I could not be more happy with the customer service and finished product from Floor Coverings International! Alberto and his daughter, Julie, are genuinely nice people and so easy to work with. They found floors matching my existing wood floors and answered any questions I sent their way. The installers, Mike and Jaime, were great to work with! I was very comfortable having them in my home with the kids and myself. They were really personable and communicated everything they were doing. They also came on time every day! Would highly recommend this company!!

After several years of dealing with a poor floor job, I called JULIE at Floor Coverings International. She's in CANTON. Her team came out and gave us a fair price for the job. It was finished today, it's beautiful! Installers Mike & Jamie were polite, on time, did great work & cleaned thoroughly after. Can't thank them enough for fixing a problem they DIDN'T create, and making me happy 🙂

Alberto the owner was very professional and prompt in communicating with us. He brought plenty of samples and good quality carpet. Carpet came within a week and installers did an excellent job. I’m very happy with this company and would highly recommend .

I had Floor Coverings International install some new carpeting for me in my basement and on the stairs, and couldn't be more pleased! The communication with Alberto and Julie was easy, and the ordering was seamless. The installers did a nice job, too. Very happy with my new carpeting!
