the options—explaining the pros and cons of each carpet type without ever being pushy. We placed our order, and the installers arrived soon after. They moved all of our furniture, installed the new carpet, and completed everything efficiently and with great care. Thanks to their team, we were able to host Thanksgiving with a beautiful, brand-new carpet. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. I would hire them again—personally and professionally—without hesitation.

Tim Lucero and his team at FCI are incredible. They now more about flooring materials and how to properly install floors than any crew I’ve ever known. I used to build houses for a living and install all my own floors and I would much rather hire Tim and Floor Coverings International to do the work now that I’ve seen them in action. They taught me stuff I never knew before and I was doing floors for a long time before I met them. You won’t regret using FCI and if their quote is higher than someone else’s the reason is because you are getting better materials installed properly. Beware of carpenters and contractors that give low quotes for something as important as the floors in your home. Get the job done right and pay the right price by choosing FCI.

I had the best experience I could have asked for with Floor Coverings International in Camillus. The communication with them was great: punctual and responsive. Installation was fast and well done. We were very pleased with their work, so much so that after the original work was done, we had them do another room that was not part of the original plan.
