I had carpet replaced in my living room, 2 bedrooms, and a walk-in closet and what a pleasant experience! From the in-home consultation to the final walk-through, it was smooth sailing. Janie brought carpet samples to my house and took measurements while engaging in friendly and informative conversation, answering all questions and concerns. Within 24 hours, Kevin contacted me to arrange the installation. A week later, Kevin met me at the house on the morning of installation. I headed out the door to work and when I arrived back home that evening, I walked into a house with the clean, fresh smell of new carpet and furniture back in place. It was almost ghostly-a magic carpet! Keven contacted me the next day to schedule the walk-through and no issues were found. I was so pleased with the entire process, that I will contact FCI when I am ready to have the tile in the kitchen and baths replaced with an alternate flooring choice. Definitely contact FCI for all of your flooring projects.

We truly enjoyed our experience with international floor coverings of Las Vegas. Our first interaction was with the owner Janie, she was delightful. She is very knowledgeable and no pressure. The installation team was very communicative and the install went well. Definitely recommend Janie and her team.

Very efficient process from ordering our new carpet to installation to follow up. Installers showed up on time and carpeted 3 rooms in one day. Kevin returned the following day to check the carpet for any hidden flaws and be sure everything was done correctly.

Floor Coverings International were amazing!!! Brieann was wonderful with bringing samples, measurements, and coordinating everything. Kevin and his install team were great! They respected my home and very professional. They worked so incredibly hard from beginning of day till end. They were very tidy and cleaned up from themselves everyday. They removed over 2,000 sq ft of old LVP that was glued down 10 years ago and buckling from another company who did not even floors out. They evened all the floors out and even did a small repair of our downstairs from another company that did work 5 years ago. I so wished I would have known about them in 2020 when we had a flood downstairs. It would have saved us a lot of money and headache getting it done the right way. Their product is beautiful!!! They aren’t the cheapest but without a doubt worth every penny in craftsmanship and customer service. We have referred them to many neighbors and friends.
