I had a carpet installation in my home and I highly recommend this company. The sales person and the installers were all very kind, professional and experienced as well as the office manager who worked with me and kept in communication with me thru every step of the process and all at a very reasonable cost too.

I chose to work with Sheel and team because 1) he came to my house with samples, 2) he educated and spent time with me on the different types of carpet, lining, padding, and warranties, and got to know me, our needs and what I was looking for and cared about, 3) the franchise owner and workers were all people of color from diverse backgrounds. I got quotes from 5 different vendors and Sheel worked the hardest to earn my business, was the friendliest, and was the easiest to schedule with. They were a bit more expensive because they worked harder, faster, provided better customer service, and had good or better product than the competition. The installers did all the furniture moving and were quiet, efficient, and professional. In sum, I paid for and received quality service and product from quote to completion.

Floor Coverings International was so great to work with. Sheel came to our house with carpet samples and I was able to pick out carpet, know the price, and get our rooms measured in about an hour and a half. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The crew came and installed our carpet and flooring and they also were friendly and so helpful. They moved all the furniture and then put it back in its place when they finished installing the carpet. It looks beautiful and the work was excellent. We are really happy with the end result and the process couldn't have been easier.

The carpeting throughout our home is about 8 years old, and although still in good condition, it needed to be stretched and repositioned is several places. Floor coverings Int’l moved furniture around, pulled the carpet up from the sub-floor to take out the bumps, etc., and restored the carpet in our entire home. They did a fantastic job! They are very easy to work with, even came back for a quick touch up. We highly recommend their service!

I'm new to home improvement. I called this company and they were late coming to the first appointment. I was never given any copies of the estimate or receipt for the worked down to my home. There were a problem with them getting the floor i wanted. I was told after given them a check for over 3700 to go with someone else. Once again im very new to home improvement. I did finally get my floors Installed. I called them back k to have them tile my upstairs bathroom and I thought the estimate was way to high. The total charge for my bathroom and living room dining room and kitchen was over 7400. I called a competitor in to see if I got taken. The gave me an estimate for ,my downstairs bathroom. The estimate was 995 compared to the 3400 that this company charged me. They gave me a estimate for my upstairs which was 1395.00 compared to the 4500 this company wanted to charge me. It is evident that this company over charges people.

The sales and installation process was quick and thorough. We selected product in an evening with an in-home visit and the installation was completed in a day the following week. The installation team worked methodically to complete the carpet installation for the entire second floor of our home. We’re really enjoying the fresh look and feel of new carpet.
