We had a great experience with FCI and love our new floors. We had them replace our downstairs, the stairs, and upstairs hallway, all with LVP + new baseboards. Janie came to our house for the initial consultation and helped us navigate the flooring options and was great at helping us narrow things down and answer our questions. She was patient and very accommodating with lending us samples and even ordered a couple of boxes of our top choice so we could lay out more than a sample piece and really get a better sense of it in our space. Kevin and the Installation crew were great and graciously worked over the weekend in order to get the demolition and a large part of the install done while we were away for an extended weekend. Everyone was efficient, courteous, and patient when we needed to move around the house. We would definitely use them again.

Great company to work with from the initial visit with Janie and the price was really fair. Work started very quickly and completed within a week by very skilled flooring techs. Project oversight by Kevin was a daily drop in and walk through once or twice. Minor issue of bridging the tile and laminate transition was addressed and looks great! Raul and Louis were absolutely amazing. Very hard workers and pride of workmanship. I’m very pleased, very, with the final outcome. Don’t hesitate to use this company. They do what they say they will with no surprises or upselling.

Janie and the team at Floor Coverings International are amazing!! They were able to work with our tight timeline to get carpet ordered and installed before we moved into our home.
