I recently had LVP installed by Floor Coverings International and had a great experience from start to finish. The salesperson, Dave Paeske, was extremely detailed and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt confident in my decision. The front office staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The installers did a fantastic job — professional, efficient, and the finished product looks beautiful. The installation was even completed ahead of the scheduled time allotted. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

They followed up several times with me and were probably the only flooring company that was kind, took their time explaining flooring. They also mentioned they’d price match, so after i interviewed a few companies, i chose to use FCI because their customer service was far better than anywhere else and they worked with me to find the right price for our rental. I love that this branch is family owned, it made the choice easy as a family person!

Just had hardwood floors installed in my family room. They did a great job matching existing hardwood floors. Communication was great throughout the process, installation was smooth and I’m very pleased with the quality of work. they cleaned up throughly and I had an overall excellent experience. I used FCI of Metro San Antonio for help in getting carpeting to cover the glass cutting table I have in my business. Dan and Alex came out to see my shop, explained in clear and easy to understand details what options would work best, and provided me with the precise measurements I needed to get my carpet ordered. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer-friendly. I enjoyed working with them and will use them again in the future for other flooring needs.

I have a wonderful friend, Faye Nielsen, an awesome decorator, who owns The Nielsen Collection. She is my “go-to” person for all referrals. As always, she did not disappoint when she referred John Conroy with Floor Coverings International to me. John is the consummate professional. He and his office staff were always courtesy and efficient in responding to emails and phone calls.My current engineered hardwood floor has been discontinued, but John took the time to contact several suppliers and eventually was able to find an almost perfect match. John was alway timely in keeping appointments. His installers were equally as timely and professional. They showed up on installation day accompanied by John as he wanted to make certain they fully understood the job. A crew of four completed the job in record time. After the floors were competed, they took care to clean the areas and made sure to place furniture sliders on all the furniture to protect the floors. They left the rooms just as they found them. I recommend FCI with unreserved enthusiasm. John & FCI are the absolute BEST!

This was such a great experience. I had been trying to find a backslash for my kitchen and was having a hard time finding a color. The sales rep Shannon Fuller) went to the tile place and had them send me samples of backsplashes to match my counter tops. She came to measure & helped me decide on the best backsplash. This took all the stress out of the process! Shannon goes over and beyond for her customers and made this process so simple! This is a Great company and a great Sales Person. I would highly recommend both!
