I can't say enough good things about this crew. We had them tear out old tile throughout our entire basement, redo the flooring, and install new baseboard and the end result was flawless. From the first walkthrough, they were professional, communicative, and clearly knew what they were doing. The demo was clean and efficient (no dust or debris left behind), and the new flooring installation was meticulous, tight seams, perfectly level, no gaps or uneven spots anywhere. The baseboard work was just as impressive; every corner and transition was cut and finished cleanly. What really stood out was the crew themselves. Friendly, respectful of our home, showed up when they said they would, and took real pride in their work. They walked us through the process, answered every question, and left the space spotless when they were done. Our basement went from an eyesore to genuinely one of our favorite rooms in the house. If you're on the fence about hiring them, don't be, the quality of work and the people made this one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Highly, highly recommend.

Very strong recommendation. Skipping generic stuff and going details, they were great to work with in the estimate and booking process. They connected us with furniture movers which others didn't. They covered counters and things instead of asking us to do it. They booked on our schedule. We were out of town when they did they work and they found something very unique to our floor. They made the right call and preserved the schedule so it was still done when we got home instead of pushing everything until we could discuss every little detail. Didn't upcharge us at all. Just base additional materials. I can't over state how much I appreciate that. We had talked many times and they knew what I would approve and that I'd rely on their expertise. They took the risk that I wouldn't be a jerk about it. If they haven't it would have greatly inconvenienced my family when we got back. You just don't get that human touch from bigger companies. Felt like the good old days where we just do right by each other. Book with this company. They won't let you down.

Couldn’t ask for a better team to partner with for a flooring project! Tip to tail they make it as easy and seamless as can be with great communication and follow-up and presence all along the way. From the initial meeting with their mobile design studio they bring to you all the way to final walk through where they ensure everything is perfect. We’re incredibly happy with our new cork flooring (pretty cool product we didn’t even know about earlier)!

I couldn’t recommend FCI enough. From start to finish, the team made the process easy. When it came to installation day, the crew banged out the entire basement with stairs and landing in less than 3 hours. To speak to their finished product, see the photos. I didn’t even know you could install carpet different ways down the stairs, but they made the best choice for us. And the transitions for this carpet were so tight, that I had to share. Great work, FCI. It was great working with you and I’ll definitely be back for more!

We had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. They installed hardwood flooring in three rooms of our home as well as carpet on our stairway, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From day one, everyone was professional, polite, prompt, and excellent at communicating throughout the entire project. Brett and Anthony, who handled our hardwood floors, were exceptional. Their attention to detail, precision, and overall quality of workmanship were truly impressive. Steve and his team did an equally excellent job with the carpet installation on our stairs. One thing that really stood out was how respectful everyone was of our home. I work from home, and believe it or not, aside from when they were actually nailing down the hardwood, Brett and Anthony were incredibly quiet. That may seem like a small thing, but when you’re working from home during a flooring project, it makes a huge difference! I also don’t think I’ve ever worked with an installation crew that was so clean. Every single day, they went out of their way to keep our home and work areas clean and organized. Their attention to detail extended well beyond the flooring itself, and it was very much appreciated. Stefan, our project manager, was terrific throughout the entire process. He was always available, communicated with us regularly, and made sure every detail was taken care of along the way. I really can’t say enough about how pleased we are with both the finished product and the entire experience. The professionalism, craftsmanship, communication, cleanliness, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would absolutely use Floor Coverings International again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and a team that genuinely takes pride in their work. Five stars all around!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Floor Coverings International! From the beginning, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Communication was prompt, and they were incredibly accommodating, working around our busy schedule without hesitation. I had a difficult time deciding on the right carpet style and color, and they (Tim) graciously delivered the carpet samples to our home so I could see different options in our lighting. They were so patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel like I was taking up too much of their time. Their expertise and honest guidance gave me the confidence to make the right choice. Brad, the owner, also checked in with us along the way which was a nice, personal touch. The installation team was professional, efficient, and took great pride in their work. Our new carpet looks beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines outstanding customer service with quality craftsmanship, but Floor Coverings International absolutely does. I would recommend them without hesitation!

On time, delivered exactly what was promised in less time than expected. The flooring installer Ever and his wife even rehung the door to the room they installed the flooring in and fixed it so that it closed properly. Could not be happier. Now we just need to paint the room so the walls match the awesome floor!
