Bertha was great at helping us find the best flooring for the elevator in our condo building. Edgar did an excellent job of leveling out the floor and installing the vinyl flooring. Many of the residents in our building have commented on how beautiful our elevator looks with the new flooring. I highly recommend this company!

Alan showed up to see the install and make a promo vidro, so my new flooring is a star! And Noelle, besides previous visits, showed up to ensure the install was done to my satisfaction, and even helped move furniture back as I was partially laid up. It was amazing to see the two installers do everything in 6 hours or less, it was a lot of work

I had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International of Brookhaven. After an unexpected roof leak damaged our subfloor and caused the wood to swell, FCI truly saved the day! The entire process was seamless. Kim personally came to the property to survey the damage, providing incredible white-glove service and communication from the start. This high level of care continued through the excellent coordination of the Project Manager, Rin. The team worked with impressive speed, finishing the entire job in just one day without sacrificing quality. Their pricing was very competitive, and the professionalism from everyone involved was top-notch. I've already started referring them to friends, and I will definitely be a return customer for future projects. Thank you, FCI!

I recently had new carpet in my basement and LVT installed in my powder room. The men that came to install the flooring were professional. Unfortunately there was a language barrier but they seemed very nice. The carpet looks wonderful but I am disappointed in the bathroom floor. I am going to have someone else come in to make some adjustments so the areas of concern look a little better. I was disappointed with the communication for getting an install date and throughout the process. I plan to carpet the rest of my house and replace the main bathroom flooring but I will go with another company. The quality of the carpet is very nice but the same carpet can be purchased with other companies. I am disappointed.

We had the carpet replaced in our 3 bedrooms. We had an excellent experience from start to finish! Neil was very helpful in assisting us choose the right carpet. The carpet came in sooner than expected and scheduling the installation was easy. The installers did an amazing job. They were careful and moved all our furniture back to the exact spot where it was. Our carpet looks great. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

I wish I could give this business a 1000 stars. From my first phone call with Travis with regard to getting an estimate and meeting us for a presentation/quote, to Rebeka the project manager, to Yule with installation...... I could not be any more impressed. Travis is completely educated with flooring in general, very pleasant, gave an educational and sincere presentation , great communication, straightforward with information, not withholding anything. He delivered everything as promised. Rebecka is extremely informative, very knowledgeable about everything Floors, has great communication skills, pleasant to deal with, professional, friendly and both of them have been extremely prompt. They check in regularly with either a visit or a phone call on almost a daily basis. Yulia and her team have been very consistent working every day, all day. I've never seen a team with better camaraderie. The pay close attention to every detail and they're very careful with shifting furniture. They are very happy workers. My hat is tipped to the owners because clearly, they treat their employees amazingly well. This entire experience has been beyond amazing. I have zero to say in any kind of negative way. I could not be happier. These owners are doing a phenomenal job. A sincere thank you to this entire company.

I'm extremely happy with my new wood floors that every morning when I come down my stairs I have a feeling of elation and that I have a new house. I chose Floor Coverings International North Phoenix because of their outstanding reputation and reviews. As a real estate agent, the true test of a company how they perform after the sale is completed. Will they act with integrity. From the time I met Kris to the final glue squeeze. The experience was what I expected. Kris' caring, communication, and patience to ensure I had what I needed to make the best decision on flooring style and color and Bryan's patience in the showroom to show me all of my options ended up with what me and my Fiancé had already decided two months earlier. It was an education. Finally, Freddie and the two gentlemen who did the installation were extremely competent and professional. This was a great experience and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. ♥️
