After what we thought was a very good initial meeting (which now just feels like it was a good sales pitch) we had issues every step of the way. They installed baseboards poorly and did it after the carpet was installed so the final product looks "wavy". They even agreed that it shouldn't been installed in that order but it was too late to fix. The "caulking" work on the trim was so poorly done, it would've just been easier to do it ourselves (photos as proof). We had to insist on multiple rounds of re-work and remain rather disappointed with the quality still. The alleged pet friendly carpet is already fraying (weeks after install). With all of this rework and issues, they didn't try to remedy the final cost as it was just so poorly done.

From start to finish, Floor Coverings International was absolutely amazing to work with! I am thoroughly impressed with this company and the staff they employ. Owner Blake Latta, was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining the many options we had available to meet our family's flooring needs. A few days after selecting a floor, I found myself second guessing my initial choice. Blake came back out to our home (with all his samples), and took time to ensure I felt confident in the decision I made. There was never any pressure or pushiness to make a purchase or work within a particular timeline. Susie at the FCI office, was always quick to respond to a question or concern. Alex was an expert installer. He worked tirelessly with his teammate (Igor, I believe) to rip out our old flooring (we had just about everything- carpet, ceramic tile, vinyl, and hardwood) and ensure the subfloor was level. Alex even located the source of a creaky section of flooring by going down to the basement and inspecting our beams and joists. Ultimately, we chose to have LVP installed throughout the entire first floor of our home. It turned out to be a remarkable transformation! Honestly, it feels as if we've moved into a new home! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International!
