I do not recommend this company. The installation was not done properly and I’ve had ongoing issues with the flooring since the work was completed. Communication was slow and I had to follow up several times to get basic questions answered. I expected a much higher level of service for the price. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

We had Raleigh Floor Coverings Internation sand and finish a hardwood floor and install LVP. Beautiful job on the hardwood, Dan Kester assisted in our choice of LVP, zeroing in instantly on the one for us, and the installation was excellent. Work finished on time and on budget.

The experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent—I often had to follow up multiple times before getting an update. The project timeline was not met, and the final work quality did not match what was promised in the contract. When issues arose, I found it difficult to get clear answers or resolutions. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I would not recommend this company based on the delays, lack of communication, and unsatisfactory results.

Dan was very accommodating to our schedule. He came after hours to show us the flooring materials and explained each different type of flooring in a way that was easy to understand. The process of ordering the materials was very easy. I had the material delivered to my home as I was doing the install myself. The delivery of the material was on time.Dan was great in assisting with explaining the different aspects and tools that I would need for the install. The material that was chosen was very easy to install and looks great in my home. When I decide to do the rest of my home I will definitely be calling Dan.

I really wanted to have a good experience with this handyman service, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Communication was inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear timelines or updates. There were multiple delays, and some of the work that was completed felt rushed or unfinished. While the technician was polite, the overall professionalism and attention to detail didn’t meet my expectations. I also felt that the pricing wasn’t very transparent—what was initially quoted didn’t reflect the final invoice. I appreciate that running a small business comes with challenges, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this service to others. I hope they’re able to improve in the future.

I scheduled an appointment with this company and took time out of my day to be home for them. Unfortunately, they never showed up, and didn’t even bother to call or message to let me know. I had my dog confined all day just to make sure everything went smoothly, which was completely unnecessary in the end. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I won’t be reaching out to them again.
