When a portion of our floor was damaged in our kitchen and bathroom, we were told we would not be able to find the same flooring to replace it. We absolutely love our floors and didn’t want to change it. We went to all the big flooring stores searching for the tile and we ended up so disappointed. We thought we really had to change the entire floor. Then we heard about Floor Covering International of South Gwinnett! They were fairly new but they went right to work to find us the exact laminate flooring and tile for our bathroom! And within days of ordering! I recommend them for any tiling or flooring needs! They will do anything to find that flooring for you! Thank you Garner!!

HCI has a nice selection of carpets. I found just the color I was looking for less than their competitors. Once the carpet arrived I was able to get it installed the next day. The installers were on time, finished quickly and cleaned up their mess before leaving. I will definitely use them for my flooring needs in the future.

I did my research and found the right company. Jim was excellent in his no pressure sales and made many trips to the house to match us up with exactly what we wanted in LVP. I highly recommend Floor Covering International of St Augustine. They treated us as if we were there only customer. We had Hard Wood taken up and LVP put down and it couldn't have gone better. I was debating on a few other companies but they let us finance our floors double the amount of time of the other places. The floors look amazing and they finished our entire top floor within a few days. Honestly they’re a great company to work with !

I am all about customer service. Janie and her crew gave 5 star customer service. From start to finish I am very happy. My carpet looks beautiful. Janie understood what I was looking for, she helped me choose a carpet, she formulated a plan, and after everything was done, she came back to make sure we were happy and that everything was installed up to her and my approval. Really happy I went with Janie and her company. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing. Whatever your need is I'm sure they can satisfy it when it comes to flooring. I had 3 rooms done with carpet and these guys did an amazing job!!!

Our floors look gorgeous! They are absolutely perfect. Gleaming! FCI was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Tyler came by and went over expectations and care instructions in person. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Donna was on it with the scheduling. Super friendly and accommodating. I couldn't be happier.
