I had such a great experience with this flooring company from start to finish. They did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The entire team was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, which made the whole process so much easier. The crew that handled the demo of my tile and installed the new floors were especially impressive. They were extremely efficient, worked quickly, and still paid close attention to detail. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, the quality of work and level of service exceeded my expectations. If you are searching for quality flooring AND top notch customer service, look no further! FCI SE LasVegas is your company! When I began looking for flooring options, I shopped numerous other companies and was so disappointed with their customer service! The competitors showrooms were lackluster at best. I had to pull teeth to get assistance, and practically beg for a measuring appointment. No one seemed interested in taking care of me, the customer. Needless to say, I put my search on hold until I found FCI. I had a completely different experience! Janie was professional, attentive, friendly, AND she actually cared about what I needed and wanted!! What a breath of fresh air! FCI’s options were first class, communication was on-point, scheduling was a breeze, and install was even better! They kept their promises and delivered on time! I am so glad to have found them! Not to mention our carpet is sooo beautiful and I am incredibly happy with my selection! 5 stars all around! Thank you FCI for doing business, how business should be done! I am very happy that I chose Floor Coverings International to replace the flooring in my entire house. We had 25 year-old wood veneer and carpeting throughout both floors in our house. FCI removed our furniture, tore out our old flooring and baseboards, installed new flooring and baseboards, and put our furniture back all while we were on vacation. We came back to find everything finished and it was beautiful!! It was a pleasure to work with them and I would definitely recommend them.
