This is the worst experience I have ever had with contractors in the three years of renovations of my home that I have experienced. I would take every previous review with a grain of salt because the company was recently purchased by a new Owner Rob Blinn. Save yourself headache and bad floor and please consider a different company. I would highly recommend S&G Carpet and More. Besides a TERRIBLE floor install, these people used my tools with out asking, my plates with out asking, had me run to Lowes and return product for them and when I got back said they were going to charge me for appliance moving even after I told the contractor I did not pay for that service. They also moved my brand new stove outside and left it in the rain. The quality of the floor install is not what I would have expected from "professionals" Mike was terrible communicating and even had the audacity to yell at me inside my own home. Mike said he had product so I met him in Rogers (I live in Goshen) and Mike realized he didn't actually have the product, so he asked me to meet him at a later point in time at the office. This is when I got the pleasure of meeting Rob Blinn and the first thing he said to me was he knew nothing about flooring, he is just the new owner. Later after LeeLand (an 18 year old who had lost his tooth in a dirtbike accident the night prior) failed to install the underlayment correctly causing "bubbles" all over my floor, Rob and Mike tried to tell me repeatedly that their was no issue with the floor and that my subfloor was the cause of the bubbles. Rob suddenly became an expert. They had not been out to my house since the floor had been installed, so I am not sure how they would have know. Mike came out to inspect the floor (this is when he yelled at me in my own home) and after a while I could tell Mike was not listening, he was shaking his head looking everywhere but my eyes so I asked him, "Mike are you even listening to me?" "NO, NO I AM NOT AUSTIN, I DON'T CARE ABOUT A SINGLE WORD OUT OF YOUR MOUTH" then proceeded to have his hissy fit and drove off. Mike learn to control your emotions and listen to the customer. Mike was also adamant that my subfloor was the problem and I will attach a video where you can clearly see it is the underlayment. If Mike took 5 seconds to listen he would have seen this but instead he just said its my subfloor and got pouty. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism from this company was mind blowing. The blue tape is after Billy had "fixed" everything. Each piece of blue tape is where the floor had bubbles from the underlayment not being attached properly. After 2 days of arguing over the phone and them saying it was my subfloor they finally had Billy out and he agreed there was problems even after Mike had said there was none.

We recently had a new runner installed on the stairs in our new townhouse. I contacted Floor Coverings International of Westfield, NJ after having been referred to them. We are so pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous and efficient. They helped us in closing the perfect style and color and the installation process was smooth and stress free. They arrived on time, worked quickly and paid great attention to detail. They treated our home with care and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new carpet. Excellent customer service, quality products, and a team you can trust.

Rafael and his team did an amazing job. Kim came out immediately and met with me and showed me many options. Then Rafael came and did a walk through with me. Job took two days and floors are beautiful and Rafael and team very professional! Highly recommend!!!

Patricia is a true professional when I was looking for a company to help my clients update their flooring. What was really impressive was how quickly they were able to bring the samples right to the house so we could see the selections in the proper rooms. Great experience from start to finish

They did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floor. The floor looks beautiful. Steve was wonderful to work with. So accommodating. The crew was respectful of property. We are thrilled with the results. Definitely recommend this company and crew.

I could not recommend Floor Coverings International of Fall River more. I have a very old set of stairs at my restaurant that I wanted protected from wear and tear. Erick knew exactly what was looking for and immediately provided options along with quotes. He scheduled the work so my business would not be hindered and worked around us. Ramon was a fantastic installer and arrived early. He surred up the existing stairs and added risers. He never stopped working to make sure we could open on time. He was friendly and respectful as well and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I will be recommending FIC, Erick and his crew!
