I recently replaced the flooring throughout the entry, stairs, and upper level of my home. I have so many various stain colors from the beams to the quarter round. Finding the right flooring for my home was challenging. FCI has so many styles and colors to choose from. Working with FCI from the estimate to final walkthrough was smooth from start to finish. The professionalism and attention to detail of the installation team was exceptional. Highly recommend

From the very first visit, Scott impressed us with his professionalism and kindness. When he came out to give us an estimate, he treated our home as if it were his own by being patient, respectful, and even offering helpful suggestions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It’s hard to find business owners like him these days. He wasn’t pushy at all, just honest and genuine throughout the whole process. When it came time for the installation, both crew members did an outstanding job. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was done right. Their workmanship and care really showed in the final result. After everything was installed, Scott even came back for a final walkthrough with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. That extra step meant a lot and showed how much he truly cares about his customers and the quality of his work. Overall, we couldn’t be happier. Scott and his team were polite, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. Highly recommended!

Scott, Ryan and team of installers were fantastic! Scott patiently worked with us to find the perfect flooring for our home. Ryan the project manger took over and scheduled the install! Very professional and limited disruptions to our living spaces! Nice job. Would definately hire again

These guys transformed our home and our staircase with beautiful new railings and newel posts. They were patient and caring when I asked for changes to be made. Everything is absolutely stunning!!

We had a room needing a complete pad and carpet replacement and two rooms with partial replacements. We contacted Scott King and his crew at Floor Coverings International, set a budget and an outline for the request and they were very helpful. The work was done quickly, done well, and looks great. I have recommended Floor Coverings International to friends and will consider them again in the future.
