I needed new flooring in my bedroom. Scott came to my house & within 30 minutes I had an estimate. It was a very reasonable quote. I gave the ok & it got scheduled. Ryan took over the installation side of the project. Scott and Ryan are very personable and professional. It was a joy to work with both of them. The installation was completed in a very timely fashion and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. I am giving my 100% recommendation. A+++

Don't refer this company to anyone. A local customer told us the workers failed to put up dust barriers and filled the house with toxic epoxy floor dust that covered everything in the home. Now the company insurance refuses to pay for any hazardous dust removal services, temporary customer lodging, or pet kenneling. This constitutes negligence and will now result in the customer incurring attorney fees due to the insurance company's tactics of delay, denial, and defense of any claims for cleanup and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses.

I recently replaced the flooring throughout the entry, stairs, and upper level of my home. I have so many various stain colors from the beams to the quarter round. Finding the right flooring for my home was challenging. FCI has so many styles and colors to choose from. Working with FCI from the estimate to final walkthrough was smooth from start to finish.
