We reached out to FCI for help with replacing the flooring in the kitchen, living room, and hall of our daughter's apartment. Casey was so helpful and worked with us on a tight timeline. The installers were great and the workmanship was wonderful. If you are looking to replace your flooring you won't go wrong working with Casey and his team.

My new engineered hardwood floor is beautiful and was installed quickly and professionally. I needed the old carpet out and new floor in by a particular date and Casey worked with me to get it ordered and installed on time. I wanted a natural wood in narrower board widths (3”) and was able to find that through FCI when most other products were wider or weren’t natural wood. Very satisfied and highly recommend especially the convenience of him bringing samples to my house so matching woodwork was easy!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We scheduled an in-home flooring estimate for 10:00 a.m. at our home in Osseo, Minnesota. We rearranged our morning to be available for the appointment, but no one ever showed up. Even more disappointing, no one called, texted, or emailed to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. What concerns me the most isn’t just the missed appointment—it’s the complete lack of communication and respect for a potential customer’s time. If this is how a company handles the very first interaction with a prospective customer, it raises serious concerns about what the experience would be like during an actual flooring installation. Everyone can have an unexpected delay, and I would have understood that. What I cannot understand is failing to communicate at all. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

FCI did a great job with our carpet. The owner was very accommodating and patient during the decision process and the installers were professional, polite, hard working and did a beautiful job. Communication was great before and during installation. We will be contacting this company again for any future flooring needs.
