I have heard a lot of good things about this company. Just wondering how a guy with 5 plus years of experience and owns a small handyman company with his own vans and crew could get subbed work from y'all ?

What a wonderful way to start the holidays with professional business that takes care your home like it was theirs. The floors where placed with precision the furniture more with care details to the very corners and finally the price paid in full.

Even though I was informed that it would be an estimated 4 days to complete the floors in my small house, I quickly learned why. The installers assigned to my house would show up late and leave very early, only working 3-4 hours per day the first 3 days. On day 3, they completed my very small, but only bathroom. They had stated originally that they would re-set the toilet, but instead I received a call that they were having difficulties re-setting my toilet because the flange was broken and leaking. They told me to call a plumber, they were leaving. I was working at 2:00 when they called and had to drop everything to begin calling plumbers to find one that could fix it that evening. It cost over $500 unexpectedly for emergency call and it wasn’t a broken flange. There was nothing wrong with it other than it being old. After I sent complaint to the owner that same evening, they had the nerve to contact me the next day claiming the plumber didn’t repair correctly. They didn’t have any facts, just info from ChatGpt and an installer with a bruised ego. The attached photo was how the bathroom was left. The unsealed hole in the floor, allowing gases, etc. into the house and the toilet sitting on cardboard. They needed to stay until after 7:00p on day 4 to finish. My granddaughter and I had to wait until they left and I cleaned up after them for the 4th night in a row before we could eat dinner. Outside of the scraps and trash left behind, the final product was pretty good.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. The carpet looks, feels fantastic, and they even went the extra mile to make sure every detail was right. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction—this one does. Looking forward to working with them again on another project in the near future. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! They originally installed the engineered hardwood on the main level with the previous owner, and when we purchased the home and decided to finish the upstairs, they were able to source the exact same flooring so everything matched perfectly. That made a huge difference for us. The team was easy to work with, very responsive, and flexible with our tight timeline. They worked hard to get everything completed before we moved in, which we really appreciated. There were a few small installation items that came up, but they addressed and resolved them quickly and professionally. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the quality of the work and how the floors turned out. The house looks fantastic, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring done right.
