My new flooring is gorgeous. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the quality of the carpet and the padding. Jeremy is an outstanding representative who was very helpful. My project mandated flexibility because of the depth of work that was being done. FCI worked with me through some tedious days that turned into a week. The most important part of my purchase was finding a carpet that was wider than average so that there would be no seam. I could not be more satisfied. I would recommend Floor Coverings International to friends and family.

I’ve seen Jeremy’s work on a number of places and it always looks so great. He is truly one of the most organized, professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented people I’ve ever met. We recently had our entire first floor redone with vinyl plank flooring, and the experience with Floor Coverings International was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely detailed oriented. They took the time to walk us through the process, helped us choose the perfect style of flooring for our space, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. The installation was fairly seamless. My daughter scratched the floor before it was complete, but the installers were so patient. They not only easily buffed out the scuff marks, but showed me what to do if it occurred again. The final result exceeded our expectations. Our new floor is beautiful. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality flooring and exceptional service.

This is a 10 Star company...not 5! I was going to let a few photos do the talking but I have to add a description of my experience with Floor Coverings International - Northline Rd Project; remove very old kitchen floor and replace with solid hardwood. First of all and importantly, the price was very reasonable. Communication was very good. The installers were professional, timely, hardworking, personable and skilled. They were respectful of my property and myself. The product is excellent, just beautiful and I look forward to many years of 'wearing it in'.
