You turned a 2 to 3 day job into a 6 day job and you put a satin finish on our wood floor after we indicated that we wanted a semi-gloss finish. We are not happy

Casey and his team did an excellent job refinishing our floors. Floors look excellent and they were able to complete the job in a timely manner. Will be using them again for our next flooring project.

I wanted new carpet for my home office and haven’t been happy with the big box store experience & results in the past. I researched Casey’s company and saw that it had an A+ BBB rating so scheduled an in-home consultation. Casey came on a Saturday (didn’t need to take time off of work), listened to what I wanted, narrowed down options based on what I said and brought them into the room from his mobile unit. He was very knowledgeable of the pros/cons of each option. Received a quote quickly, order/installation went fast. Very happy with the experience & my berber carpeting!
