We purchased a new home about a year ago and have been completely transforming the color palette and overall look of the interior. One of the biggest projects was updating our outdated parquet floors while still preserving the beautiful original wood. We hired Floor Coverings International to help bring our vision to life, and I’m so happy we did! From the very beginning, Casey took the time to really listen to what I was envisioning for both the floors and our home. He offered thoughtful recommendations that aligned with the look I wanted and was fantastic about communicating throughout the entire process. When it came time for the refinishing, Charlie, John, and Isiah did an AMAZING job! This was a very large project, and they walked me through every step along the way. Their communication was excellent, they were incredibly detail-oriented, and you could tell they truly cared about the quality of their work. I especially appreciated the extra care they took in our kitchen. We had just recently refinished our cabinets, and the paint had not fully cured yet. The team was extremely careful working around them and made sure everything was protected throughout the process. The final result is absolutely stunning! The floors completely transformed our home while still allowing us to keep the character of the original parquet flooring. I’m so appreciative of Casey, Charlie, John, and Isiah for their hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to bringing my vision to life. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking to update or refinish their floors. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

Multiple phone numbers listed online, when I call them, some type of message plays, one of them even mentioning Floor Coverings International Maple Grove, followed by "sorry this number is not in service...". I tried from 2 different phones with the same results on 9/17/26. Looks like they replied by assuming I was mistaken, which I certainly was not. Of course they don't have record of me trying to contact them, because their phone system was hanging up on me after playing a message clearly stating Floor Coverings International. Yes I'm 100% sure it was the Maple Grove location. Even went to their website in case Google was wrong about the number. It's frustrating getting this type of response to my review as well. Why don't you look your number up on Google and try calling it from one of your cell phones?

Fantastic in-home review of sample carpet options. Measurements were completed, carpet was ordered and once carpet arrived a week later, installation. Quality crew did an outstanding job of installing. Would highly recommend.

Casey and Alex were exceptional in their personal attention to us. Our wood floors now gleam beautifully! Casey created the proposal and gave us the estimate, following through as the job was completed to assure all was good. Alex coated the floors three times - was friendly and helpful on the job. We highly recommend FCI!

We reached out to FCI for help with replacing the flooring in the kitchen, living room, and hall of our daughter's apartment. Casey was so helpful and worked with us on a tight timeline. The installers were great and the workmanship was wonderful. If you are looking to replace your flooring you won't go wrong working with Casey and his team.

My new engineered hardwood floor is beautiful and was installed quickly and professionally. I needed the old carpet out and new floor in by a particular date and Casey worked with me to get it ordered and installed on time. I wanted a natural wood in narrower board widths (3”) and was able to find that through FCI when most other products were wider or weren’t natural wood. Very satisfied and highly recommend especially the convenience of him bringing samples to my house so matching woodwork was easy!
