I'm incredibly pleased with the flooring work I just had done by Floor Coverings Intl., working with Alexy. In the planning stages, he was a pleasure to work with, consistently replying promptly and answering all my questions. Although we had a couple hiccups along the way, they were dealt with gracefully and fairly. Basically, whenever I brought up a concern, I was never dismissed or ignored. I had carpets removed, subfloor replaced and leveled, and herringbone vinyl flooring installed in two bedrooms, totaling about 500 sqft. (in this case, Flooret LVP Lato Herringbone.) I feel like I got a fair price, and the workmanship displayed by the installers (Felipe and his crew) was nothing but stellar, as was their communication and friendliness. They put a lot of hard work into this and I'm impressed. I'd recommend this business to anyone, and I'd return to them with my business if any future need should arise.

We had a perfect experience from start to finish. I was impressed by how quickly they worked! An entire downstairs of a 2,500 sqft home with multiple levels in just 3 days - exactly as quoted. This was my first time having flooring installed, and Alexi walked us through the process clearly and accurately. The contractors were friendly and addressed issues with the bones of my home to ensure the floors would last without issues. I always felt informed and confident about what was happening. They left the space spotless (truth be told, they left it cleaner than when they started!). Professional, organized, and easy to work with. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

For our carpet project, we had the luxury of taking our time. We got four quotes but from the beginning, John was a standout. He came to the house with carpet samples, padding samples, and lots of documentation. Oh yeah, the initial setup was all done on Yelp. No phone calls! John's estimate was also very thorough. He took the most specific and detailed measurements of all of the vendors. He emailed us a preview of what the new carpet would look like and provided four estimates to give us choices. HIs pricing was competitive but since he offered so much attention to detail, I didn't mind that he wasn't the cheapest. Also, John was very responsive via email. Again, no phone! AWESOME! The installation was a very smooth process. Omar and his team were master installers. They worked fast and clean. They did a great job and the carpet feels great. I will do business again, especially since they do other services like painting and baseboards.
