If there was an option to give more than a five star review for Floor Coverings, International I would! The owner, Chris, went above and beyond to help us out in a short time period to obtain our choice of flooring and install it for us shortly after we purchased a home. Chris is not only professional, but super personable, and I enjoyed working with him. His installers did a professional job in a timely manner and we are very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Chris and Floor Coverings, International!

Victor and his crew did a wonderful job replacing and refinishing our hardwood floors. They were efficient, clean and timely. Finished product is amazing. Coordination and communication with Payton was also excellent. I would highly recommend using FCI of Birmingham for your flooring needs.

Since the initial phone call from Barbara I was very pleased. She was very professional and got me scheduled to meet with the owner Mike. Mike is great, explained everything I asked and things I did not think to ask. He took his time, about 1-2 hours, and made sure he knew what I wanted. The installer was great, did a fantastic job and efficient. Marcus, the project manager, came during the installation to make sure things were going as planned and to see if I was pleased. After the job was completed he came back to view the completed project and make sure I was satisfied and answered any questions I had. Overall they are very professional, efficient and skilled. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International! I had all of the tile and carpet in my house pulled out and luxury vinyl plank put in. From start to finish, from the showroom to the in-house visit to select flooring, to the installation, everyone I dealt with was professional, easy to work with and did a great job. And the flooring product is excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased!

I had a great experience working with Mike, Marcus, and Jose. Very low pressure Sales where I was given a ton of options. Mike listened to what I wanted and suggested things where he saw fit. Communication was on point from Marcus. The crew turned up on time and knocked the job out very quickly. The work looks great! Highly recommend.

Working with FCI was a great experience from start to finish. Erick and Sharee were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right style and color for my space. Having a full-size sample delivered to my home within days made the decision so much easier. The installation was professional and seamless, and Gabe checked in multiple times to ensure everything was done correctly and that we were completely satisfied. The wife and I had carpet in our home and we wanted laminate flooring installed. Mr. Reinel Solano showed up for the initial consultation. He went over the types of flooring and the process from start to finish. He gave us the confidence after and insured that he and his team would be able to handle the job the right way. The total job took a total of two days. The flooring contractors finished the floor in one day (including moving furniture and removing carpet). The second day was just painting the quarter round. Mr. Solano came to our house multiple times to check in on things and to make sure everything was being installed right. If you are looking to have your flooring done, I highly recommend this company and Mr. Solano. This was my first flooring job and am very glad I found them.
