When we needed new carpet, we initially thought our only choices were the large chain stores. But after a friend shared their positive experience with Floor Coverings International, we decided to give them a try. The team at Floor Coverings International in Stow guided us to the perfect carpet that suited our home and fit our budget perfectly. The finished result looks fantastic and feels incredibly comfortable. A big thank you to Matt, Tracy, and the entire team for making the process so rewarding and enjoyable.

Floor covering international in Seattle base has helped me with my commercial project I didn’t expect much as I found them through Angie’s list (usually residential work contractors) but they outperformed my expectations and very happy how it turned out. I will recommend to all my GC friends.

I had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International in Stow. I was looking for new carpet for my family room which I was turning into my “Buckeye Room” and wanted something grey and soft. John was very knowledgeable. His listened to my concerns and explained all of the differences in the types of carpet. With his guidance I felt completely confident in my selection and it was the perfect color for my room. Nick the install manager communicated well and laid out the expectations of the installation. Al the installer arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was courteous and professional and cleaned up after himself. What a difference the new carpet makes! I can’t say enough good things about this company and if you’re on the fence, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Floor Coverings of Stow installed new floors for my mom, Charlene at her condo in Hudson. They did a great job! Matt and Tracy are so easy to work with and their team is excellent and very trustworthy. I would recommend FCI to anyone looking for new floors! I was in the home industry for almost 30 years. This company is trustworthy. I could not recommend anyone more than Matt & Tracy.

We had a fantastic experience with FCI. We came in with big stylistic ambitions for our carpeting, and they patiently helped us to shape our vision and explore options until we found a product that was just perfect. Communication from Michael and Isaiah was excellent throughout the project and Danny and his install crew provided exceptional service - they were patient, collaborative, and attentive. They really helped us to figure out the right layout for a tricky carpet pattern on our curved stairs and hallway. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! 5 stars! I highly recommend this team!

Floor Coverings International of Bowie installed floors in my basement in a very tight timeline. Ramsey came and reviewed flooring options with us. Based on our responses to some questions, he brought in some samples and we were able to select flooring that was perfect for our needs. The project manager, Chris Gonzales, was very communicative, and kept us up-to-date. Working with FCI was great. They make the process easy and the finished product was beyond what we expected.

The communication was good. Was nice not to make a trip to an actual store to pick out the carpet. They came for initial consultation and carried lots of samples in the van. Walked them right into the house and I could see what carpet sample would look like right there in my room. The bound edges carpet piece for stairway looks real nice. Installer left the space cleaned up and was very nice. however the piece for upstairs landing and hallway had a wrinkle defect. So obviously this was the carpet manufacturers fault not installer or Floor Coverings International. Was glad that the installer did not go ahead and attempt to use or smooth, had professional sense to refuse it and alert the team. Rush order was made to get the piece in. They rescheduled came back on Dec 23rd. So was done just before thr holiday which was appreciated. Would use Floor Coverings International again and recommend for home carpeting.

The installers were very detail oriented, scalloping the LVP flooring to match the scalloped edged of our tile. LOVE the ramping in order to match the LVP to the height of the tile with no need for a transition strip. 941 sq ft finished in less than 3 days, removing the carpet, demoing thefront tile foyer, & moving lots of HEAVY furniture. PHENOMENAL!! And, the price was amazing, to boot!!
