A Penn State alum, Brad is originally from central Pennsylvania and his wife, Julie is originally from Baldwinsville. Office Manager Courtney McCarthy

Courtney joined the FCI Syracuse team just a few weeks after their doors opened. Her previous experience was at Syracuse University where she coordinated events and programs for students. She brings a high level of attention to detail and communication to the customer experience. Courtney is a washed-up Ultimate Frisbee player who loves the theater and now lives in Marcellus with her husband and two sons.
