From the start Jeremy was very professional and easy to talk to. He worked with our busy schedule and came to our house to answer our questions, tell us about his business and show us floor samples. The installation was fast and my floors came out B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I give them 5 stars because I couldn’t be happier.

We have had a horrible experience with this flooring company - specifically Dan. We hired him to do 3 rooms in our home, prior to us moving into the home with our small children. We were guaranteed by both the office and Dan the work would be completed by 12/1. As of today, nothing has been started. Dan would consistently go back on his word, often changing his story of why work had not been started yet, or information he needed. We would provide the requested information, and weeks later he would say he hadn’t started because the same information that had already been provided, was needed. He would take weeks to respond to phone calls and text messages. We finally got a reply when I had to call several locations. This is our first home. We were SO excited to have our rooms ready for our little ones to run around and play in. Instead, their toys, our beds, everything has remained in boxes waiting for the promised work to be completed. I would not recommend this company under any conditions. The dishonesty, lack of communication, and very questionable work ethic leave much to be desired. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about FCI Leesburg. From the very first inquiry to final installation, this team delivered an outstanding experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. They installed gorgeous wide-plank white oak engineered hardwood flooring throughout the main level of our home, and the result is truly stunning. This was part of a major renovation of our 1970s kitchen, living room, and an unfinished sunroom, and they worked seamlessly alongside our renovation company — always patient, flexible, and collaborative. Coordinating schedules during a large renovation is no small feat, and they handled it with professionalism and ease. Their installation team was incredible — skilled, detail-oriented, and professional. They successfully navigated multiple existing floor types and subfloor conditions, including tile, laminate, concrete, hardwood, and carpet, and delivered a flawless final result across all spaces. One of the highlights was how they took my Pinterest board vision and made it a reality. Instead of overwhelming me with far too many options, they curated a thoughtful selection of flooring choices that aligned perfectly with my style and goals. From that selection, I found the perfect engineered hardwood. Huge thank you to Natalie and Michael for going above and beyond. They made the process so easy with in-home floor selection, prompt and transparent estimates, and excellent communication. If you want the red carpet service, Travis is your guy. I was impressed with the detailed quote process, and the knowledge that came with the quote made me feel confident they would do an install that was perfect. The other installers did not discuss the same level of detail. Since I chose tile, Travis has a subcontractor who does the install, and they were amazing. The foreman was on site the first couple of days and again during the week and the last day. Travis came by multiple times during the install. Everyone was on time, answered the phone and communication was great. I made a few last minute changes and they all worked with me through each step. The process can be really stressful for a home owner but I am so happy with the result. This will not be the cheapest quote you will get; they are more expensive than other places, but I have heard too many bad experiences and unnecessary delays from other installers. This went so smoothly and I never felt nervous about the project.

FCI South Loudoun replaced our old, dirty carpet with beautiful LVP, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! Dan is dependable and truly cares about both his customers and his crew. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide on the perfect flooring for our home. I’ve had the unique pleasure of being an employee and a customer, so I can confidently say they are genuinely good people who always do what they say they will. Highly recommend!

We hired Floor Covering International to install new flooring in our kitchen and bathroom, and we’re very happy with the results. From the initial estimate to the final installation, communication was clear and professional. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail—especially around the edges and fixtures in the bathroom. The floors look fantastic and completely transformed both spaces. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. We would absolutely recommend Floor Covering International to anyone looking for quality flooring work and would hire them again.

Great service from the initial consultation right to the completion of the job.Ramsey was very thorough in every aspect, he was very patience and not pushy trying to get me to hire his company.His quote was the very best out of the 4 other companies .The installer were their at the time that we had scheduled, they were superb .I had NO complaints whatsoever. They left the area clean with no trash to be cleaned up by me.. The work was inspected by the installers supervisor to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction, which was 100%. Ramsey returned 30 days later to reinspect the finished flooring just like he had stated in the contract. They did everything in the timeframe that they had given me.. My wife and i just love our new flooring!!! We highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Bowie, MD..GREAT COMPANY
