I am so pleased with my floors! The team was very easy to work with and they made my decision very easy. Many varieties to choose from. My floors are beautiful and they were finished when they told me they would be. Very professional! I would highly recommend this flooring company!

The team completed the flooring work in a quality manner, the team was efficient, excellent in cleaning up after themselves. The stairs were complicated and detailed, but done excellently. Brad was there to supervise and execute the plan as promised and even sent photo updates on progress. Thank you for a great job and getting it done on time and on budget. Awesome Work! Thank you Brad

We recently had Floor Coverings International replace the flooring in our house. They were able to do all 900 square feet in one day which was very important to me since I work from home and multiple days of installation would have been difficult for me. The vinyl plank flooring that was recommended was very cost effective and looks beautiful. It’s like we have a new house!! I recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking at any flooring project.

Great company and service. I called LOWES first to get an estimate and meausure my home for my project. They told me I had to come in the store - pick carpet, etc - then they would come and measure. Thought about it and said - nope, I'm going to go w/ a small business during these tough times .... to support the community. I found FCI on line and read some great reviews. They were all correct. Service - was great. Price was spot on - and they did a great job - in one day. Stairs, hallway - and put in a nice wood floor, in a guest room. On time, on budget and great team of installers and quality. I would recommend them to our neighbors and friends .... great company and husband and wife team. Very impressive!

Refloored approx 1000 sq ft in a 3-story townhouse. Brad was excellent in communicating install date, job duration, materials options, and budgetary considerations. 1 slight flaw in an otherwise impeccable installation was fixed within an hour. Great work.

The best part about my home remodel was the white glove treatment I got from Floor Coverings International! Brad and his amazing team were always quick to respond and did a fantastic job. The whole process was so enjoyable as Brad brought all the samples to my house, what a great way to compare color and quality right in my own home. His install team was prompt and hardworking. It felt like I had a new home when they were done. I highly recommend using this business for any of your flooring needs!

We had a flagstone floor installed in the interior specialty room. We couldn't be more pleased with the product which was sourced. Additionally, the installation was expertly done, and the installers were very professional to work with on this project. They maintained their project schedule as well, and caused minimal disruption to our lives in the process.

Beautiful outdoor carpeting. It was really well installed after two very competent installers repaired the concrete pad and took away the old carpet. They left the work site completely picked up. On the morning of the installation, the designer and her manager both arrived at our home along with the two installers to make sure the project was set up and completed properly. The designer stopped by the next day to inspect the work and to ask for our feedback on how things went. The attention to details throughout the project was astounding. The communication was more through than we have ever experienced throughout a project. The company treated our small project as if it was the biggest project ever. Super happy. Super impressed.

The whole experience was great. They weren't pushy with sales and helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. They checked in with me everyday to see how things were going, and the installers were top notch. They were friendly, professional and you could tell they cared about their work. My new floors look amazing too!

They just finished my floors and did an absolutely awesome job! I went to multiple floor companies to look at their colors and quotes and only this company have the colors I was looking for at reasonable prices, plus Brad (the owner) came to my house and brought multiple samples. I would recommend this company 100%.

I am so grateful that we found Brad at Floor Coverings International! We are in the process of selling our home and we needed new carpet installed in our primary bedroom ASAP. We had gone to a major retail store in town and they wanted us to buy way more carpet than was necessary to get the job done plus they wouldn't be able to install for a few weeks. (That wasn't going to work.) We called Brad and he came out that same day (Monday) we had our new carpet installed by his team on that Thursday. Brad and his team saved the day, were super kind and professional and didn't try to upsell us. We enthusiastically recommend Floor Coverings International!!
