My husband and I purchased our home about 2 years ago. The home had brand new floating flooring. This was actually one of the selling points for us as my wheelchair bound mother lives with us and it would make it so much easier for her to maneuver vs carpeting. Unfortunately, floating flooring and wheelchairs do not get along, and soon there were planks that were lifting and needed to be taped down to keep her from catching the sharp edges when her wheels would go over the planks. I knew the flooring would need to be replaced for her safety. I reached out to a couple local flooring companies for estimates. Some of the companies tried telling me specifically which brands of flooring I should have and what colors, just because they were currently on sale through their distributor or because they had a surplus of because it was the current in Style and trendy colors. I knew what colors I wanted and what style I was going for, so I did get rather frustrated with them but then I reached out to Casey at Floor Coverings International. Casey made the process super easy he gave me the ability to look at color swatches right in my home with my lighting and also gave me links that I could look at online to try to find exactly what it was that I wanted. I found my perfect color! Words can hardly express how happy I am with my new flooring. It looks amazing and has made such a difference in our home. The best part is how much safer it is for my wheelchair-bound mom — no more worries about bumps or sharp spots. The surface is smooth and easy for her to move around on, and it’s been such a relief knowing she can get around more comfortably and safely. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Highly recommend to anyone looking for both beauty and practicality in their flooring.

Working with FCI was a dream. Casey was so Professional and helpful with options and choosing a color. Ivan was proficient and fast! They were the only company that listened to what we wanted and were able to perform the job. We are so happy with our new floors and will only be using them for now on for all our flooring needs

Casey was great to work with and was responsive to all questions. The job was done when he said it would be done. I found one small issue with the floor boards and it was fixed in 24 hours. They installed both LVP and carpet and both looked great. Installation was for a rental property and the rented loved it as well. No complaints and recommend to anyone looking for a good quality installer.

This is a quality company. I highly recommend them. I had all my flooring replaced and received excellent products and extraordinary customer service. The installation company went above and beyond to help handle furniture and Casey and his team were there to help with anything I needed. I appreciate all they have done and encourage everyone to consider them for any of your flooring needs.

The team that helped beautify our home was AMAZING! Casey guided us through picking the right carpet and flooring for our space and budget and was very clear on pricing. He was also an excellent communicator. The team that installed our carpet was professional, hard-working, and detail oriented. The cost was fair and the materials high quality. We are so happy with the end result!
