If I could give zero stars, I would. We scheduled an in-home flooring estimate for 10:00 a.m. at our home in Osseo, Minnesota. We rearranged our morning to be available for the appointment, but no one ever showed up. Even more disappointing, no one called, texted, or emailed to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. What concerns me the most isn’t just the missed appointment—it’s the complete lack of communication and respect for a potential customer’s time. If this is how a company handles the very first interaction with a prospective customer, it raises serious concerns about what the experience would be like during an actual flooring installation. Everyone can have an unexpected delay, and I would have understood that. What I cannot understand is failing to communicate at all. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

FCI did a great job with our carpet. The owner was very accommodating and patient during the decision process and the installers were professional, polite, hard working and did a beautiful job. Communication was great before and during installation. We will be contacting this company again for any future flooring needs.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International! I had a mess of a house with no flooring in most of it. Casey came out and helped me with the flooring decisions, and had helpful suggestions when I asked about some other house problems. He and his workers were very professional, and hard working. I had one issue that needed fixing, and after speaking with Casey on the phone, it was addressed and fixed within the hour! Excellent customer service, and that's hard to find these days. Price was reasonable and they did a fantastic job. I love my new floors!
