Great customer service. The owners- Dwayne and Jasmine- come to your home to show you swatches, take measurement, walk you through the process, and answer any questions/concerns. The office was always in contact. Once the stair runner material came in, installers were great-- efficient and the communication process was easy. They did a great job with the installation. I enthusiastically recommend, thanks again!!

I had a good experience with this company. Alan was extremely nice to work with. He was reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and had good communication and follow-up. Having Alan help me with floor and carpet samples was huge. My floor is beautiful thanks to the competence of the floor installer , Christian, Alan chose for me. He was respectful, took care of my home, was very nice to work with and took much pride in his work. Therefore, I sincerely appreciate everyone’s effort to help me with my home. I recommend Floor Coverings International and would use them again.

New to the area and wanted new carpet on our stairs. TLDR: Just call Floor Coverings International and work with them! We chose them based on mostly Google reviews. After our measurement and initial consultation with Alan, we then worked with Dwayne to choose our carpet. He brought a van full of samples to our house to choose in our space in person!! We chose, they ordered the carpet and then they installed it about 10 days later. We love it and are using them for our next project! Thank you!!

Dwayne and the team at FCI did an incredible job sanding and refinishing two bedrooms and carpeting our family room/office! From the initial consultation to final installation, the entire process was seamless, professional, and completed well within our tight schedule. I was blown away by how impeccably the new floor stain matched the existing hardwood in the rest of our home. Dwayne also took the time to truly listen to our needs—finding carpet options that were durable, easy to clean, budget-friendly, and dog-approved for our home office space.
