The did a horrible job on my brother in laws flooring which is now buckling badly and the refuse to replace or help in anyway!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!.

This place is just awful. Completely destroyed my installation by giving me the complete opposite of what I asked for. When I reached out with my concerns, they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. The customer service was terrible, not helpful at all. Would not recommend.

The experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent—I often had to follow up multiple times before getting an update. The project timeline was not met, and the final work quality did not match what was promised in the contract. When issues arose, I found it difficult to get clear answers or resolutions. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I would not recommend this company based on the delays, lack of communication, and unsatisfactory results.

I really wanted to have a good experience with this handyman service, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Communication was inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear timelines or updates. There were multiple delays, and some of the work that was completed felt rushed or unfinished. While the technician was polite, the overall professionalism and attention to detail didn’t meet my expectations. I also felt that the pricing wasn’t very transparent—what was initially quoted didn’t reflect the final invoice. I appreciate that running a small business comes with challenges, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this service to others. I hope they’re able to improve in the future.

I scheduled an appointment with this company and took time out of my day to be home for them. Unfortunately, they never showed up, and didn’t even bother to call or message to let me know. I had my dog confined all day just to make sure everything went smoothly, which was completely unnecessary in the end. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I won’t be reaching out to them again.
