Super impressed by Travis at Floor Coverings International. I'm in the flood and mold remediation business and my clients often need new flooring. Travis shows up and provides valuable insights, options and incredible service. Most important to me is that my clients are always happy with the results. This company replaced our Master Bedroom carpets last October. It was very convenient to have an in-home consultation by a knowledgeable and friendly employee. Although there were not as many color samples as going into a big store, the quality and selection were still just as good, as I compared both over a few weeks. I actually appreciated not being overwhelmed by too many colors and options like in a big store, and received more personalized attention, resulting in a faster experience choosing the carpet. The installation went well and I am still very pleased with the new carpet in our bedroom.

We started the process with Shayla who was so professional, detail oriented and the best part she listened and was so knowledgeable she gave us exactly what we wanted. She kept the samples to a minimum because she listened and it was an easy choice, an easy process. When it came time to schedule the installation, Bobby came over to confirm, was prompt and has great communication. Day of install, his crew was prompt, professional and they did a great job. Very friendly fellas. They wanted to make sure we were satisfied before they left. I highly recommend this company and can’t wait to do the rest of the house. The flooring is Montana and the carpet I believe is Fox Hollow. I love it and it’s beautiful. Sometimes pictures don’t do it justice

Matt and team are excellent to work with. They installed bamboo floors throughout our entire house and everyone who walks into our house compliments us on it. They also redid our master bathroom which is stunning. They are easy to work with, communicative throughout and do amazing work. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Bertha and her team were great to work with! They truly care about their work and the client’s happiness. This was our second project with them. For our first project, they installed carpet on the entire downstairs and now for our second, they just refinished our wood floors on top floor. I was on quite a time and budget crunch and talked to several different flooring companies until I finally found these guys from a referral from a friend who is very happy with them. As an interior decorator, I work with a lot of different companies and I have to tell you that floor coverings international is the best that I’ve worked with. They have great products. Their installation is fast and their communication is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone clients as well as friends.
