I cannot rave enough about my floors! It started with the Alex, in Sales, who checked out my home to assess what might be needed. Alex was patient and listened to what I was looking for and then brought in several samples so I could see how they would look in the natural light. Next came Tim and Tyler, the Installers. They were an outstanding team! Since every piece of furniture was to be moved, they took photos to ensure items were put back where they belonged. Their work ethic showed they respected my home like it was their home. The entire job was completed in 3.5 days and I couldn’t be happier. I won’t say it wasn’t work for me since I emptied everything stored on floors in closets, etc. in anticipation of the flooring in those areas. Again, a few days of disruption was well worth the end results. If you are considering flooring, I would strongly recommend Alex, Tim and Tyler for the job.

Dan was able to assist with installing carpet squares and VTC flooring in an office building. He and his crew meet our tight timeliness and responded to our concerns with knowledge that comes with years of experience in the industry.

These guys did a fantastic job. I couldnt be happier. Clayton worked with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied with what we were getting and even said, please, if there is anything you need after the install or if there is something you're not happy with, we will come by, free of charge, and we won't leave until you and your family are 100% satisfied. We'll, that didnt need to happen because these guys are true Professionals and handled everything beautifully so for me, they definitely deserve a 5 star review. They even installed a nice thick pad under the carpet so even though we went with the cheapest option. The new carpet feels plush and expensive. Really happy with their service from start to finish.

I scheduled for Judith to come out for a quote. She No showed on me. I asked for another date to get a quote and requested a different worker. They sent Judith anyway. She looked around and took a bunch of photos and videos to send to a colleague for assistance in gauging cost for leveling my floor then left. She never showed any flooring options and never heard from her since. I would never recommend this business to anyone. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE…Hope yours will be better if you proceed with this business. Thanks for wasting my time guys!🙄🙄

We had a very positive experience with Floor Coverings International and were genuinely impressed with the professionalism and quality of the installation. The installers completed roughly 450 square feet of hardwood in one day and did an excellent job paying attention to the details. The finished floors look great, especially compared to the old carpets we had previously. The installation team was courteous, respectful, and clearly experienced. They took extra care to protect our home by laying down sheets and coverings so they would not walk over our carpets with dirty boots. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up thoroughly and all furniture was put back in place, which we really appreciated. Andrew and Dan were also great to work with throughout the process. Andrew provided a clear and very reasonable quote for installing hardwood in our main living area and dining room. Dan stopped by on the day of the installation to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which added a lot of confidence and we really appreciate that he took the time to personally stop by and make sure that our install was going smoothly, which is not something that we experienced with our previous installer. This was our first time using Floor Coverings International. We already had the wood and materials, including underlayment and shoe molding, and chose FCI for the installation. We are very glad we did and are extremely happy with our new floors.
