Being limited on time it was nice being able to select the carpet at home. The carpet was installed on the schedule date and time with no issues from the installers. The job was well done and within budget with JD keeping in touch throughout the whole process.

Fantastic job sanding and refinishing my hardwood floor! The guys were, friendly, courteous, and above all, knew their business. Fast and efficient, they were very responsive and took pride in their work. Michael was awesome to work with, he checked in practically every day. I highly recommend these folks for any flooring needs.

I closed in half of my deck and created a glass and screen patio. I needed flooring for my new room. I contacted Floor Covering Int'l and the representative was at my house within a couple of days. He showed me different floor samples to choose from. I select a beautiful carpet. So soft and thick. It was installed within 2 weeks. Love how the carpet feels. I Will recommend them to anyone looking for any type of flooring. I will use them again if needed. Thank you Dwayne and Jazmine for your superior customer service and standing by your product!

My husband and I purchased our home about 2 years ago. The home had brand new floating flooring. This was actually one of the selling points for us as my wheelchair bound mother lives with us and it would make it so much easier for her to maneuver vs carpeting. Unfortunately, floating flooring and wheelchairs do not get along, and soon there were planks that were lifting and needed to be taped down to keep her from catching the sharp edges when her wheels would go over the planks. I knew the flooring would need to be replaced for her safety. I reached out to a couple local flooring companies for estimates. Some of the companies tried telling me specifically which brands of flooring I should have and what colors, just because they were currently on sale through their distributor or because they had a surplus of because it was the current in Style and trendy colors. I knew what colors I wanted and what style I was going for, so I did get rather frustrated with them but then I reached out to Casey at Floor Coverings International. Casey made the process super easy he gave me the ability to look at color swatches right in my home with my lighting and also gave me links that I could look at online to try to find exactly what it was that I wanted. I found my perfect color! Words can hardly express how happy I am with my new flooring. It looks amazing and has made such a difference in our home. The best part is how much safer it is for my wheelchair-bound mom — no more worries about bumps or sharp spots. The surface is smooth and easy for her to move around on, and it’s been such a relief knowing she can get around more comfortably and safely. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Highly recommend to anyone looking for both beauty and practicality in their flooring.

Michael was very helpful in choosing the flooring that was right for us. He had multiple samples sent to our house. Installation was very good, and we love the look of our floors. Both Michael and the installer responded quickly when I had a couple of additional questions.

Our old carpet was dingy, flattened, and ugly so we wanted to find something new and more plush. Matt with Floor Coverings brought us samples and helped us choose a great carpet for our full upstairs. Instead of getting the same carpet on the stairs, he recommended a light pattern carpet that’s made for stairs, and it looks awesome. Working with Nick and his installation team of Al and Frank was super easy – and they did a GREAT job! Michael and Tracy were so nice when we stopped by to thank them for helping us in the process. We love supporting local businesses and were so happy to find one that were so wonderful to work with!
