We are a local condominium association at Gateway in Miramar Beach, and we recently worked with Isaac from Floor Coverings International to replace a section of damaged flooring in a high-traffic common area (elevator landing). Isaac was excellent to work with—responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided a fair quote quickly, walked us through material options that would hold up to heavy foot traffic, and made sure everything was installed on schedule with minimal disruption to residents. The work was done cleanly and looks great—the new flooring matches our existing lobby aesthetic perfectly and has already held up well. The entire team was courteous, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the area better than they found it. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International and Isaac specifically for any flooring project—commercial or residential. Great local company that delivers quality work and outstanding service!

I could not recommend Hussien and his team more! The initial consult was done right in our home and Hussien made the process so easy. He was personable and professional, helping us choose the perfect color and pattern for our stair runners. As soon as the stair runners were delivered, Hussien had them installed within the same week. Him and his team did an amazing job and we are so happy with how it turned out! Thank you!

Justin and his crew were fantastic! I had very specific ideas about our project and a tight timeline. Justin was great at sourcing samples and carpeting. The crew is the hardest working and most professional group of guys. If you want your job done right, you must use them.

Brian and Floor Coverings International are great. I can't imagine a better service than a trustworthy company that will bring the store to you. They have a great product selection and are great to work with. I had the opportunity to work with them on a floor refinish project. They were responsive, courteous and best of all did a great job at a fair price.

Did a bunch of searching for a carpet installer near me. Google pointed me to Floor Coverings International so I gave them a call to schedule a free estimate. Brandon quickly came out and took measurements of my floor plan and showed me multiple different options for my space. He worked out multiple quotes to meet my budget and plan. I called in to Micheal to have him schedule an install and place my deposit. Nick contacted me right when my carpet got delivered to them and got my install scheduled within the week. Installer showed up within the set timeframe and worked fast and efficiently. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was very polite and professional, they treated me like family! Highly recommend using FCI for your flooring needs!

I was sold when my painter said "they come to your house with thousands of samples" which meant I didn't have to try to capture the color of my carpet or paint or furniture. And my LVT is BEAUTIFUL! All staff were great to work with, including the installers. Will ONLY get flooring HERE in the future!

Greg was extremely responsive when I contacted him regarding a need to have a raised floor in my bathroom evaluated. He was on time and quick to diagnose the issue and provide honest feedback. Final takeaway is that the issue wasn’t worth the expenditure at this time and could be re-evaluated if the issue worsens. Highly recommend!

Floors look beautiful. It was about a 5 day install. Installers came in on-time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and were polite and respectful to my home and my family. I give my highest recommendation.

I had an excellent experience working with Floors Covering International on a recent project in San Francisco. From start to finish, the process was easy, efficient, and extremely professional. The quality of the flooring materials truly stood out — noticeably better than what I found through other vendors — and the pricing was unmatched. I did extensive comparison shopping, and I simply could not find the same level of product at a better price anywhere else.
