We absolutely loved working with Floor Coverings International. They were able to accommodate our request very quickly for an entire home carpet installation. Very fair and reasonable with pricing and got done in a quick and timely manner. Also their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

They sent a sales person out with samples ask us want we wanted and from there he helped us pick out flooring we would be happy with! We are extremely happy with the turnout! Joe and Jarrod were very professional and did fantastic work we can’t thank them enough!!!

We have never done much renovation. When it was necessary, we would do the work. When we decided to rid our sunroom of old, stained carpet, we decided to go with tile. More expensive but durable and pet “proof.” (There’s no such thing…) I decided on Floor Coverings International because they make the process seamless-bringing samples to your door, and they aren’t pushy sales types. 12 months with no interest didn’t hurt…We needed to paint before we could start the work and there was no pressure to fit to their schedule. Payton, our project manager and our wonderful tile artist Alfred, were right on the ball. Hard work, this tile stuff. Exacting if it’s going to be a beautiful addition to a home. That’s what we got. I am thrilled with the look, the workmanship and the fantastic service I got from start to finish. I may have to start looking for more projects…. Uh, oh… I highly recommend this company.

Mario was our contact who patiently explained the process and viewing of the samples. The day of scheduled installation had an issue with the Van. Mario coordinated another installer who arrived later . Sam and Luis were amazing moving the furniture and installation went well. we had 15 family members for Father’s day who all approved the choice. Thank you

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeremy, Sally, and their team for my floor renovation. They have integrity and will show up when they say they will. The product is good quality and feels solid. I will work with them for any future floor needs.

Horrible experience. They stole our time and our money. BEWARE they don't provide contracts stating the work that will be performed, they string you along and don't follow through -- on anything. After we canceled the contact from poor communication & refusing to provide said contract, they harassed us at our home and then blocked my IP address from leaving a review on Google. They are clearly fraudulent scam artists!! AVOID if you can!!!
