I had an amazing experience working with Floor Coverings International. I interviewed a number of flooring contractors for my project and my gut instinct was to use them. The owner did a fantastic job answering a number of questions and educating me on the pros and cons of various flooring options for my property. The quality of work and product was more than worth it. I highly recommend them.

The carpet we selected had a manufacturer defect and Spenser was able to order replacement carpet. It was installed in place of the defective carpet in HALF of the areas we paid for. We are STILL waiting for the rest of the carpet to be installed. Spencer is no longer an answering our calls. All we want is what we were promised when we paid for carpet.

They made my basement look like part of my home and not just a basement. The guys worked diligently until the job was done and done perfectly. They were very polite and professional. I couldn't be happier with the carpet installation! From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail oriented.
