Excellent product and solid workmanship putting in my new floor. Many positive comments from visitors. I thought this would be more of an ordeal but it went off without any issues and the job was completed early. Coordination and actual work were done by a competent crew who were very accommodating and completed the work with a high level of skill. Good job! I would highly recommend thos bisiness.

Had such a positive and seamless experience with them! We loved working with Janie when discussing options for our stairs. She was super attentive and didn’t pressure or rush us to make any decisions. Will definitely contact them again to do our upstairs carpet in the future!

My wife and I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Southeast Las Vegas for flooring installation! The crew of three gentlemen (Raul, Alex and Luis) who handled our project demonstrated outstanding expertise and efficiency from start to finish. I was thoroughly impressed by how mindful they were of our home, they were conscientious about cleaning up as they went along, ensuring no debris was left behind. rare to find a team that combines high-quality craftsmanship with total respect for the workspace. Janie Sandberg (owner) exceeded our expectations in providing samples and answering all our questions and Kevin who managed the project was prompt in all communications. We are very happy with our new floors and wish them continued success in their business.

I recently had new carpeting installed in my master bedroom by Floor Coverings International. Janie Sanderg, Consultant and Franchisee of the Henderson shop came to my home with an array of carpets samples. She was patient and knowledgeable with my needs and helped me with the best selection of carpet and padding. The memory foam padding is wonderful! Great service from the selection process to the installation. Kevin Jacinth, Production Manager, was great! I highly recommend!

I felt like a VIP from start to finish. I love my existing laminate floors and decided I wanted to convert a few other rooms from carpet to laminate too. I was relieved when I called Floor Coverings International and talked to Jeremy without waiting on hold or having to go through a long phone tree to speak with a live person. He was kind and courteous and set an appointment for Janie to come to my house and help me decide on all the details. She was knowledgeable and gave me some great feedback without being overbearing or opinionated. By the end, I was ready to finalize my order and felt like I had a new best friend! They placed the order for my flooring and within weeks I had a date for installation. I had a tricky schedule to accommodate, but they were unflappable. Kevin and his crew came and finished the job in 2 days. I was really happy with the work and will definitely use them again. Floor Coverings International is a diamond in the rough. I can't recommend them enough!

Our whole experience was great, starting with Janie coming to our house to show us floor samples and give advice and recommendations to working with Kevin, our project manager, and his team. Everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our floors were finished quickly and look amazing! 10/10

We used FCI to install tile through out our house. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They did an amazing job and I have yet to find an issue with their work. All the tile was laid out perfectly and everything went down without an issue. When they finished for the day - they cleaned up everything and left the job site in good shape.

We decided to do tile throughout our entire home, bedrooms included. They did a great job removing existing carpet and laminate planks. We went with a larger format tile, 24x24, and they did a fantastic job laying it through out the entire house in a way that flows and makes sense. We chose to do a stacked style and it turned out amazing! Great install team! Would recommend to others

FCI replaced carpeting in a bedroom for me and they did a fantastic job. From showing carpet samples and pad to pricing and install they are very efficient and straightforward- they have a project manager who will stay in contact with you about your carpet order and install until completion - highly recommend!
