I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International SW Omaha for many reasons. Bill was a true professional and helped guide us through the entire process. It was awesome to have the samples brought to us so we could line it up with our other floor coverings to see how they matched, etc. Bill did exactly what he said they would do. The product choices were exactly what you would find in home improvement stores actually even better (higher grade)and the prices VERY competitive. We didn't have ONE scratch on our woodwork after the carpet was laid in two bedrooms. You don't find many businesses who operate like this anymore. Full of integrity and trust. We will definitely use them again!~

There was also no distractions of other customers or phones ringing so you had a more personal experience. Even with a lot of stuff shut down or very delayed with the COVID-19 situation, Bill made sure to stay on top of getting the material here as soon as possible and keeping us updated the entire time. Will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

I went online and did a search through HomeAdvisor just to see what companies were out there and what they offered soon after that I started receiving numerous phone calls and emails from a person named Joni at this company I did not consent for her to send me an email one email and one phone call would have sufficed you would think somebody in the business would say he didn't respond to my email or phone call he must not need anything further from me but that didn't seem to phase this person if you want to be bugged all the time until you actually have to tell him to stop and leave you alone then this is a place to go otherwise I would look somewhere else this was unsolicited I could see if I contacted them and wanted them to give me a quote however I did not I'm too busy to have phone calls and emails clog up my phone while I'm working Fast forward to Sunday 29th of November and I've received four more text messages from this company what don't they get this is pure harassment and then I called and they told me that if this could have been handled much easier if I would have just responded the first time they sent me a message to say I'm not interested excuse me I never asked them to give me a phone call this is pure harassment and I'm taking this much higher I will contact the corporate of this company as well as the better business bureau they're just jacking me around now and I don't put up with it

your best bet is to stay away from this company they will hound you and hound you and even tell you that you're taking off their list and then they continue to send you text I was paraded by text messages phone calls and emails finally spoke to the owners that I be taking off the list and a month later I'm getting four texts a day from them.

Ten days prior to Thanksgiving our basement build out project came to a screeching halt with our GC. Bill with Floor Coverings International met with me to discuss our options of getting carpet installed prior to Thanksgiving within 24 hours of meeting him. The only reason why I didn't use Floor Coverings International is because the carpet company the GC had lined up worked directly with me. My wife and I will use Floor Coverings International when we need to replace the existing flooring on the main level. Unfortunately for us, it will be sooner than later because of two kids under the age of 8 spilling everything under the sun on the carpet and not on the wood floors. It was a great experience dealing with Bill and he provided my wife and I complete confidence that we would have no problems with getting flooring for our home. We look forward to working with him in the future.
