Steve and the crew were great. They were very efficient and professional. From the time of getting a quote and picking out our materials to the installation of our rugs everything went smoothly. Thank you Tim, Courtney, Brad & Stephon for making our project go smoothly. Tim came and we looked at different samples of floor and he talked through with us the difference between unstained hardwood vs prefinished. What it would mean for us while it was being installed, etc. We were scheduled promptly and we even had to change the install date but they were flexible with our schedule. We had one issue after the install with one of the pieces of wood and they sent the crew back out to fix the board very quickly. Everyone on their team followed up quickly.
