The sales process was great. Product samples were brought to our location, and Casey was very informative of the variations between the materials, their durability and wear, etc. The floors look great in the space. Right now, it looks a little unfinished without the cove base, and will look better once we have that installed.

I interviewed 4 different carpet companies and was greatly impressed with Casey’s presentation. Choosing this company and team was a winner for me. His crew did a great job. They had a large task and I found them focused, polite and on time. They knew what they were doing. I’m very pleased with the results and would not hesitate using them again.

You turned a 2 to 3 day job into a 6 day job and you put a satin finish on our wood floor after we indicated that we wanted a semi-gloss finish. We are not happy

I wanted new carpet for my home office and haven’t been happy with the big box store experience & results in the past. I researched Casey’s company and saw that it had an A+ BBB rating so scheduled an in-home consultation. Casey came on a Saturday (didn’t need to take time off of work), listened to what I wanted, narrowed down options based on what I said and brought them into the room from his mobile unit. He was very knowledgeable of the pros/cons of each option. Received a quote quickly, order/installation went fast. Very happy with the experience & my berber carpeting!
