Could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Taylor is a real down to earth person who made something intimidating extremely easy and effortless! The floor came out PERFECT!!!! The installation crew did it in one day with no cut corners & everything looks perfect! Could not recommend them enough!!! I’ll be sending all my friends their way!!!!!

Floor Coverings International just finished replacing our engineered hardwood floors throughout all of our living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, office and spare room... bottom line, we could NOT be happier! Grady came to our home with the mobile show room, helped us find the perfect selections that met our requirements and set us up for installation. The installers arrived on time every day and did an excellent job from start to finish. We had the flooring installed diagonally, so it was a bit of a challenge, but they did it professionally with ease. They kept a very clean and organized job site throughout the process and were very polite. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International; Grady and his team were outstanding!

I was very pleased with my entire experience with this company. I really feel like they care about you as a customer and really take the time to make sure you are satisfied with the work they are going to do as well as how you're flooring project looks when it's completed. It made me feel valued with the way they come do a walk through before and after your flooring project is completed. I can't wait to have them come back out to help me with my next flooring project because my floor looks amaazing!

I cannot say enough good things about FCI Long Beach and its team. We worked with Ashley, Kyle, and Bobby, and they each did amazing work and really cared about our home. We had a leak at our house and were struggling with insurance and slow approval times, but they clearly cared about getting us back into our house as soon as possible but still with excellent drywall and flooring work. The end result looks beautiful and it felt great to have them on our side during the stressful process. Highly recommend!!!

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. After three exhausting months of trying to resolve issues and get what I paid for, I am finally giving up. Despite my patience, the constant disruptions to my family’s life and the poor quality of work have left me completely dissatisfied. The problems began with the installation of the wrong carpet. No one took responsibility for the mistake, and although it was eventually replaced, it required fully installing the incorrect carpet, waiting a month, and then uprooting my entire house, despite being assured this wouldn’t be necessary. They did offer me $1,000 to accept the mistake and the wrong carpet that was installed. The issues didn’t stop there. It has taken five separate visits to address problems with the wood flooring and stair treads they installed. Even now, several issues remain unresolved, including incomplete vent cover installations, molding problems, chipped edges on boards, and uneven flooring. Despite their claims that customer satisfaction is their goal, there has been no genuine effort to rectify these issues. I will say they did one solid and reinstalled a portion of the carpet and padding that had got damaged by another contractor... I did ask to be invoiced, when they made it an issue. At one point, one of their representatives made a statement "I needed to feel like I had a reason to be upset" which was both unprofessional and dismissive. This entire experience has been a $20,000 mistake on my part, and I strongly urge others to avoid entering into any agreements with this company. Their lack of accountability and poor service make it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

Darrel and his team did a great job carpeting our bedrooms. We were overdue to have them replaced, and I am so happy to have them done. Darrel kept us updated and informed throughout the process. The installation team was professional and efficient. We will definitely continue to give our business to Floor Coverings International of West Denver any time we have flooring needs.

What a great group! They have completed multiple projects for us, including refinishing hardwoods, expanding our hardwood flooring, and re-carpeting our living areas. We used FCI for both our basement and first floor. Jason was prompt, personable and patient as we changed our minds several times during the initial phases of flooring selection. Once we made our selections, Jason and team were quick to schedule our installs. The crews were professional, courteous and respected our home space. Both carpet and lvp installs were finished well within the estimated time. We are pleased with how well both the basement carpet and first floor lvp look.

They just finished removing the carpeting and replacing it with vinyl flooring. Jim made the whole process smooth. Nick did such an amazing job. What stood out to me from the start is when he said he’d rather take the extra time to make sure it’s done right. Very friendly. Plus he even shoveled my driveway for me lol which he obviously didn’t have to do. Just all around great experience. I highly recommend these guys.

I would not recommend Raleigh floor coverings international, saw some good ratings so figured I'd try them out. Totally regretted it, poor service all around and inqdequate communication regarding a specific matters. Avoid and use another company

Got new carpet for my place. Isaac's expertise helped me get what I thought I wanted into a more appropriate carpet and for less money. The communication was great throughout. The installation team was thorough, neat, professional and respectful. I didn't have to do anything. They did a great job and once I signed the contract, they were quick too.

We had an exceptional experience with Miguel and Floor Coverings International South Atlanta, and what stood out most was the kindness and professionalism shown throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Miguel was transparent, patient, and extremely responsive. He communicated clearly, answered every question, and made sure we felt informed and supported, especially when unexpected issues were uncovered beneath our floors. Rather than rushing us or minimizing concerns, he took the time to explain everything with care and empathy. Two moments really capture the level of professionalism this team brings. After the job was finished, we noticed a few small pieces of leftover debris. Once we mentioned it, Miguel immediately took responsibility and sent two cars back the very next day to clean it up. No hesitation and no excuses. In addition, when extra subfloor work threatened our move-in timeline, Miguel and his team worked through the weekend to ensure we could get back into our home on schedule. It is rare to find a company that combines strong communication, accountability, and genuine care for their clients. We would recommend them without hesitation.
