Like most people, we have gone through presentations by in home salespeople and they are generally never pleasant experiences. This doesn’t even take into consideration like the scam companies we all have seen on the news. I will say that the presentation was educational and not pushy at all. We were asked about what was important to us and presented with several options based on budget. Very low pressure. The installers showed up on time and were excellent communicators. They left the project completed and cleaned - as if it were their own house. They even put our furniture back almost exactly like we had it prior. This is a reputable company, acting like a reputable company should. Fair price, great service and no lies. I have no hesitation in recommending them going forward.

We had a great experience with FCI. Casey was very professional and personable throughout the estimate process. And then the workers did an excellent job installing the carpet. We would definitely do business with them again.

I had an amazing experience working with Floor Coverings International. I interviewed a number of flooring contractors for my project and my gut instinct was to use them. The owner did a fantastic job answering a number of questions and educating me on the pros and cons of various flooring options for my property. The quality of work and product was more than worth it. I highly recommend them.

The carpet we selected had a manufacturer defect and Spenser was able to order replacement carpet. It was installed in place of the defective carpet in HALF of the areas we paid for. We are STILL waiting for the rest of the carpet to be installed. Spencer is no longer an answering our calls. All we want is what we were promised when we paid for carpet.

They made my basement look like part of my home and not just a basement. The guys worked diligently until the job was done and done perfectly. They were very polite and professional. The Mohawk burley oak product looks fabulous in our house. The installers were very considerate and worked long hours. Casey and his team made everything as painless and as expeditious as possible. The price was fair and well within our expectations.
