I am beyond frustrated with this company. The carpet installation was an absolute disaster—there are bubbles everywhere, the surface is uneven, and there are visible gaps at the seams. To make matters worse, even the owner is a liar; their main tactic is simply stalling for time.

It was great working with Alberto and his team. Alberto provided his cell phone number and sent me multiples updates via text outlining the work that had been completed and what still needed to be complete. The floor installers were friendly and did a nice job installing the new flooring and while not dirtying the rest of the house. Overall I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your home flooring needs.

Alberto was a great representation of the company. He answered my questions with patience and grace. He listened to all my concerns and sought to accommodate my request; the instillation was flawless. The installers were knowledgeable, where I had very noisy flooring before, the after product is renewed, very quiet. I am very happy with the product, look and feel. It’s rare to find a business that combines top-tier professional expertise with a deep commitment to their community, but this family owned business does exactly that. They have a huge selection and their attention to detail is considerable. Beyond their excellent business model, I want to highlight their incredible character. They recently donated carpet to my classroom and the impact has been immediate. They provided a warm comfortable space for my students to gather, which was something my budget didn’t allow for. Having worked in the home industry for a number of years and having built and/or remodeled four homes, I can truly say their business is a hidden gem. It didn't take long after I walked through the door to know that this was where I was going to buy my carpet. They have an extensive selection, the prices are competitive and Julie went the extra mile and ordered carpet samples to ensure I had the perfect coordinates for my project. Furthermore, the ordering and installation process was very prompt. I also appreciated how a minor issue with the installation was handled; Alberto took care of it immediately. I am very impressed and highly recommend their services!
