I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International. I was able to schedule the free estimate/walk-thru within 24 hours of contact. Tyler was knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions since I had never had floors replaced before. Materials had to be ordered, but the job was started within 2-3 weeks of the estimate (including some time while I was shopping around initially). it could have been done sooner had I gotten back on the first option for scheduling, but that was my fault and only had to be pushed a couple of days - so their turnaround time is excellent. The project lasted two days, and it looks incredible. Danielle & Jordan were really helpful with coordination and checking in throughout the process, and getting back to me with questions. Alex and his whole team were efficient, helpful, and really great to work with. They made quick work of moving the heavier items around, put in new moulding, and had no issues I was aware of with furniture/toilet/caulking/etc. In moving my washer/dryer, there was a small piece that got bumped and began to leak when I ran a load of laundry. They were out the next day to look at it, and went over and above to make sure it was working again. I was so grateful since that is something I would have no idea how to fix or what to look for. I really appreciated the over and above effort, and overall had a great experience with the whole team.

We can highly recommend Floor Coverings International! Jeremy and Sally were great to work with and very knowledgeable about the carpet choices. It was so convenient to have the carpet samples brought to our home. Jeremy's communication during the entire process was exceptional. Once we placed our order, the carpet was installed within a couple weeks. The installation team, Kenny and his son Kenny Jr., were wonderful. The install was perfect, they arrived on time and were exceedingly neat. Kenny has at least 30 years of flooring experience and it shows! It was a true pleasure dealing with Floor Coverings International!

Great experience! I needed flooring replaced at my property in the North Fort Worth area, and was able to manage the project remotely. We recently moved into a new house and we’re wanting new flooring and carpet. We reached out to Ashley and Dillon and the process was so smooth. Not only did they help with picking out complimentary samples that would best fit our space but they came TO our house which was amazing to see the samples in relation to our paint and different lighting. Our floor looks amazing, what really stood out was their efficiency, attention to detail and commitment to make sure everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommended Floor Coverings International and will be using them for future projects!

Great experience. Dereck and his staff are very professional and friendly. Dereck responded quickly to emails and was gracious when my schedule necessitated rescheduling the initial visit for an estimate. The contractors worked quickly, were considerate of my home and kept me informed throughout the install. I highly recommend them!
